Chapter 14: Why am I sleeping so much today?

I suddenly opened my eyes and sat up. I looked around.

"What the.....wow".

Where am I?

I clutched my head between my hands and closed my eyes trying to recall what happened.

The glass of water.

"Son of a bitch", I muttered. I shouldn't have drunk that water.

I looked at my cloths. It was the same dress. I guess the cloth had dried. I went to sleep wearing wet cloths.

I touched my hair. It was little bit moist.

I looked around the room. This wasn't the same room. This is different from that one.

This is a luxurious bedroom

I stood up and walked towards the door and tried to open it.

Bad luck! It's locked.

I walked around the room. The Walls were covered with beautiful wallpapers. Two comfy looking chairs with a small coffee table in the middle were at the corner. A huge window with a side seat and cushions.

I tried to open the window but it also seems to be locked.

Then there was the huge bed with two identical side tables on either side of the bed. A bed lamp on one. A huge thread work was hung above the bed. There was a wardrobe towards the right side of the bed.

Opposite the bed was a beautiful study desk and a comfy chair. A beautiful portrait hung above the study table

The room is beautiful.

Seriously where am I?

Soft carpets. Soft bed. Ottoman. Paintings.

Wow.

There were two doors near the wardrobe. I tried to open one but it was locked. The other one was open. It was the bathroom

A huge luxurious one, so much space. Greenery and beauty.

Am I in a palace? A luxurious hotel room?

I walked out of the bathroom and sat on the bed, legs crossed

Suddenly someone unlocked the door and came in.

It was a woman wearing a uniform carrying a plate and a glass of Orange juice.

"Good afternoon mam", she greeted me and went towards the coffee table and placed the juice and plate on the coffee table. Then she came towards me.

"Did you sleep well", she asked.

"Okay I guess, I don't know", I replied confused.

Who is she?

Room service?

"Well mam, have the food. You may be hungry", she said.

"Hey mam can you tell me where I am", I asked her.

"Sorry mam, I can't", she replied.

"Then who can?", I was a bit irritated.

I didn't know if it is because of her talking so sweetly or because I didn't know where I am.

"Mam they will come soon. I should go now", saying that she left and locked the door.

Weird!

Should I eat?

Hell no! I am not touching it. Who knows what is in there. Even a glass of water cannot be trusted.

Which day is this? I had no idea

I was still feeling tired and laid down on the bed.

With a bed so soft, no one will have trouble sleeping. And I fell asleep.

"Hey, wake up mam", someone shook me.

It was the same lady's voice.

"What", I asked sleepily.

"Mam you didn't have lunch, now it's dinner time. Please have the food or else they will. I mean I will feel bad", she said.

Strange. They will what?

Are 'they' the 'they' that I know? If not who are they? I did want to ask but I didn't want to disturb my sleep.

"I want to sleep", I said and turned towards the other side.

"Mam please wake up", she said again.

"No", I said.

"Oh god, what will I do", I heard her mutter.

*Is she up", I heard another female voice.

"No, she isn't waking up. I don't know what to do".

"Okay just calm down. They won't be angry".

"Are you sure because they had made it very clear that they will fire me if she doesn't eat"?

"We can hope though. I feel bad for this girl. I don't know why she is here but I don't think she wants to be here".

"Why would you think that?".

"I don't know but I think she doesn't want to be".

"Let's not think about it much. She hasn't eaten anything yesterday nor is she having any today ".

"Make her drink the juice".

"Let's try".

I heard their conversation even if I was sleepy

I have been kidnapped for nearly 2 days.

Mom and dad will be worried. My friends will be worried

All because of Alex.

"Mam, please at least have the juice", she said.

I was kinda awake and sleepily slowly sat up and saw the same woman and another one

"Ok", I said.

Well, I should seriously have something. Its been nearly 2 days

I took the juice from her and drank it quickly.

I didn't know I was so thirsty

"I think you should eat something".

"I don't feel like eating, I just want to sleep", I said.

"Ok mam".

"But I want to ask you who are the 'they' you were talking about", I asked. I didn't expect to get an answer.

She smiled nervously at me.

"Did you hear everything"?

"Kinda".

"Oh god! Please just forget it or something".

"What".

"Sorry mam. We can't tell you".

"Ok fine".

Then I laid down to sleep again

Why am I sleeping so much today? No idea

It was not a good sleep though I kept waking up. I did hear the women say "they will soon or something Ike that" but I was too sleepy to hear the rest.
