My Hero Academia
A lotta people can see this coming from a mile away, but what can I say? The series is absolutely amazing with unique characters with so many different powers that make them all stand out, including the side characters and each one of them having their own ideals of what being a hero means.

Black Clover
To me, this series is just as good as My Hero, a powerless main character getting a unique power and trying to become number one to make the world a better place, despite his orphan background. I love that Asta wants to understand why the Eye of the Midnight Sun are doing what they do, and that'll he do what he believes is right, even if he has to go against fellow magic knights, nobles or even a whole kingdom.

Fullmetal Alchemist
Honestly one of the greatest anime/manga of all time, if you haven't seen this, go watch it now. I love the concept of Alchemy in this series and how each character uses it, like Ed having a rather edgy teen style to what he makes, or Armstrong making models of himself. I loved seeing the philosophies of the different characters. And I like how war is portrayed and it's effects on the characters, like Mustang and Riza.

Soul Eater
It's interesting seeing characters transform into weapons and eat souls, the whole soul resonance power is interesting. Not only is the action great, so is the comedy especially with Death the Kid.

Demon Slayer
Such an amazing series, I love that Tanjiro is so kind even to the demons, by comforting them in their last moments. The Blood Demon Arts make the fights incredibly interesting as you wonder how they're going to play out, I also find the Breathing Styles interesting as they a fighting style and not a supernatural or elemental power, though the visuals do make you think that.

Fire Force
Since the creator of Soul Eater made this series, I just had to watch it, and god damn does it make fire fighters look badass. The fire force companies feel like exorcists. With 2 amazing openings, beautiful animation and great sound effects, this is definitely one of the best new shounen series.
