After 6 months of arranging, Twilight and Garrett's Wedding was ready. They decided to make seating available for everypony. Mr. Potato Head's parents and wife were there, as were Garrett's choir members. Mr. Potato Head was the Best Spud, and Garrett's Grooms Ponies were Shining Armor, Big Mac, Discord, and several other stallions that Garrett befriended years ago. Fizz was also at the wedding. As was Twilight's family and friends. And The Pillars.

Twilight's Best Mare was Cadence, and her Brides Mares were Sunset, Starlight, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rarity. The Flower Mare was Flurry Heart. Their judge of honor that would be marrying Twilight and Garrett was Princess Celestia. Garrett, whose mane was combed back, was wearing Shining Armor's wedding outfit since it fit him the best. Mr. Potato Head was in his old tuxedo and even shaved for this occasion. Now they were waiting for Twilight.

"Princess Celestia," said Mr. Potato Head, "it's been a long time." The princess smiled and said, "Yes it has Mr. Potato Head. Good to see you and your family." Mr. Potato Head gave Garrett a thumbs up and said, "Don't worry dude, you got this."

Then, their wedding song was played. Twilight then came in, wearing a beautiful wedding gown, holding her bouquet.

Walking her down the aisle was Night Light, happy to be doing this with his daughter. Garrett thought she looked gorgeous as she and her father walked down the aisle. Twilight's mother was moved to tears. Soon, she was by Garrett's side, looking at him with a happy face. Night Light sat next to Velvet. They kept an eye on little Ray and Maud. "You look amazingly gorgeous," complimented Garrett. Twilight giggled and said, "And you look handsome." They smiled at each other.

"Dearly Beloved," began Celestia, "We're gathered here today to witness Princess Twilight Sparkle and Garrett Shimmer join hands in the bonds of Marriage. If there's any reason why these two must not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace."

"If you object," chimed Fizz, "you'll have to go through me!" This earned a laugh from everypony. Nobody objected. Not even Flash Sentry. "May we have the rings please?" Celestia asked. Spike, the ring bearer, then came in, holding the rings. He went to the front, and Celestia said, "Place the ring on your horn, and speak your vows."

Garrett placed the wedding ring on Twilight's horn with his magic, cleared his throat, and said, "I, Garrett Shimmer, take you, Princess Twilight Sparkle to be my wife. I gotta say, before I met you, I wasn't that type of pony that believed in the old phrase, love at first sight. But when I laid eyes on you for the first time, I became one of those believers. Twilight, when I'm with you, I feel complete. You bring out so much in me, including a heroic side I never knew I had. I just feel beyond overjoyed I get to marry my best friend. I want you to know that I love you for who you are. You are my strength, and I will love you, always." Twilight smiled looking into Garrett's cyan eyes. The words were so beautiful, it moved Mr. Potato Head to tears. He blew his nose from crying so much.

Twilight lifted her wedding ring with her magic, placed the ring on Garrett's horn, and said, "I, Princess Twilight Sparkle take you, Garrett Shimmer to be my husband. When we first met, we met as friends, then as years went by it became more than that, and now here we are today in front of Everypony we love, and I love you more than you will ever know. I promise to be there for you through the good times and bad, and to always have your back no matter what, and even the most powerful beings in Equestria can't take the two of us on when we are together. I love you...and I am so happy to be your wife." Garrett smiled, looking into Twilight's violet eyes. Sunset smiled, shedding tears of joy, happy for her little brother, and for Twilight.

"Do you Princess Twilight Sparkle," said Celestia, "take Garrett Shimmer to be your lawfully wedded husband? To love and cherish him always, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, for better or worse, till death do you part?" Twilight nodded and said, "I do."

"And do you, Garrett Shimmer," said Celestia, "take Twilight Sparkle to be your lawfully wedded wife? To love and cherish her always, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, for better or worse, till death do you part?" Garrett smiled and said, "I do."

Celestia smiled and said, "Then by the power invested in thee by the decree of the Canterlot Kingdom, I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride!" Garrett smiled and then kissed Twilight on the lips. She held on to him, embracing the kiss in the most passionate way possible. Everypony clapped and cheered, happy for the new couple.

"PARTY TIME!" Pinkie Pie squealed as she got out her Party Cannon, rigged it, and confetti exploded everywhere. Twilight laughed, and Garrett chuckled, "Oh yeah, it's definitely a Pinkie Pie party." The reception was a lot of fun, music was played, Everypony danced, toasts were held. It was magical. When Twilight threw her Wedding Bouquet, the mare to catch it was Pinkie. For their honeymoon, Garrett and Twilight went on a romantic cruise together, happy as could be.
