Mitch

The scientist looked up at me in fear as I set my hand aflame. Blaze rods dancing around me as my eyes turned a reddish orange. I smiled an evil grin.

"This..." I said, as a blaze rod went dangerously close to her face. More near her arms, legs and back. "...is for burning me with water." All at once, the blaze rods touched her skin and she screamed in pain. My eyes literally caught on fire as I laughed at my fun.

I continued to laugh as the muffled screams filled the air.

Ty

We all backed up a step or two...maybe three...away from Mitch.

"Note to self: Don't make Mitch angry." Jason commented.

"Yeah. You got that right." Quentin said, and gulped.

"Hey, Ty. You wanna have a go?" Mitch asked, eyes still burning.

"Yeah." I grinned walking over. My claws were out and I bared my teeth. Nurse Mousie had burns all over her. Tears streamed down her face. As I walked over she looked into my eyes. Hatred in mine while fear was in hers.

I raised my hand and was about to swipe when something came over me.

I felt my head start to hurt again. I lost my balance and fell down. I winced as the pain grew. My eyes flickering from purple to red very fast. Tail flicking back and forth.

"Ty?! Wh-what's happening?!" I heard Sky yell. The voices started again. The memories from the facility flashed across my mind once more.

"T-Ty?" Sky said again.

The last word got me good. I growled and flew out of the cave, along with Sky shouting my name. I couldn't take this anymore.

"Ty! Wait!" Sky called after me.

"Leave me alone Sky!" I growled. I flew up to the clouds again. I stopped as I saw the sun disappear behind the clouds.

Tears flowed down my face, then I felt someone put a hand on my shoulder. I spun around quickly to see Sky standing there, with a worried expression on his face.

"Ty. What is wrong? You've been acting very weird lately."

"I'm. Fine." I growled, crossing my arms.

"Obviously you're not fine. Please Ty, tell me what up. I wanna help."

"You can't help me Sky."

"Maybe I can. Just tell me-"

"YOU WANNA KNOW WHATS WRONG?! WELL I'LL YELL YOU WHATS WRONG! I CANT CONTROL MY ENDERSIDE! I HAVE BAD DREAMS EVERY NIGHT THAT I WILL LOOSE CONTROL AND KILL EVERYONE! VOICES IN MY HEAD THAT TELL ME IM BAD, WORTHLESS, AND EVIL! VOICES THAT TELL ME IM JUST A MONSTER! CAUSE THATS EXACTLY WHAT I AM! A-"

Sky hugged me. I stiffened up.

"You are not a monster Ty. You will never be a monster. Not to me. Not ever. You'll always be the good person I see inside of you Ty. Because I like the way you are. I like your flaws and differences. I like you for you. I won't ever leave you...even if you can't control yourself...I'll be standing next to you." Sky said, smiling at me.

Sobs escaped my mouth as I cried into Sky's shoulder. "Th-thank you S-Sky.."

"No problem, bud. No problem." Sky said, patting my back, gently.

Later that Night

Ty's Dream

"S-Sky? You're...you're just gonna leave me here?!"

"I'm sorry Ty, but you're just a monster. And monsters can't be trusted."

"Wh-what?! No! Sky! Please! Don't leave me!" I cried out, shaking the bars of the cell.

The scientists were over me with needles and clipboards. I tried to move but couldn't. It was as if I was paralyzed. A muzzle was around my face as they tested on me. Pain shooting through my body. I screamed.

End Dream

I woke up and shouted, "No!" I then looked around and saw that everyone was asleep. I was breathing heavily and I was shaking.

I carefully got out of bed and silently walked over to Sky.

"Sky? Sky?!" I whispered, shaking him awake. He woke up with a startled look on his face.

"T-Ty? What is it? What's wrong?"

"I...I had another bad dream again. I can't sleep. Do...do you think I could...s-sleep with you?" I asked.

Sky

I looked into his eyes. "Of..of course you can." I said, scooting over. He layed down next to me, his back and wings up against my chest.

I put my arm around him, so I was hugging him, and slowly closed my eyes. "Good night Ty."

"Good night Sky." Ty responded and we both drifted off to sleep.
