“But mummy, I don't wanna go!”

“Daniel, your father went, your brothers went, now it's your turn.”

“But I don't wanna!” he cried. “Mummy!”

She remained silent the rest or the car ride. Mrs. Howell had her eight year old son, Dan, enrolled in the SACM, or 'Secret Agency of Criminal Management.' Her husband and two eldest sons had all had training there to become secret police; undercover and working for the agency at all times until released from duty. Her youngest by far would be no exception.

Once they got there, she rid herself of the luggage in the car before picking up her son. “Don't be afraid, Dan. They're going to take good care of you.”

“No! I don't wanna go! Mummy, please don't let them take me!”

She walked him up to the door, where they met a large man, wearing all black. “Hello, son! You must be Daniel Howell! Don't worry, you'll be just fine here, swear it on my life.” He took his other hand as his mother let go. “C'mon now.”

Dan wanted to fight – he refused to be sent away like this! But he stopped struggling when his mother drove off, not sad for him, didn't even say goodbye. He went with the man, bitter tears of pain and anger down his face.

After being settled, Dan was sent to the agency's academy to continue eduction. He was top of the class, using his brains. To expand his knowledge, they sent the young boy to an extra class of computer managing, where he learned to code, hack, and gather personal data on any type of computer. Dan quickly became the agency's most powerful tool.
