Now I can sleep peacefully without being disturbed by a beep sound. I lay down on my bed and look at the stars through my window.

The stars lit up the dark sky. A light in the darkness. It's so beautiful. It reminds me of the stranger I saw at the cafe. I saw a light shine in his eye.

Why did he look familiar to me?

I recall the scenes that happened in the cafe. His friend also looks kinda familiar. Maybe they are in some kind of advertisement or something.

I need to sleep or else I will be late for school tomorrow. I brush off those thoughts and snuggle into my covers.

I look at the clock beside me.

I am late.

I jump out of the bed, bath, change, took my bag and rushed down.

"Dad give me a lift, I am late", I said as I quickly went to the kitchen to get something to eat.

"I am busy, ask Alex to drop you", dad said.

I don't want to go with him.

"I don't want to go with him", I said as I quickly stuffed my mouth with the cereal.

"I am not an alien-like you to understand what you said", dad chuckled.

"I quickly gulped it down and said, "I don't want to go with him".

"You have no choice because I have to go early today".

"Fine".

"Alex give me a ride to Ella's", I asked.

"Ask me nicely".

"Try harder. Your time is been wasted".

"Fine! Sweet big brother can you give your sweet cute little sister a ride to school so that she can reach school in time", I asked as sweetly as I can.

"Sweet cute little sister huh? I will ignore it for now. Come on then".

I went with him to the garage and hopped on his bike. I don't like to go with him. He annoys me. He likes to irritate me. And I hate him for that.

It was a silent ride. I reached the school on time. Thank god!

"Hey I will meet you in 10 mins, don't worry no one knows", I heard Alex speak to someone on his phone.

As I rang the bell.Ella opened the door.

"Why are you late again", sighed Tess. She was lazily sitting on the couch.

I narrowed my eyes at Ella and said:" Because a certain someone was disturbing my sleep".

"Come on I said sorry, chapter closed", Ella said.

"Fine, now let's hurry as I need to get home fast.".

"Hey, I saw you came with an angry look what happened?", Ella questioned.

"It's Alex, he was being rude when I asked him If he had a girlfriend, more than usually rude self", I shrugged.

"Whatever let's go. If I hadn't promised to help you pick out a present then I would have been sleeping in my bed now ", Tess said as they made their way towards the door.

Suddenly an idea popped into my head.

Why don't I follow Alex?

Maybe find out about his girlfriend if he has one

This sounded stupid but I thrilling at the same time.

"You guys go ahead, I have to go and see where he is off too", I said as I quickly made my way out of the school.

"We are coming with you", I heard them say behind me.
