Charles is the kind of guy you want to hate, but for some reason you can't bring yourself to. He might be a bit (a lot) of a know it all, but he often means well when he attempts to share his knowledge with others. Charles truly believes that people need to hear the facts he knows, or the opinions he has.

That being said, Charles has a hard time with confrontation, and an even harder time with being wrong. Not many people have proven him wrong before, but the few times it has happened, Charles overreacted just a bit.
