Actually I've been wanting to do this for 1 day now so I made this and btw this is how they met

In the year of 200X there was a young girl named clenc- OW "author if you wanted to explain this story just call me C! Okay!?" C said OK OK JEEZE WHY SO SCaRY? - aheam named C , she created robots but since she made her first robot it was pro man was the one who was her first creation but she failed pro man and she made star girl (aka star shine) and rollina and then they were happy family
Pro man's POV-
"Mom- Huh?!" I said but I stopped when two robot girls hugged her one with a green hair and one the....pink...hair I ran away again left my helmet to know I was here I knew now I have sisters now but o think I'm not their brother I was built by someone else but someone gave me away and let C or should I say mom and there my step sisters but the pink hair looks cute a lil but she have to took away mom from me?! So I ran away again hoping they won't see me when I whistle I was offline when I started online I saw........protoman? "Hey pro man..." blues said "what do you want?!" I said by shouting at him he was in Dr.light's lab with rock and roll (get it? XD) "pro man look your mom/C is worried about you and she wants you back!" Rock said "tch she only replace me with those girls.." I said "look pro man I'm like you too but that doesn't mean you have to be angry at her..." protoman said "............." I teleported away....

Star shine's POV-
"AAAAAAAAH!!!!" I screamed pain while I was at a building "there's no escape now star girl!" Said by doll (yes doll is still evil in here) "*whistles*" someone whistles?..."hey doll pick someone your own size!" Protoman and Megaman! "Yeah!" Megaman said "grr ill be back but I got a new creation in mind~" Huh? What is doll talking abo- " hehe look like my mom/C made an upgrade on you didn't she?" Someone said but wait did C first robot? She already told me he's was her first robot CLN 000 pro man / red...my big step brother... "nothing to say star shine?" Wait he knows me?! When I was shocked he started to captured protoman and Megaman and starts to attack me "!?" Wait he looks like protoman with other designs but I looked like Megaman with other design "hehe your just weak star shine give up or else-" I stopped him by kicking him it the face his shades were broken to piece I-I "*gasp* I'm-I'm s-Sorry are you Okay-" I was cut because me and pro man explode but pro man landed on top of me and we......................we........kissed
Pro man's POV-
We kissed?! I pulled out and I saw her blue diamond eyes meeting my dark blue eyes I got up and ran I can't believe I kissed her......but she's kinda cute anyway..- what am I thinking I'm his step bro and she's my younger sister!!!- Wait did protoman and Megaman is dating while there brothers? Oh god I loved her I couldn't stop thinking about her AGH WHY IS SHE CUTE?!
-the next day-
Star shine's POV-
Why am I thinking of my older step brother even though we accidentally kissed? I told my sis and my mom about what happened even my cousins they shipped it- why they want us to be shipped?! And my mom shipped it too and my lil sis is overprotective now but when I walked outside of the city I saw pro man upside down and facing in front me "uh hi again?" I was in my normal clothes with out armor and why is he here "......" he drags me into a dark hall and takes my hand and kissed me again "look..I know we're like brothers and sisters but I kinda liked you I don't care if we're step brother and sister....and I......love you~" he said and I blushed really hard "I love you too..." I said he kissed me again

Pro man said everything to everyone even me and pro man is dating all of them shipped it (well not all 😏 well not yet) we'll I think this is th beginning of our relationship couple~
