These are all the quotes from BBC Sherlock in which characters explicitly state/imply Sherlock and John are a couple OR state/imply that they are queer.

This includes gay sexual innuendo (from any character towards sherlock and john, OR sherlock and john towards themselves) and other same sex characters flirting with them (thus implying that they believe that Sherlock or John are queer.)

Basically anything that is an intended implication by characters that sherlock and john are queer or may be queer, regardless as to whether it's meant as a joke. (Because as we know now, every single one of them are meant to be cheap gay jokes :        ))
