I successfully did it

My mom thought my phone is downstairs

But I have it with me XD

I'll tell you how:

1. Take the phone case off
2. Sneak in my iPod into the case(though it's height is smaller than my iPhone, its width perfectly matches)
3. Pretend that my "iPhone" is charging
4. Sneak my actual iPhone upstairs
