If you are going through some problems, than you've came to the right place. Here is were you can find someone to help you or talk to. This is completely voluntary, meaning you don't have to talk about your problems if you don't want to. I know it may be kind of daunting to talk about your problems to a complete stranger but the only reason why I made this book is because I'm going through the same type of problems most people go through. The next chapter will have the my problems that I'm going through, and if you don't want to talk about it publicly or on this book then we could take it to p.m. if you want to. I say again this is completely voluntary, if you don't want to participate in this than you don't have to, but just keep this in mind will you, because I know how it feels the hold stuff in and it gets really bad at times to the point where you might snap at someone and you will regret that.
