a face straight out a magazine
"Alright, Hann, I'll see you in a minute mate. Yeah, love you too!"
Matty hung up the phone and sighed, running a hand through his dark, greasy curls. He just washed his hair an hour ago, how was his hair already greasy again? The world may never know. He had just gotten back from a shoot for a small rising magazine a couple of hours ago and he was exhausted, it was amazing that he was still standing and not passed out on the floor. Last time he checked it was almost midnight, and it had to be at least one o'clock now. "Because having your best friend coming over at one o'clock is totally normal, right Matty."
He shuffled out of his bedroom and into his den, where Allen was lying on the couch and looking up at him, his tail wagging happily and ears perked up. Allen was the best dog that anyone could ask for, and a true companion. Honestly if Matty didn't have Adam, Allen would be the only person he did have in this world. Or, dog. "Hey, Al! My lil boy, how were you today? I missed you so much!" Matty rushed over to the couch and jumped over the back of it, landing on a pile of throw pillows that his Nan had given him when he was younger. He rubbed Allen's ears as the dog licked his leg ferociously, and Matty pulled his phone out of his shorts to take a picture of the dog laying on his legs.
Everyone knew it, Matty was very feminine and obviously fragile. His body was small, his thigh gap big enough to where Allen could fit between it without making him stretch his legs any, and his arms were even smaller than his legs. When he was a teenager people would make fun of him for being so tiny but in all honesty, he just thought he was sick. He knew that he looked sick to most people, but no matter what he did he couldn't gain any weight.
Aside from being so small, Matty loved being feminine more than anything else in the world. It had taken him until he was 14 to realize that being feminine was who he truly wanted to be and that he was happier that way. Now, even though it was his pajamas, he loved his outfit. Baby blue silk shorts with his initials, MTH, embroidered in white on the left leg and a loose white silk shirt with baby blue lace on the end. Lace was his soft spot, what could he say?
"Matty, love! I'm here!" Adam's familiar voice echoed throughout the small flat as he walked in to the den, his arms opened wide and a large smile on his face. A grin spread across Matty's face as he sprung off the couch and into Hann's arms, the ones that he seemed to always be falling into. The shorter boy buried his face in Adam's chest and hugged him tight, making Adam smile even brighter. He placed a kiss atop the curly haired man's head and rested his chin on the soft curls there, "Missed you today, love. How was the shoot?"
That was one of the millions of things that Matty loved about Hann, he had always supported him even when no one else hadn't. As long as Matty was happy, so was he, and that's how it always had been. The two separated and walked over to the couch, sitting down on it and sinking into the cushions. Adam crossed his ankles and Matty laid his head on his lap, looking up at his familiar green eyes. "Hm, it went well! They'll be sending me my shots sometime soon in the mail, and I hope they turned out alright."
"I'm sure they did, Matty. You always do well." Hann's chest rose and fell as he breathed in slowly, the sounds of his heart beating lulling Matty to sleep as he laid across his chest. A minute ago he hadn't been tired but now he was, and it was washing over him like a wave from a silent ocean. Before he knew it Adam was picking him up bridal style and carrying him back into his bedroom where he had been a little bit ago and setting him down on his bed. Matty closed his eyes and began to fall asleep as Hann covered him with the plush blanket that he loved so much, and laid down beside him in his bed. Matty couldn't fall asleep without him, he hadn't gone a day without sleeping next to him since they were 17, and it was something neither of them could let go of now.
"Mm, I love you Adam." Matty managed to whisper, before scooting into the man's chest and nuzzling into his shoulder. Adam wrapped his arms around the small boy's waist and kissed his forehead, smiling softly. "Love you too, Matty. Goodnight, love."

Sunlight peeked through the curtains and stirred the two men from their sleep, both of them barely opening their eyes to see that it was morning. They didn't move, just sat there staring at each other for a moment before Allen was climbing on top of them and pawing at Matty's face. "Al-Allen! Stop it!" Matty laughed out and sprung from the bed, watching as Allen turned to Adam and began littering his face with licks. Hann tried to push him off but it didn't work and Matty just laughed at him, his sides hurting.
Somehow Adam managed to push the dog off as he got out of the bed, his sweatpants crinkled along with his t-shirt. When had he changed into those, and gotten back in bed? Matty was a pretty sound sleeper, if Hann had gotten up in the middle of the night he knew he wouldn't have noticed. "I'm in the mood for coffee, you want some?" Matty asked, his eyes lighting up as he looked at the blonde.
Adam smiled at him and nodded, running a hand through his hair and walking with Matty into the kitchen. He started the coffee in the machine and hopped up on the counter, swinging his legs over the edge. He didn't have anything to do today which really sucked because he hated being inside all the time, but he didn't know what he could do. And anyways he was broke, he hadn't gotten the money from his shoot yet, and so he couldn't do much.
"Hm, what do you wanna do today Hann?" He asked, looking over at the blonde with a smile on his face. He was so glad that Adam was in his life, he didn't know what he would do if he didn't have him. "How about a movie day? It's supposed to be raining all day anyways, or if you want we could take a walk when it starts to rain? I know how much you like to do that."
A wide smile spread across Matty's face as he looked at Hann, hopping off the counter and running into his room to get dressed, "You read my mind, Adam!"
