Hello and welcome to my newest story Prince of Grimm and I hope you're all excited for this story as it's going to be a darker take upon a possible future outcome of RWBY, a much darker and more bleak future where our heroes do originally succeed in winning and a happy fairytale ending is reached as Salem is killed, her subordinates have been dealt with, the Grimm species is in complete and utter shambles. However, all of that will change once we come along and snatch that fairytale ending away. Increased Longevity/Healing Factor(Y,N lacks the complete immortality his mother possessed, which means physical attacks can wound and even kill him, but does he possess inhuman longevity and a healing factor that works and repairs anything that isn't a fatal injury) 

Silver-Eye Warrior Powers(Y,N is completely immune to Silver-Eye powers due to possessing some of the DNA from Summer Rose)

Shadow Manipulation(This includes teleportation, creating weapons, throwing orbs of purely concentrated shadow, and creating structures)

Semblance Copying(Y,N has the uncanny ability to copy semblances from his victims and use them for his own purposes. Additionally he can combine semblances to make them even more deadly. However, in order to copy a semblance from someone he has to bite them.)  

Y,N's Trusty Companion/Stead 

Grimm Wyvern(A smaller variant of the ferocious beast that attacked Beacon almost a decade ago. This version of the deadly monster can shoot lightning bolts out of its mouth, meaning while it lost it's ability to spawn other lesser Grimm to help in the destruction it's own offensive abilities have increased.)
