Normal POV

Lucy walked out of Master's office after picking him up, and leaving him on the couch to get over the taste. She walked down the stairs, and put a recording lacrima on the table to capture Laxus' expression.

"Laxus, I have a pill for you to help you become immortal. It's part of the quest I did." Lucy called in a wicked tone, as everyone turned to shout questions at her, but Lucy shushed them, by waving her hand.

"Where is it?" Laxus questioned, as he moved from a table to in front of Lucy in a second, not wanting to question her, in fear of making her mad again.

Lucy held out her hand, and everyone watched on in rapt awe as the pill changed to purple than blue than green, and more. She dropped the pill into Laxus' hand, and watched as he put it into his mouth. Everyone watched, not daring to make a sound or move in case something extraordinary happened to Laxus and they didn't see it.

Suddenly, Laxus' face turned from a curious expression to a disgusted one. At this, Lucy started laughing and the Thunder God Tribe hurried to Laxus' side, making sure he was alright.

"What was that?!" Laxus snarled at his sister, trying to stop himself from throwing up.

"Are you yelling at me?" Lucy asked in a deadly whisper, and Laxus quickly shook his head, not wanting to endure one of Lucy's attacks while feeling horrible.

After seeing Laxus nod, Lucy explained. "It's nothing really. What you're tasting is just the pill. Gramps already ate his. Also the taste will last for six hours, no more." Lucy finished, as Natsu suddenly started howling, and soon everyone joined in. Laxus growled at everyone actually daring to laugh, and he stalked up the stairs where he sat at a table where no one could see from downstairs, and collapsed.

He laid his head on the table as he hoped the pain would go away. He felt and heard Lucy sit beside him, as she comforted him.

"I'm sorry, Laxus. About you experiencing this, but this is for you to become immortal. I missed you by the way." Lucy said, as she stroked his head to help him feel better.

"I missed you too." Laxus echoed as he moved to hug Lucy. Her smell, flowers and the sky, surrounded him and smoothed him, as his heart suddenly seemed to beat faster.
