Season 4 Episode 5

DIANA groaned as light streamed through her curtains and cascaded over her face. She attempted to get up but a heavy arm dragged her back down by the waist. She turned to see the hybrid softly snoring on the other side of the bed. She tugged lightly at his arm to go and close the curtains but he just gripped her tighter.

She sighed in annoyance and levitated him in a swirl of red. She held him in the air quickly shutting the curtains and crawling back into the bed. She let him down and he immediately cuddled with her again.

Diana stared at him. There were no lines of frustration or anger present on his face, and his golden hair was a curly mess. The ringing of a phone disturbed the hybrid and he groaned and Diana laughed.

Klaus answered the phone and Diana sat on the bed boredly. When he finished he turned and smiled innocently at his wife.

"What do you want?"

"Can you teleport us somewhere?"

"I can't I promised to go out with Caroline today. Sorry," Diana smiled, "But I can open a portal for you." Klaus nodded and stood to get ready. Diana texted Caroline and asked what they were doing that day. When Klaus re-entered the bedroom he kissed Diana on the lips.

"Don't get into too much trouble," Klaus said.

"I should be telling you that," Diana kissed him again as she opened a red portal and he walked through it.

Diana had met up with Caroline and the two were now entering the Lockwood residence. She could hear Tyler talking to someone before Caroline stopped short and Diana walked into her back.

"For Hera's sake Care," Diana grumbled going around the girl only to see another girl standing against the door frame. She had long wavy brown hair and equally brown eyes. Diana glanced at Caroline's face which was full of confusion.

"Uh- Who are you?"

"Who the hell are you?" The girl asked.

"Caroline," Diana looked between the two as Caroline replied.

"Ah- You're Tyler's girl. He told me about you. I'm Hayley," Diana eyed her warily. She didn't like her bitchy attitude.

"Well, Hayley that's pretty crazy. Because I haven't heard a thing about you," Caroline replied laughing lightly.

"I've been staying here a few days," Hayley replied as she looked around. Diana's eyebrows raised.

"Excuse me?" Caroline muttered.

"I need a place to crash. Ty's a buddy who was kind enough to offer," Hayley explained with a smile.

"I know all of Ty's buddies and I haven't heard about you so how 'bout we cut the crap," Caroline demanded walking up to her.

"Yeah, I don't do teen drama," Hayley shook her head. "Take it up with Ty. Excuse me," She went to walk away but Diana grabbed her arm.

"That's strange seeing as you look like you're trying to stir up drama." The girl shrugged out of her hold and waltzed away.

The two vampires scoffed, "I don't like her," Diana declared as the two walked into the living room where Tyler, Hayley and one of Klaus' hybrids stood.

The three chatted whilst Diana and Caroline stayed silent.

"It's too dangerous that maniac already killed Nate-" Hayley started.

"That maniac is my husband watch your mouth little girl," Diana growled.

"You're not a hybrid, you don't know what it's like. Klaus asked for something you do it," Dean said.

"At least one person knows order," Diana smirked.

The room fell silent and Hayley looked at Tyler before looking at Diana as Caroline glowered at Tyler's head.

"How are you with him. He's a psycho."

"Well he's my psycho," Diana replied. Hayley scoffed and looked back at Tyler who was silent.

"Look. I'm a hybrid," Tyler pointed at himself.

"And not a good one either," Diana mumbled causing Caroline to hit her arm.

"I used to do everything Klaus said. But I don't anymore and you don't have to either."

"You think you can stand up to Klaus. Huh. Prove it," Dean handed Tyler a phone. Tyler grabbed the phone before Caroline interrupted.

"Tyler don't."

"No Care-bear let him do it. I want to see Nik rip his head off," Diana whined earning a glare from the blonde.

Tyler ignored her and dialled a number.

"Hello."

"Hey, Klaus."

"Tyler. I hope you're not causing problems."

"I can do whatever I want. I'm not sired to you anymore."

"Fair enough. Although I do happen to know your little secret about your time in Appalachia. What was your friend's name? Hayley was it?" Klaus taunted. "Probably prefer I kept that to myself." Caroline shifted in disbelief. "I'm sorry mate were you going to answer or should I assume you're back to being how did you phrase it? Ah yes, my little bitch."

Diana snorted before looking at Caroline's broken-hearted face and getting mad. Tyler hung up and cleared his throat.

"Do whatever the hell you want." He replied before brushing past the three girls.

"That's it? You just back down?" Hayley exclaimed walking after the Lockwood boy.

Caroline stared stunned at the floor and Diana gripped her shoulders.

"You don't need him. How about we go to my place and do something fun," Caroline nodded blankly and they walked out of the Lockwood property.

It was about two hours later. The girls had gone back to the Mikealson mansion and Caroline had ranted for a good twenty minutes before she broke down crying. Diana had comforted the baby vampire and given her ice cream as they watched Mean Girls. They were now back at the Lockwood mansion seeing as Caroline was convinced that she had to get an explanation for Tyler.

The two girls silently walked in and Diana shook her head at the sound of Tyler and the werewolf slut talking.

"I'm so sorry," Tyler said, Diana rolled her eyes.

"I can't believe Dean's gone. We could have saved him," Hayley replied. Diana and Caroline walked in and the two pulled away from each other.

"I apologise are we intruding," Caroline spoke with malice.

"Caroline it's not like that," Tyler tried to assure her.

"It looks like that to me," Diana mumbled.

"I keep waiting for you to make up some dumb story so at least I can call you a liar. Is that now?" Caroline asked. Hayley looked uncomfortable and Diana smirked lightly.

"I'll let you two talk," She said.

"Thank you how big of you," Caroline snarked. Hayley glared at her before walking away.

"You know what? I'll go with her. You know... keep her company," Diana smirked and walked off into the direction Hayley went.

Diana stopped in the parlour where Hayley went. The werewolf stared at her warily as she poured herself a glass of the Lockwood's bourbon. Diana sipped her drink as she studied the girl.

"So Hayley where are you from?"

"New Orleans originally. Moved to Australia when I was eighteen." Diana nodded finishing off the drink.

"So are you always this much of a slut."

"Excuse me?" Hayley spoke in disbelief.

"I said are you always this much of a slut," Diana annunciated each word.

"Who do you think you are?"

"Diana Salvatore Mikealson and someone who doesn't like you."

"I could kill you on a full moon and you know it," Hayley bragged.

"I physically can't die so good luck with that," Diana smiled before walking back in the direction of Caroline. Diana linked her arms with the blonde and they waltzed out of the Lockwood home and sped back to the mansion.

Diana sat on her bed and watched Caroline carefully. The girl was pacing and Diana was sure she would wear a hole in the floor. The door of her room flew open and Rebekah sauntered in but stopped when she saw the other blonde's anxious expression.

"Why does she look like a child hyped on sugar?" Rebekah asked.

"Tyler cheated on her with some werewolf slut," Diana whispered, Rebekah sat on the bed and the two watched Caroline's movements in interest.

Caroline stopped and breathed in, " I want to kill her."

"Can I do it?" Diana asked.

"What?"

"Can I do it? I want to kill her," Diana added.

"Why don't you like her. I get Caroline but not you," Rebekah expressed.

"She has the aura of, 'I know you have a girlfriend but I don't give a fuck and I'll sleep with you anyway'," Diana conceded with a small shrug. Caroline laughed.

" Oh," Rebekah laughed.

"So now that you are a free woman we are going out and having some fun. Ohh we could egg his house. Or put hair removal cream in her shampoo. Or take a mallet to his car," Diana smiled, a mischievous glint in her blue-green eyes.

"No. But we can go clubbing," Rebekah suggested.

"Yes. We can find you a man," she directed to Rebekah, "and you a hookup. Or a blood bag."

"How about tomorrow night?" Caroline said.

"Sure."

"Sounds good. But don't invite Elena. I can't deal with that doppelwrench."

The three girls sat on Diana's bed and turned on a few movies and gossiped until they fell asleep with 10 things I hate about you playing in the background.
