So Trinity invited me to come and practice with the Be Elite Basketball sessions with mostly high school guys and girls

And she was right: it was a lot harder than expected

We did a lot of running, bear crawling—which was the worse—and other stuff

And I'm okay

It was hard, but at least I didn't throw up.

I just coughed a few times.

I'm fine guys

Just a bit out of breath and...

Some KFC after that.
