6: café date

Taehyung P.O.V.

He looked so hot, I swear.

His silky brown hair was somewhat scattered by the gentle breeze. His big, beautiful brown eyes were wide open, and his seemingly soft pink lips were slightly parted. In short, he took my breath away.

"I thought we were going to go together to music class so..." He started in a confused manner, those eyes unflinching.

He is just so cute when he is flustered.

"Yeah, let's go!" I finally managed to break out of the trance induced by him turning up all of a sudden and taking me by surprise.

We went to the music class. We took up our positions at the instruments, me at the saxophone, obviously and Jungkook preferred to play the bass guitar. Due to the very different nature of our choices of musical instruments, we were split for the rest of the class.  And all that was left for me to do was to keep glancing at him throughout the entire duration of the class.

Jungkook P.O.V.

Is there anything else too that he wants from me? I swear that look on his face spoke volumes. Lust, if I have to be precise. Gay sex? I won't really object to it. I bit my lower lip softly.

The notification that beeped on my phone disturbed my thoughts. A message from Tae!

TH: Hey handsome...*winks*

Wow. A pleasant surprise.

JK: Hiya bud. Sup?

TH: I was wondering if you'd like to, y'know, just hang out with me today?

JK: Why not? Anything fr ya...<3

TH: Cool! So, the neighborhood café it is, then?

JK: Yes! I will be there by 4...

TH: I'll be waiting fr ya :))

Evenings at Rendezvous, our neighborhood café are a tad bit overrated thing, especially among the youth. Apart from the pocket-friendly design of the menu, all the so-called 'lovers' around have designated the place as their irreplaceable haunt. They come here on the pretext of grabbing cups of coffee with their boos, and end up on top of other, usually, making out as if there were no tomorrow. The place is literally run by late teens and young adults, and the sixty-something owner does not seem to mind this a bit. Why? Coz it's helping him make fast bucks.

I entered the café, my hands tucked inside the pockets of my navy blue sweatshirt. As expected, I did see Taehyung there, albeit distracted. I think he is watching someone. My eyes followed the trail of his eyes, and there I discovered in a corner of the café tucked away from all prying eyes, were seated Hoseok and Yoongi. I reverted my gaze to Taehyung and realized the look on his face is something that might spell danger for the person who is on the receiving end of it. Sexual danger, basically.

I spun my head back to Taehyung, who had by now noticed my presence. "Hi JK!" He waved at me.

"Hey Tae!" I acknowledged his greeting as I approached the table he was seated on. "How is life?"

"So cool, especially since you became an active part of it." He gave me a playful smile.

"Can I say the same about you?" I replied smilingly as I seated myself on the chair opposite to his. The chairs here are so intricately carved on their woodwork, they are a sight to behold. The owner of the café really did spend a lot on the place.

I decided to keep the fact that I saw him peeking at Yoongi to myself until I got another, far more concrete instance of it. As it is, he is a gay boy who is so flirty he can't help it, and I never do mind. We are both known to be flirty to our own different levels, and we stay true to that.

He flashed me a toothy grin. "Anything you want to eat, boo?" He looked so handsome it broke my chain of thought.

"Umm..." I slowly pulled the menu card towards myself and pretended to read the names of the various tasty dishes on offer. Taehyung is such a beautiful guy, I wonder how anyone can concentrate on the task at hand with him around.

I am suffering from an acute bout of crushitis. Tae-crushitis. I smiled to myself.

"I just want a grilled chicken sandwich." I looked at him. He smirked.

"You know what baby, when you are dealing with a guy like me, you will have to add another word to your usual sentences. Please."

"Uh yeah right. Please Tae."

"Repeat your plea." He tilted his head to the side, looking really sexy in the posture.

"I want a grilled chicken sandwich. Please, Tae."

"That shall do the job for now, even though I would have liked it more if you said it with a little more feel in it."

"I won't overdo it, Tae." I mumbled, naturally.

He scanned the menu card with a glint of sharp focus in his eyes. I watched his bread cheeks in silence. He is just so ethereal.

"I will opt for the same meal as you did." He looked at me and smiled that cute boxy smile. "Do you want anything to drink, baby?"

"No, for now." I answered.

"Okay then, I too will not take anything for now."
