One That Changes

I thought it was going to continue like a normal day. I should've been more careful. It was my fault, mine. It was always my fault.

Vylad and Crescent are dead, dead. They died, everyone dies, they all die because of me.

I stared at the ceiling laying on my bed, unable to sleep. When I finally did, it was, weird and confusing.

I was standing in an empty room, entirely white, Irene standing infront of me. There were four silhouettes of shelling people nearby me.

"What is this place?" I asked.

"Welcome to the room of destiny, do not tell anyone of it, or I will be forced to punish you," Irene's voice seemed like a ghost's faded and quiet

"Why am I here?" I was getting impatient.

"To be guided by me," she explained, "first do not mourn Vylad and Crescent, continue as if they are still alive, or you're heat won't be able to take it in the future."

I nodded in response, "OK, is that it?"

"For now, have a nice day."

I woke up not breathing, unable to feel my heart beat. There was a white figure above me glowing, it was pinning me down. They seemed to have angel wings and had crescent's face.

"Continue on as if they were alive" I repeated Irene's words quietly, "or your heart won't be able to take it"

The angel disappeared and I heard my heart beating and started to breathe. I took deep breaths and lay there for a while.

"I will do my best, Irene"
