We're called the Dazzling Diamonds

It's a pretty good name...

Anywho, I just wanted to tell you guys a little bit about my team.

My best friend (the bee one) is in it too, and her mom's the coach. Back then, the assistant coach is someone my best friend, my other best friend who plays the sax, and I hate. After spring league for the first time, my mom took over as assistant coach. She's strict, but loving at the same time. Though she may not know how to play volleyball, she's pretty good at teaching us how to get better.

Okay, now is my team.

At the beginning, no one nearly knew each other. Everyone was like a stranger to each other, and almost no one knew how to play volleyball. But as weeks gone by, we learned how to dig, set, spike, and serve the ball. We also bonded together as a team.

There's always this one strong team that was our rival. Serve-ivors, they are pretty tough. We could never defeat them. In the tournament, we got second place, leaving our rival in first.

Yeah...but that was only in the spring league. There's the summer league.

People left, but our team continued. Though we keep losing to the Serve-ivors, we were tough against other teams. But in the tournament, there was a change. The Serve-ivors won the first match, then we did, then they won the last match.

BUT HERE'S THE CATCH. A team has to be ahead of its opponent by two points. The last match was 15-14. Our team got so excited, we won the match with 15-17. We were so happy to win first place.

Then everything else was a blur to me XD.

The summer league last year in 2015 was a blast. We were undefeated, because the Serve-ivors broke apart. Even in the tournament, undefeated. We had amazing times together.

Today, we are still continuing volleyball as I speak. Our team has new people, and one of the girls is a fifth grader and serves overhand like a seventh grader. Dang I couldn't believe it. Two weeks ago, we won three matches and on Saturday, we also won three matches easily.

Our volleyball team is amazing, the coach created and ordered our team design shirts for the players and adults. Well they had to pay XD

we have 13 players on our team, and we played and bonded together for years.
