011.
DIANA was sat in the boarding house, texting her witch, Safina. She and Damon were desperately trying to ignore the sound of Elena and Stefan's make-out session upstairs. She groaned in annoyance when the sounds seemingly got louder. The door then opened and Elena waltzed in. Damon stood up confused and Diana giggled in amusement. "Good morning Damon, Diana," she acknowledged.
Katherine who was pretending to be Elena fixed the buttons on her top before turning towards the stairs. Damon however sped over to her and wrapped his hand around her throat. "What are you doing here?" he growled.
"What is your problem," Katherine grunted.
"You're wearing her clothes like that's going to work." Diana was enjoying the war Damon was having in his head.
"You think I'm Katherine? Why would you think that? Katherine's in the tomb. Isn't she?" Damon faltered at her statement and let go of her neck.
Stefan hearing the commotion, came downstairs, "What the hell is going on!"
"Dames is trying to figure out which one is Elena," Diana explained smugly.
Damon made a face at her as Katherine said, "Is Katherine in the tomb or not?" Both Damon and Stefan sped upstairs and a series of bangs echoed around the house.
Diana turned to Katherine and they high fived, "You're getting better at this."
Katherine shrugged and they joined the others in Stefan's room. "Stop it, Katherine."
"Stop what?" Katherine asked innocently leaning against the doorframe.
"You guys are idiots. You can't even tell them apart," mused Diana.
"It's getting really easy being you," Katherine commented as Elena and the Salvatore boys glared at her.
Elena turned to Stefan, "What is she doing here?"
"When we killed Elijah it must have broken off the compulsion and freed the bitch," Damon glowered.
"How is that even possible?" Stefan questioned.
"He's an original, they have all sorts of special skills. Ana should know she married one," Diana turned to glare heatedly at Katherine. "Why are you glaring at me."
"I'm hoping you'll spontaneously combust," she gritted through her teeth.
"You're married," Damon and Stefan shouted.
"To an original?" Damon elaborated.
"Was," Diana shrugged. "Can we talk about this... I don't know never."
Elena interrupted, "I don't want you here."
"God Elena do you ever shut up, not everything is about you. Somehow you don't even have to open your mouth for me to get a headache, so spare my poor head please," Diana complained rubbing her temples.
"Get her out of here." Elena ignored her.
"You need my help Elena, all of you. Except for Ana, Klaus wouldn't hurt her even if his life depended on it." Katherine said.
"For Hera's sake shut up Kat."
"Like hell," Stefan spat.
"We all want the same thing - Klaus dead," Katherine shrugged nonchalantly.
"I don't, I vote for Elena to die, she's not important to me," Diana frowned. Damon and Stefan and Elena glare at her as she shrugs.
"Yet here you are running around like chickens with their heads cut off," Katherine commented ignoring Diana's statement.
"I don't need your help and I don't want it," Elena sneered.
"And that's incredibly stupid of you. Do you know where he is?" Katherine asks and they look at the ground.
Diana looks up at the ceiling and lists off her fingers, "Either England, New York, Florida or Italy."
They look at her confused, "Do you know what he looks like?" Katherine continued.
"Blond hair, blue eyes, English accent, daddy issues," Diana described.
"If you know something say it or get out," Damon said.
"Fine. I'll go to the grill have some lunch maybe, Jenna's free for a bite. Are you coming Ana?" Katherine announced as she and Diana linked arms and walked out.
"Not Jenna," Elena rushed after them. The two vampire females stopped and smirked at each other, satisfied that they had gotten their way.

Katherine and Diana were gossiping alone in the parlour. Stefan and Elena had gone to school and Damon was nowhere to be found. They eventually went to go get a blood bag from the basement and found Damon with a blowtorch trying to burn Elijah's body.
"Mmm burning flesh," Katherine noted.
"You might as well stop Dames, he's basically indestructible," Diana admitted. "And you're ruining his fancy suit." She knelt beside Elijah and tried to fix what was left of the suit and his dignity.
"So when I told you my plan to kill Elijah why didn't you warn me I was going to die if I used the dagger?" Damon asked.
"Oh, there are so many rules. It's all very confusing," Katherine deflects.
"Did you know I'd die?" Damon questioned hurt.
"Did Elijah tell you his plan? Did he have a dagger to kill Klaus?" Katherine asked purposely deflecting the question.
"It wouldn't work," Diana mumbled. Damon and Katherine didn't hear her due to them continuing their conversation.
"Why are you still here?" Damon questioned more to himself than the two girls.
"Because you haven't forcibly removed me," Katherine replied walking towards him. He held up the blowtorch towards her and she held up her hands in mock surrender.
"You wouldn't," she said teasingly.
"Oh I would," Damon argued pointing the end of the blowtorch at her stomach.
"Damon be smart. I want Klaus dead just as much as you do. Maybe even more. If I wasn't being honest about helping, I'd be long gone by now, okay? You can hate me, but we want the same thing. And you know... I always get what I want," Katherine said daring him to do it. Damon put down the torch and Katherine smiled in relief.
Diana watched in amusement and turned to Katherine, "Let's go Kat you and I are going to have a conversation about threatening my brothers," she put on a threatening smile and grabbed Katherine's hand practically skipping out of the cell.

Diana, Damon and Katherine were in the parlour looking through some old books. Well, Damon and Katherine were, Diana was texting someone from her company on the sofa.
"Emily Bennett told me about the massacres. She said it was a big deal in witch folklore," Katherine explained to them even though Diana wasn't listening. "When a witch goes violently they release a mystical energy marking the place of their death with power," she continued.
Finally deciding to help, Diana looks over Damon's shoulder as he mumbled, "Elijah wanted to know the site of the massacres."
"What was he going to do when he found it?" Katherine asked.
"I don't know," Diana shruged. Stefan then entered the room and Damon glanced at him, "What did papa witch and baby witch have to say?" Diana reclaimed her seat on the sofa uninterested.
Stefan walked over to them and looked. "Elijah had no weapon to kill Klaus. He believed if a witch could channel enough power... we wouldn't need one," he commented. The pieces fall into place in Diana's mind and she smiled as realisation set in. The old witches house - she used to go there when she was human to practice spells because her mother and father were against her magic.
"Like the power you get from a spot marked with a hundred dead witches," Damon said in realisation.
"We just need to find it," Stefan nodded.
"I wonder where it is." Diana agreed sarcasm dripping from her voice. Their heads snap in the direction of where she was sitting playing Angry Birds.
"You used to be a witch, you know where it is!" Damon exclaimed.
"Of course I do. But I'm not telling you. It's sort of sacred to me. Sorry, you're going to have to figure it out yourselves." she shrugged.
"It'll save Elena's life," Stefan begged.
She looked at him weirdly, "I don't like her. She could burn in hell for all I care. I'm on my own team and that is trying to keep you three safe. Do you want to know why? Because if you mess with Nik's plans he'll kill you. So my plan is; To keep him alive because, in turn, it'll keep you three alive. And I know you're not going to mess with my plan because you're going to die if you do and we don't want that," Diana ranted.
She then took a deep breath and waltzed out of the room to go to the grill leaving the three stunned vampires. Katherine is the first to speak, "She's right you know. Trying to save Elena is going to get us killed."
"Shut up Katherine. You're just trying to save your own ass," Damon sneered and that was the beginning of a small argument between the three vampires.

After Diana arrived back from the grill, she had plopped herself onto the couch resting her head on Damon's lap, with music blasting through her headphones. Damon was reading a book and Diana was now dozing off when Katherine got up and looked over Damon's shoulder.
"Can I help you?" He asked sweetly not looking up from the page he was reading.
"I'm bored," Katherine said waking Diana up.
Diana groaned in annoyance," Shut up." She took out her headphones and listened to what they were saying.
"Ana tell me something interesting," Katherine demanded.
"I fed on Leonardo DiCaprio," Diana shrugs.
Damon chuckled at his sister as Katherine pointed to something on his page, "Emily Bennett was taken today. They kidnapped her from her home and took her to the same location her ancestors were burned a hundred years ago." She read. "So Emily died on the site of the massacre too," she told them.
"I know I tried to stop it," Diana said with a scowl.
"You did?" Damon questions looking down at her confused.
"Yes, why is that so hard to believe," Diana shrugs.
Katherine went to grab the book from Damon's hands, "Does it say where."
He pulled the book away from her outstretched hands, "Nope," he said, "You know the whole nice and cooperative act," Damon began. "I don't buy it," he continued.
"I have no reason to lie to you Damon," Katherine claimed, whispering in his ears.
"Lies," Damon whispered back.
"God it's like being with horny children," Diana mumbled.
Katherine straightened up no longer leaning on the armrest of the couch. "I'm hungry."
"You're the unwanted houseguest. Feed yourself," Damon reminded with no interest.
"You better bring me one, Kitty Kat," Diana threatened. Katherine rolled her eyes and nodded walking out to get them both a blood bag.
"Well, nothing in any of these. Find anything?" Stefan questioned coming into the parlour.
Diana rolled her eyes, "Nope, you won't find anything in this old house, witches don't live here," she hinted causing them to be confused. She rose her eyebrows as Stefan made an 'o' face and walked off. Diana smirked, she may have been friends with Katherine and wanted to keep her safe but she didn't trust her completely.
"Why help us now?" Damon whispered and Diana shrugged.
"I wanted to see if you would figure it out. I like watching you beg for my help."
"I can't believe you're on Klaus' team," Damon said in disbelief.
"I'm not. I have my own agenda," she replied. Before Damon could reprimand her the frightened screams of Katherine and multiple crashes were heard. They looked at each other and sped down towards the basement in time to see Katherine get impaled with a stake by an invisible force.
"Katherine!" Damon yelled before speeding off again and Diana rushed towards Katherine and pulled out the stake.
"What happened?" Diana asked trying to soothe the older vampire. Katherine just looks at the dagger that was still embedded in Elijah's back but slowly coming out."
Katherine lunged forward pushing the dagger back in. Damon came back with the blowtorch he was using earlier, trying to burn the invisible force.
Stefan sprinted down the stairs, "What's happening!"
"Shutting down a crazy-ass psychic witch attack!" Damon yelled over the roaring flames. "Get over there and do something about it. Go!"
Diana and Katherine scooted out carefully trying not to touch the flames as Damon and Stefan sorted out the mysterious force.

Katherine and Diana were now in the parlour once again, Katherine recovering from her shock while Diana was pacing. Damon strode in holding blood bags for both Diana and Katherine. He shook them slightly before handing it to them, "Here you go."
While Katherine was distracted by the blood bag, Damon took out a small stake and stabbed Katherine in the side and she groaned in pain. "That's for not telling me the dagger would've killed me. Next time it goes in your heart."
"Is that how you treat someone who is..." Katherine grunted pulling at the stake, "Trying to help you. Damon looked at her asking for answers silently. "I'd tell you but you're not going to like it," Katherine responded.
"Try me," Damon snapped.
"John Gilbert and Isobel want you and Stefan out of Elena's life."
"Old news," Damon said the same time Diana mumbled.
"So do I." Damon glared at his sister as she shrugged innocently. Katherine smirked at her and turned back to the conversation.
"Not the part where he offered me a deal. He knew that killing Elijah would get me out of the tomb. So he gave me a choice, stay and help kill Klaus. Or he kills Stefan," Katherine divulged.
"But hold on, he still tried to kill Dames?" Diana frowned.
"Right. That was part of the deal, I could only save one of you," Katherine replied looking slightly regretful.
"So you chose Stefan," Damon affirmed a hurt look washed over his face before it went hard, "Why isn't Ana a part of this deal?"
"Because I'm actually likeable," Diana expressed with a hair flip. Katherine laughed.
"I told him he wouldn't stand a chance and that she's like me, manipulative and cunning."
"Thanks, Kat," Diana stated with a smirk.
"Of course you did," Damon murmured wistfully and walked briskly out the room not wanting to be near the Petrova any longer. Diana sighed at her brother and picked up her phone and headphones and took her seat on the couch.

Katherine and Diana were still in the parlour the latter sleeping with music blasting through her headphones making Katherine wonder how she could sleep like that. Damon walked past and Katherine sat up, "Where are you going?"
"Luka Martin's dead and his father is going after Elena," Damon informed.
"I'm coming with you," Katherine said getting up.
"No you're not," Damon replied walking towards the door.
"Wait," Katherine exclaimed speeding in front of him.
He sighed in annoyance, "I don't need your help and I don't want it."
"I know what we can do Damon, you have to let me do it," Katherine pleaded. Damon sighed once again and agreed.
"What do we do about Ana?" Katherine asked looking toward the sleeping girl.
"She's sleeping. She doesn't like being woken up. She'll probably hit me for waking her up for something Elena related," Damon told her and she nodded, opened the door and they left.

Diana was surrounded by a dark mist and black skies that stretched for miles. She looked around confused as to where she was when a voice spoke, "Hello my child."
Diana jumped looking around for the voice, "Who's there?" she questioned. The voice was delicate so Diana assumed it was a woman. " Where am I?"
" You are in a dream state. I have been trying to contact you for some time."
"Who are you?" Diana demanded
"That doesn't matter dear, we'll meet soon and you'll know but you need to know of the great potential you possess," The voice said.
"What are you talking about?" She questioned confused.
"I must go my child, don't worry you shall know who I am and we shall meet very soon." Diana's name echoed through the mysterious place.
"What no tell me now," Diana demanded frustrated. The echoing of her name became louder and a bright light flashed and a figure stood above her. Disoriented she grabbed the person's throat choking them with strength a normal vampire should not possess. The person grabbed at her hand desperately and Diana's eyes glowed dangerously before coming out of her trance to see her choking Katherine. She quickly dropped her with fear as Damon, Stefan Elena and Katherine looked at her in shock.
"I-I'm sorry," she stuttered out looking down trying to control herself.
Damon advanced towards his shaking sister slowly, "Ana."
She looked up at him and he stopped at the sight of her blazing red eyes before walking forward grasping her hands in his. She let out a shaky breath as Damon tried to calm her down," Ana breathe. Calm down."
She shook her head and sped out of the house, "Ana!" Damon called.
Diana sped into the forest and slithered down a tree and sat holding her head in her hands trying to calm her breathing and bright red eyes. When she finally calmed down the sun was now setting. She decided to have a bite to eat before she went back home. So she roamed the woods until she found some men that were camping and drained them until their heads rolled off their bodies. She looked at the bodies with no remorse and picked up a bottle of alcohol and poured it over them leaving some back for her to drink. She picked up a lighter and threw it on the bodies taking a swing from the bottle.
She sped home and walked through the door and into the parlour seeing, Damon pacing, Stefan chewing on his nails in worry with Elena trying to ease the worry and Katherine sprawled on the couch. She walked over to the bar without a word and an unbothered look on her face. They watched her appalled at her appearance. She had blood in her hair as well as on her clothes and shoes.
She looked at Damon then to the floor where she had left small blood drops. She pointed to the floor bottle of Bourbon in hand, "Sorry about the floor."
"That's all you have to say! Where have you been? And why the hell, are you covered in blood," Damon exploded. Diana shrugged and patted him on the shoulder and walked up to her room to shower leaving the four people downstairs in shock.
Once she came out of the shower she got dressed in her pyjamas and walked down with the same bottle of bourbon in her hand though it was now empty. Everyone looked at her as she sat texting. She looked up, "What?"
"Are you going to tell us why you freaked out?" Damon questioned with an expectant look. She shook her head.
"Ok then are you okay?" Katherine asked her.
"I'm fine, why would you think I wasn't?" Diana said with a smile that scared the others in the room.
"Because you almost choked Katherine to death," Stefan exclaimed.
Diana turned to Katherine, "Sorry." Katherine looked at her like she was crazy, Diana got up "Anyway I'm going to bed, I'm tired." She kissed Damon, Stefan and Katherine on their cheeks and completely ignored Elena's presence and skipped upstairs.
"I'm worried about her," Damon was the first one to speak up. "Maybe she'll tell us tomorrow," Stefan dismissed.
"No Stefan, she was different. Stronger. Much stronger. She's not telling us something. Whatever happened when she was asleep, it freaked her out enough to try and kill me," Katherine reprimanded.
"Maybe it was just a nightmare, I'm sure she'll be fine," Elena spoke up before turning to Stefan,
"Would you drive me home, Jenna's probably worried." Stefan nodded and they walked out of the house leaving the two vampires in the parlour alone.
"I don't care if she says she's fine I'm going to figure out what the hell happened," Damon said walking out leaving Katherine alone with her thoughts.
