"Sadako!"

"Sadako, what in the world are you doing in there? You haven't been out here in ages!" Sadako's mom called.

"I'm finally finished anyway, Mom." Sadako called.

"Just wait right there, My Beautiful Witch. I'll be back." He winked at the doll he made.

The doll was made rag doll style. With the perfect texture of lilac hair and a miniature version of the Witch Coord Charlotte wore at Erika's Costume Ball.

"What makes you spend forever in your room, Sadako? You had me worried you wouldn't even get out of there!" His mom said.

"I was busy stitching up a decoration for my bedroom. I was bored." Was his excuse.

"Huh, I see... You haven't told me any troubles you've been having. I've noticed because most times you get home you seem... frustrated."

"Oh, it's nothing. Love just does things to me. And, I happen to like Kazue's sister, Charlotte." He said.

"Charlotte? I never knew Kazue had a sister with that name." His mom said.

"But she's beautiful, I tell you. She's here, right now." He said.

"Come to my room."

"Your room?! Don't tell me you---"

"Relax, Mom. No foul play." He said.

Sadako opened the door to his room.

"I invited her to a sleepover."

Sadako's mother just gasped in shock that 'Charlotte', was only a doll he actually stitched up.

"Oh. I correct myself. She's actually gonna stay with me. Every.Single.Day". Sadako laughed.

And laughed...

"W-Who are you?! You're not my son anymore!" She said.

"I'm still your only child, Sadako. It's me, only full of inspiration." He laughed.

"Who did this to you?" She started to cry, seeing how much her son had drastically changed.

"Love. Lady Love made me like this." He said.

(The Following Morning...)

"So, Kaz..."

"Have you ever heard from Sadako again since the day you two 'spaced out'? I asked.

"Actually, I haven't. And I think it's best I continue on with this. I still need to completely erase the fact that my best friend tried to kiss ME, not Charlotte." He said.

"But do you think he's been coping up with this whole thing as much as you are? Since you seem cool about spacing out on him like that." Maiko asked.

"Huh... Knowing him, he's unpredictable." Kazue said.

"What do you mean 'unpredictable'? I wondered.

"If you want the answer to that, I guess I'll have to tell you a mini-biography of him."

(Flashback)

Sadako is the only child in his family. Because of that fact, he was basically spoiled by his parents. Always used to getting what he wanted, and always the center of attention.

But I'm friends with him, ever since preschool. I'm guessing you guys are wondering on how I became friends with such a 'spoiled brat ', as I described Sadako.

It was because we were relatable in many ways. Although he was spoiled, and I was actually scared to approach him at first, I realized he was worth being friends with because we liked almost the same things, ESPECIALLY video games. Damn, I used to beat his butt off at RPGs.

But I did mention earlier that in his 'spoiled brat' attitude, it comes with getting him whatever he wants to make him happy. Although... At his age..."

(Flashback End)

"Now that I think about it, he's a year older than me. If he still has that attitude in him..."

"Who knows what he could do, or what he could become." Kazue said.

"Let's just hope his mind's still stable." I said.

"So what you're saying is..." Maiko paused.

"Yes, he can go crazy, as in, literally out of his mind. But who knows what he could do at that state if it's ever gonna happen." Kazue said.

*Ring, Ring!*

"It's Aunt Miyara!" Kazue said as he read the contact name from his personal phone. It was Sadako's mom.

(Conversation)

Miyara: Kazue...

Kazue: Aunt Miyara, y-you seem out of breath. Breathe for a sec and tell me what's going on.

Miyara: Just... don't be too shocked at what I have to tell you. It's about Sadako.

Kazue: *eyes widen* What happened to him?!

Miyara: He... He's gone INSANE!

Kazue: What?!

Miyara: He told me he fell in love with your sister, Charlotte, and he... showed me. Only...

Kazue: Only?

Miyara: He apparantly made a doll and said she was going to be with him every night, every day.

Kazue: Oh no... I'll try to talk to him when I see him!

Miyara: Thank you, Kazue. I know, you've become like another son to me. I knew Sadako found a good friend in you.

Kazue: Anytime, Aunt Miyara.

(Conversation End)

"What was the call abou--"

"Look, he made a DOLL version of Charlotte, and says it lives with him, thinking it's a real person!"

"Oh good heavens, what in the world did Sadako do to himself?!"

My eyes widened as I watched him worry.

"I only asked for Space, I only asked for him to not love Charlotte."

"Now LOOK."

"He's gone the wrong way! And mentality can't be put back right that easily!"

"I..."

"I-I'm sorry!"

Kazue ran away.

"Kazue, wait!"

He stopped.

"Where are you going?" Maiko asked.

"I need to mull things over. This is hard for me to take in." He said, and continued running away.

As he was running....

"Kazue!"

Kazue's eyes widened.

"That voice..."

"Sadako, wh-what a coincidence." Kazue said.

"It is a surprise to see you back here." Sadako said.

Kazue took a deep breath. "Hey. Bro. What's u---"

"No. Call me anything but that."

"You're not counted as my friend anymore, even if you plan to reconcile with me." Sadako said and looked at him sternly.

"Wait, please! This doesn't make any sense!"

"What do you MEAN it doesn't make any sense?!" Sadako exclaimed.

"Look, all I did was ask for space---!"

"That was all you did?! How about not letting me love who I want? You're not of my blood to speak up on my decisions, and I say I love Charlotte! I say I deserve her, as much as you know you deserve someone like Maiko Megami!"

"But unlike you, I don't make her the center of my life all the time!" Kazue butted in.

"But my world revolves around her. And you can't stop the Earth from its revolution, right?"

"And I like it this way..."

"YOU, OUT OF ALL PEOPLE, CAN'T DEPRIVE ME OF MY FREEDOM! I DO AS I WANT, AND I MAKE SURE TO GET WHAT I WANT!"

An insane laugh was heard.

"Love..."

"Love can really change a person, huh?"

Sadako laughed some more.

"Y-you really are insane...!"

"SADAKO! I'M BEGGING YOU! SNAP OUT OF IT! YOU'RE NOT WHO YOU USED TO BE---!"

Sadako put a finger to Kazue's lips.

"Well, Kazue Koichi, this is what you call being 'Madly in love."

"Haha..."

"HAHAHAHAHAHA....!"

Sadako's eyes grew wide from laughing, and to Kazue's eyes, he looked like he hasn't been even living like an actual person.

"I'm begging you... Sadako!"

"No, you won't get in my way. Goodbye..."

Sadako walked away, still laughing.

Kazue was rooted to the spot.

"Sadako..."

(Meanwhile, Kazue's House)

Kazue was now wearing a black shirt and pants.

He was looking at a picture of him and Sadako in a frame.

He was crying, and a tear landed on the glass.

(Kazue's Thoughts)

"I know I'm in black. Because..."

"I'm mourning..."

"I'm mourning for the passing of your sanity..."

"Today, here lies the old Sadako. One of the best friends I had in my life."

"Here lies the happiness of beating you at video games."

"Here lies making trouble together."

"Here lies going out to eat together."

"Here lies cracking jokes."

"Here lies someone to depend on when I really need it."

"Here lie the memories."

"And here lies the sanity of my 'brother'."

"May it find its way back to you."

"Goodbye to the man I once knew he was."

"Sadako Bakagari."

"I know I did my part to make this friendship better. But your emotions got the best of you."

"And now you've been eaten up by them ."

(The end of his thoughts)

"Sadako, what have you become?!" Kazue sobbed.

He then fell asleep.

(The Next Day)

"Mom, I'm gonna go out with my friends!" Kazue called.

He was wearing a black, long-sleeved polo, rolled up to make them half-sleeved, and faded, pre-torn jeans

"Alright! Be safe!" His mom said.

"Now, I have to see if he locked his room before he left, though..." She thought and went upstairs.

*Knock Knock*

"Come in." Celine called.

"Why, hello, Linnie! How's it going?"

"Sadako-san! It's great to see you again!" Celine hugged him.

"Aw, you're still so sweet as always."

"Say..."

"How about, I take you to a place you've never been to before? The place me and your older brother always hung out at. What'dya say?" Sadako winked.

Celine nodded. "I'm bored anyway, so show me!" She gave a closed-eyed smile.

Sadako smiled as he took Celine out of the house.

He wrapped a blindfold around her...

And the rest was history.

(20 minutes later...)

*Ring Ring!*

"It's Sadako!" Kazue said as he started taking the call.

Kazue: Hello?

Sadako: Hello, Kazue. I just wanted to let you know that you're little sister's awfully... gullible.

Kazue: What the hell did you do to Celine?!

Sadako: Oh, I'll put her on.

(Switch to Celine)

Celine: Onii-chan!

Kazue: What happened to you? Are you okay?!

Celine: You have to get me out of here, Sadako-san's got a-- mrff!

Sadako: Meet me at the old house with a garden a block away from my house, just like old times.

Kazue: I'll get my sister back, just you wait!

(Conversation End)

"He kidnapped my SISTER! Goddamn that bastard, what the heck does he want?!"

"We'll go with you!" I said.

"Lead the way. I know Sadako's hidden Celine in a place you might know well." Maiko said.

"Let's go!" Kazue ran ahead as we followed.

We soon arrived in an old looking house with a garden full of rose bushes.

We stood by the door.

"Here goes nothing." Kazue said.

"Hyaa!"

With a forceful kick, he managed to bust in.

"Linnie!"

"Onii-chan!" Celine cried.

"What's with the black ensemble, Kaz? It looks like someone died." Sadako said.

"I really can't believe you're mind's already that worked up. But what in the world made you think of kidnapping Celine?!" Kazue demanded.

"YOU WON'T GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER ON CHARLOTTE, SO WHY NOT BOTHER ASKING YOUR SISTER?!"

"I r-really have n-nothing to tell you, really, Sadako-san..." Celine said in between sniffles.

Kazue hugged his sister close to him while we backed him up. "Celine's given you an answer, why not just stop messing with Kazue and his family?" I said.

"Tch, fine."

"But I won't stop on my mission..."

"Because Charlotte will forever be my love, my Beautiful Witch..."

"Leave! Kidnapping your sister was a waste of time." He said.

And so we did.

(Back at the Koichi Residence)

"Where have all of you been? You got me worried!" Mrs. Koichi said.

And we narrated everything she needed to know.

"I feel terrible for Sadako. I know he doesn't know about your alter ego schemes in PriPara, but it's driving him mad, the fact that you appealed greatly to him." She said.

"I know. I hope he'll be guided back to his old, normal self." Kazue said.

"We're hoping for the best, too. Seeing how close their friendship was." I added.

But still, Sadako Bakagari will never be the same again.
