029.

DIANA woke up with Caroline and Rebekah's limbs sprawled across her and her body squashed between the two. She gently pushed the two off her and climbed out of her bed. She looked back over to them to see they were clinging to each other like a lifeline so she quickly snapped a picture and padded downstairs.

Going over to the coffee machine she poured herself a cup of it as Klaus walked in.

"It seems you have replaced me as your cuddle buddy."

"Aww was Nikki mad he couldn't get cuddles," Diana said in a baby voice.

"Maybe," Klaus pouted as Diana walked around the kitchen island to hug him.

"Sorry. How was your trip? And why didn't you call me to teleport you back?"

"It was ok. Found the sword. And I didn't want to wake you up my love. Anyway, I have to go to Tyler's." Klaus told her as he parted from the hug.

"Can I come? I'll bring Care and we can finally take a mallet to his car. I suggested it last night but I think she was too tired," Diana shrugged.

"I'm going now love so hurry up."

"We'll meet you there," Diana called over her shoulder running up the stairs and into her bedroom.

"Get up Care," Diana pulled the sheets off the two blondes and they groaned trying to get it back.

"I don't want to," Caroline whined.

"Well, I don't care. We are going to your house to get all of Tyler's stuff and we are throwing them in his face like it's garbage. And then we are going to hit his car with a mallet. Or a bat. I don't really mind," Diana said.

"Ok but why do I have to wake up," Rebekah groaned shielding herself from the light that was pouring into Diana's room.

"Because you're here and I would have woken you up anyway seeing as you and Care were cuddling each other like a married couple," Diana explained.

The two blondes looked at each other weirdly and made a silent agreement to never speak of it again before Caroline got out of bed and into Diana's closet.

"Ana, I'm borrowing your clothes. I'll give them back soon. Or not," Caroline called.

Diana smiled before hopping into the shower.

The two girls were sitting in the car outside Tyler's house with a box of his stuff.

"I can't do this," Caroline blurted.

"Yes, you can. Do you have perfume?" Diana asked.

Caroline handed her a bottle from her purse and Diana sprayed it into the box.

"What are you doing?"

"Making the box smell like you. Then he would remember all the good times and feel sorry for himself that he let you go," Diana admitted, Caroline nodded and they got out of the car, Diana handing the blonde the box.

Caroline knocked firmly on the door and they waited. Tyler opened the door and Caroline pushed herself in, "I brought your stuff. Old laptop, your jersey, the charm bracelet."

"Care, this isn't a good time," Tyler expressed.

"Just take it," She shoved the box into his hands. He sighed as Klaus came over.

"My love. Caroline," Klaus greeted as Caroline glared daggers at Hayley. Klaus wrapped his arms around Diana's waist as he spoke, "By the breakup drama unfolding before me, I assume you've met Hayley." Caroline looked away and he sighed.

"All right. Come on, let's go. Let's leave them alone. Your talents are needed elsewhere," Klaus spoke to the hybrid behind him.

"For what?" Tyler asked.

"I think you've got more important things to deal with, mate," Klaus replied. Smiling at Caroline lightly Diana touched her shoulder as she was walking by.

"Call me so we can organise tonight," Caroline nodded and Diana exited the house and stood next to Tyler's car.

She summoned a bat before bringing it down onto the windshield making it shatter. Tyler gaped at her from his place at the front door and she turned around, "Care said I couldn't hurt you but she never said anything about your car." Diana smiled as she walked down the driveway.

Klaus had run off to do something with Elena and Diana was left at home by herself to do nothing. She stared up at her bedroom ceiling in boredom before a flash of green interrupted her blank thoughts.

She looked across the room not seeing anything. She slowly got up looking around and summoned a sword to her hands. She walked forward before quickly turning and striking something behind her.

"Ow!" Loki appeared in another green flash with a cut that was slowly healing on his neck.

"You idiot I could have killed you," Diana exclaimed.

"I can't die, darling," Loki said.

"Whatever. You're here and that is all that matters. Come on you're going to the Grill with me," Diana told him grabbing his hand and teleporting behind the grill. Diana looked at Loki and flicked her wrist, his Asgardian clothes disappearing and replacing them was a shirt and jeans.

"What did you put me in?" Loki shrieked.

"Clothes," Diana replied in a 'duh' tone. The two walked around to the front and entered.

They sat at a booth in the back and Loki told her the gossip of Asgard and Olympus. As the two talked they ordered food and drinks.

The two gods were giggling drunkenly when Klaus approached them.

"My love, man I've never met."

"Nikki! How are you? Did you deal with your Ellen problem? Ohh, this is my friend Loki," Diana slurred.

"Yes, I solved my problem. Come darling let's leave the random man alone," Klaus replied tugging at Diana's jacket while smiling apologetically at Loki.

"No Nikki don't be silly. He's my friend and he's staying with us while he's here," Diana said slapping Klaus' hand away.

"You're a bit, delirious love. How about we go home," Klaus emphasized.

"No. I'm staying with Loki. He's a lonely man with no girlfriend and he dresses like a witch. So therefore he needs my unwavering attention," Diana sat back down as Loki looked offended.

"One I don't dress like a witch and I have lady friends," Loki protested.

"Well you're in dire need of some fashion sense and the only thing I've seen you cuddle is the snake Medusa gave you," Diana smirked in victory when Loki pouted.

"He's cute," Loki muttered.

"Sure. Anyway, Nikki, I'll stay here thanks. Go on. Have a drink we'll just be over here," Diana pushed Klaus towards the bar and he left dumbfounded.

"Place looks pretty good considering your hybrid got blown up in it," Caroline said walking over to Klaus who was still at the bar. He was watching Diana who was laughing with hiccups interrupting her giggles.

"Caroline. To what do I owe the pleasure?" Klaus replied as the blonde shook of her jacket.

"I want you to give Elena back."

"Ah. They sent you to sweet-talk me. It won't work seeing as I'm in a relationship. But good for you. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I can't do it," Klaus smiled.

"Why not?"

"She needs my help," Klaus replied as Caroline scoffed. "Look, I'm not going to burden you with gory details. I know you have enough on your plate already."

"That's none of your business, actually," Caroline snapped.

"Yes. Well, just know that if Tyler was still sired to me, he never would have hurt you. Diana wouldn't have let him." Caroline stared at him, "Can I at least offer you a drink?"

"Yeah. Thanks. On the topic of Diana where is she? I'm supposed to go clubbing with her and your sister later," Caroline said.

"Over there. Giggling like a mad school girl with some random man she calls her friend," Klaus spoke bitterly.

"Aww. Is the big bad hybrid jealous," Caroline teased. Just as she said this Diana stumbled over to the bar.

"One shot of Vodka please," Diana ordered sticking out her finger. She looked down at the counter mumbling, "Wait was it one or ten. Oh, wait I meant ten."

"Ana are you ok," Caroline asked as the goddess almost tripped over her own feet.

"Of course I am Care-bear. Why wouldn't I be?" Diana asked tilting her head.

"Cause you're a drunk mess," Caroline replied.

"Oh well, whatever. See you, Candice," Diana smiled walking off with a tray of shots.

"Did she just call me Candice?" Caroline asked as the two got up and walked over to where the two drunk gods were sitting.

Loki was pouring golden liquid into one of the shots and Diana picked it up and knocked it back giggling.

"Ana, love, what was that?" Klaus asked concerned.

"It was a shot. Silly-Billy, duh."

The two gods broke out in laughter and Diana almost fell off her chair.

"Ohh. Ohh. Ana, show them the glasses thing," Loki laughed.

"Oh yeah," Diana picked up a pair of sunglasses off the table and morphed her face into Audrey Hepburn's. She put on the glasses, summoned a cigarette and pouted slightly before tipping the glasses to look at the two blonds.

The two gods cackled in their drunken state and Caroline and Klaus looked at them shocked as Diana turned back into herself.

"What was that?" Klaus asked.

"It's the Audrey Hepburn thing from Breakfast at Tiffany's obviously," Diana laughed.

The two looked at them like they were crazy as they laughed more.

"What was in that drink?" Caroline asked.

"Vodka and Ambrosia," Diana replied.

"Ambrosia? What's that?"

"It basically gets gods drunk," Loki slurred, "Very delicious. Would you like to try it?"

"No. Diana, you are drunk out of your mind. We are going home," Klaus demanded.

"Ok. Ohh, Loki we can watch Breakfast at Tiffany's and redo the scene," Diana clapped her hands excitedly.

"Yes. Let go," The two grabbed their stuff before clumsily exiting the Grill and teleporting away.

Klaus and Caroline stood inside stupefied.

"What just happened?" Caroline questioned.

"I don't know," Klaus said, "She most likely won't be going clubbing tonight Caroline so maybe call and schedule for tomorrow." Caroline nodded, "I should probably leave her to cool off she gets a bit crazy after she's drunk quite a bit."

They sat down again and continued drinking. Caroline looked down at her phone and then back to Klaus as she put it on the table.

"So there's the thing. I didn't just come here to try and get you to release Elena."

"You don't say," Klaus smiled.

"I came here to distract you so that Stefan could go to your house and break her out," Carolie said carefully, "Which he did. And don't get mad, but then he lost her." Klaus stood up angrily. "Klaus."

"Caroline you're a very nice person and Diana likes you very much. But if you don't stop talking, I will kill you."

"They figured out how to stop the hallucinations," Caroline blurted as he went to walk away.

Klaus stopped, "Okay you have 10 seconds to tell me."

◊◊◊◊◊◊◊

The sun was coming up when Klaus walked into the living room of his home to see Diana sprawled across the couch. Loki walked into the living room.

"Ah hello mate. Pancake," He offered.

"What are you still doing here and who are you?" Klaus questioned.

"I'm Loki. We met last night, don't you remember?"

"I remember you drugging my wife."

"Drugging your wife? I'm utterly confused," Loki said. He looked at Klaus' irritated face, "Oh you mean the ambrosia. Oh, it's not a drug. It was created by Dionysus a few millenniums back to help get the gods drunk a little faster."

"Who are you? And how do you know of the supernatural?"

"I'm Loki. Diana never said you had short-term memory," Loki tilted his head.

"Oh, my head. What the hell," Diana groaned.

"Ah, morning darling. Pancakes," Loki offered again.

"Yes," Diana sped and grabbed one off the plate he was holding and shoveled it into her mouth, "I need you to be my personal chef."

"No can do. I have to go back to Asgard today. Prince duties and all," Loki shrugged.

"No. I don't want you to go. There's nothing interesting here. No good gossip. You have all the gossip," Diana whined.

"That reminds me. Did you know Thor has a human lover?"

"No. Why didn't he tell me this."

"He didn't want anyone to know. I only found out because I read his diary. Or journal as he calls it but it's definitely a diary." Loki nodded.

"Wait why a human?"

"He said she's the most beautiful thing he's ever laid eyes upon or something like that. Should I kill her to spite him?" Loki said thoughtfully.

"No! Don't do that. Let your brother be happy," Diana protested, Loki sighed but nodded.

"Anyway, I should go. There's bacon in the kitchen." He pointed towards the kitchen, "Oh, and send me your friend Rebekah's number. Bye," Loki said quickly teleporting away.

"When did you meet Rebekah!" Diana's shout fell on deaf ears and all that was left was Klaus standing in his spot in confusion.

"Close your mouth darling. You'll catch flies." Diana patted his jaw and waltzed into the kitchen to eat her bacon.
