Roman POV:
I silently cry as I sit next to Virgil's hospital bed and gently hold his hand that has ivy being pumped into his veins. His bruised hand feel so cold in mine as I wait for the doctor to show up. I look up at my boyfriend's bleeding lip and nose, and his bruised eye and cheek as he lays there unconscious. "I-If I wouldn't h-have-..This n-never would've h-happened if I-I just-..I-I never should-d of texted y-you while you-u were dr-driving..T-This is all m-my fault!.." I say as I wipe my tears with a tissue from the nightstand next to the bed.

"That's not true Ro..Non of this is your fault.." I hear Patton say as him and Logan walk back into the small room after leaving to clear their heads outside. I shake my head, "Y-Yes it is..Cause if I-I wouldn't of texted Vir-Virgil th-then he would h-have noticed the d-drunk driver and not-t have swerved o-off the road!" I shakily reply back and I see tears in Pat's eyes as he grabs ahold of Logan's hand. Lo gently wraps his other arm around P's waist to calm him down.

"Roman, what happened was not your fault..A intoxicated driver was coming towards Virgil at full speed..He had no choice but to swerve off the road.." Logan says to me as I run my hand through Virgil's hair. I feel something sharp and gently take it out of Vee's hair. I feel more tears in my eyes as I hold a piece of broken glass in my hand. I set it down and quickly wipe away my tears as I hear the door open again.

"We're here, we came as fast as we could! What happened!? I got your call Pat, Remus and I got really worried-..Oh my god!" I look over to see Janus griping the doorway as he stares with wide eyes and covering his mouth as he looks at his childhood best friend laying unconscious next to me. "Damn..What happened?" Remus asked as he walks over to me and gently puts his hand on my shoulder. "How about we take a walk outside and I'll explain everything, ok?" Patton says to Jan as he pulls J into a hug and gently rubs his back. Janus nods his head with tears running down his face and heads into the hallway with Remus following behind them.

I feel Vi's hand get slightly warmer by the minute which is a really good sign and I leave a gently kiss on the back of it. I hear the door open and in steps the doctor with a tablet in his hand. "Hi are you Roman Kingsley?.." I nod my head and stand up to shake his hand. "Nice to meet you I'm Dr. Picani, I do have some good news and some bad news about your friend Virgil.." Dr. P says as he fixes his pink tie and I gulp a little at the thought of bad news.

"The bad news is that Virgil did break his right shoulder, a few small fractures on three of his ribs on the left side, and some head trauma from the impact. Which caused him to go unconscious." I feel more tears come to my eyes as I look back at Virgil. "But, the good news is that it all can be fixed with a few simple surgeries and the concussion should only last but a few days possibly a week." Dr. Picani says to me as he shows me on his tablet a few x-rays of Virgil's ribs and right arm. I sigh in relief that Vee's going be ok! "Thank you Dr. Picani," I reply as I shakily shake his hand. My nervous still haven't calmed down just yet. The doctor leaves and I look over to see Logan sitting quietly in the chair across the small room. "Roman are you mentally alright?.." Lo ask me with what looked like a look of concern on his face. I sigh as I gently grab Virgil's hand again and I feel more tears come to my eyes. "I-I..I just hope My L-Little Storm Cloud wa-wakes up soon-n.."

Three Days Later; No One POV:
Roman gives a sad smile as he walks into the hospital with a dozen purple roses. The lady at the front desk who's on the phone, gives a small smile and waves hi to Ro as he walks by. Roman gives his best fake smile and waves back. The lady gets off the phone and waves for Ro to walk over to her. "Mr. Prince, wait I need to talk to you," she says with a slight frown. Roman walks over to her confused, "What's going on?" The lady rubs her eyes and looks back at Roman with what Ro could only describe as bad news.

"Mr. Prince, I'm very sorry to tell you but Mr. Storm got moved to ICU.." (Intensive Care Unit) Roman's eyes widen and tears brim his eyes. "W-What happened!? Is Virgil alright!? Can I see him!?" "Virgil is ok now..You may want to ask Mrs. Quinn, she's the nurse that has been watching over Virgil since he's arrived. Virgil is in room 3C if you want to go see him.." She says and Ro nods with a sigh, "Ok thank you-"

"And Mr. Prince? Take a deep breath before you go in to calm yourself down." Roman nods his head and quickly leaves to go find room 3C. Roman quickly turns the corner and walks down hall C until he's at room 3 that has a glass wall but right now has the blinds rolled down so you can't see in. Roman takes a deep breath with the roses still in his right hand while quietly opening up the door. Ro looks up and his eyes widen as tears spill from his eyes. His legs turn to jello so he leans against the doorway to keep his balance. Roman covers his eyes with his left elbow and tries not to cry his heart out.

Ro wipes away his tears and walks into the room. Virgil is hooked up to a ventilator, a heart monitor, and has ivy going into his wrist on his right hand. Rom gives a sad smile as he sets the flowers in a vase next to Vee's bed. "H-Hey baby..It's Ro-Ro...I-I love you my gorgeous-s ray of d-darkness~" Rom says as tears stream down his cheeks and he gently takes Virgil cold pale left hand in his. Roman leaves a small kiss on the back of Vee's hand.

"He gave us quite the scare last night..Hi I'm Miss Quinn, you must be Mr. Kingsley?" The nurse says as she sets a clipboard down next to the purple roses. "Yes, I'm Roman Kingsley..Can I ask what happened last night? The lady at the front desk told me to ask you.." Ro says as he shakes the nurse's hand and she sighs. "Last night I was doing my nightly checkup on Virgil and when I was testing his heart beat it was barely beating..I was a nervous wreck so I checked his pulse on his wrist. His pulse was dying out fast so I quickly called a doctor and Dr. Picani brought him back..Mr. Storm is a very lucky to be still be alive right now.." Miss. Quinn says with a small frown and Ro feels his knees grow weak.

"Is Virgil gonna be alright?" Roman asked as he looks back at his boyfriend. "He's stable for right now, once he wakes up he'll be in much better condition." Roman nods his head and the nurse grabs her clipboard and checks Vi's heart monitor and ventilator. The nurse leaves with a simple goodbye and R gives her a weak smile and wave. Rom knows he's about to break down once she leaves and he does.. Once the door closes Roman falls to his knees next to Vee's hospital bed, gently takes his hand again, and balls his eyes out. "P-Please be o-ok.. Please be ok..for the love of god please be OK!" R screams quietly and tries to take a deep breath but all he feels is pain shoot through his lungs.

Roman tries to take a deep breath again but all he feels is less and less air going into his body. Ro feels a slight pressure in his hand and stops breathing for a split second. Ro quickly looked down at his hand that has Virgil's left hand and feels Vee gently squeeze his hand. Roman gasp and slowly stands up to not scare his anxious boyfriend. More tears fall down Rom's face as he looks up to see Virgil slowly opening his eyes. Vi looks around a little before his eyes land on Roman. Vee's eyes widen and Ro can tell he's panicking.

Virge tries to sit up but Rom gently lays him back down so Vi doesn't mess with the ventilator. "No no no baby it's ok I'm right here. Just look at me ok?..You were in accident and you had a concussion." Roman explains as Virgil tries to talk but gets stopped by the ventilator. Vee looks confused as he feels air being forced down his lungs. He move his right arm to take off what was around his mouth but Ro gently puts his hand back down. "Storm Cloud you can't take it off just yet let me go grab a nurse, ok?" Roman tries to leave but Virgil grabs ahold of his hand harder.

Ro looks back at his anxious lover and gently kisses the back of Virgil's hand. Rom can tell Vi don't want R to leave him alone. Ro sighs with a small smile as he wipes more tears away, "Babe, I have to go tell the nurse that your awake-" Roman says but gets cut off by Vee grabbing his hand harder and shaking his head no. "Ok, ok I won't leave you~ Just relax babe you're safe now.." Rom says with a smile and Virge nods his head. After a few minutes V loosens his grip on R's hand and R nods. "Are you ok?" Virgil gives his a thumbs up and Rom smiles.

"Ok, I'll be right back sweetie I adjust need to go grab a nurse so we can get you back to your old self.." Roman gently sets V's hand down and rushes out of the room to grab a nurse. Roman quickly sees Miss Quinn and rushes over to her. "Virgil's awake.." Miss Quinn's eyes widen and they both rush to the ICU room. They walk in and Virgil looks at them very tiredly. "Oh my goodness, Let me call Dr. Picani and get him down here.." Miss Quinn quickly rushes out of the room and R walks back over to his boyfriend.

"Hey babe, the doctor is on his way.." Roman gently grabs Virgil's hand again. Dr. P came in and smiled, "Hello Mr. Storm great to see that you're awake. We're going to get the ventilator out of your mouth because since you're awake now it's pumping a lot of unnecessary air into your lungs." Dr. Picani gently takes the ventilator out of V and Virgil takes a deep breath on his own. "Don't try to speak just yet, give yourself some time to catch up with your own breathing." Virgil nods his head after a few minutes V opens his mouth to speak. "H-Hey.." R smiles and kisses Virge's cheek, "Hey, yourself~"

-A Week Later-
Roman smiles as he opens the door for Virgil who now has his right arm in a sling and a few scars on his chest where the doctor had to fix three fractured ribs. Vi smiles a little as he's greeted by his other roommates. "Virge! I'm so glad you're back!" Patton yells as he gently gives Vee a side hug so he doesn't mess with his broken shoulder. "Welcome home Virgil," Logan says with a small smile. Janus smirks as he messes up Vi's hair, "Welcome back b***h.." "Nice to see you too Jan.." V says with a chuckle and Remus licks the side of Vee's face, "Hey Virge~" Virgil rolls his eyes and Roman glares at his brother. "Anyway, are you glad to be home?" Pat ask with a smile as V sits on the couch. Virgil smirks as he looks around at everyone,
                           "Yeah, it's great to be home.."
