It had been around 170 days since Twilight and Garrett found out they were going to be parents. And they told everypony. They were beyond excited. By then, they found out they were having twins, and one would be a colt, and the other would be a filly. 

One day, Twilight and Garrett were in the castle, arranging the room for the twins. They'd just gotten the cribs in order. "Perfect." Garrett happily said. "I'm so excited that Shining Armor and Cadence get to be the godparents!" Twilight said excitedly. "Me too!" Garrett replied. He kissed her belly, making her giggle.

Suddenly, Star Swirl walked in, cleared his throat and said, "I hope I'm not interrupting anything..." Garrett and Twilight saw him, blushing. "Oh hey Star Swirl..." Garrett casually said. "It's good to see you," said Twilight, "what brings you here?"

"I've sensed a vision," stated Star Swirl. Twilight and Garrett perked up. Whenever Star Swirl had a vision, it meant something important. Potentially something that could affect Equestria. "What sort of vision?" Twilight asked. "It is a vision of the human world," explained Star Swirl, "in it, two former friends are fighting, attempting to win the affections of someone. If nothing is done, it could lead to disaster!"

"A friendship problem;" pondered Twilight. "Who are the two former friends?" Garrett asked. "One of them is the Rarity of the human world," replied Star Swirl, "and she is in New York, which is where her former friend April O'Neil resides in also."

"Do you need me to go to the human world to help solve this friendship problem?" Twilight asked. "Not the best idea," replied Star Swirl. Before Twilight could question Star Swirl's choice, Garrett said, "He's right Twilight. You're pregnant with Logan and Hope, and if you went into the portal, there's a probability that something could go awry, and could potentially harm the twins..." Twilight thought for a moment and said, "Well, when you put it that way, you have a point... What would you suggest, Star Swirl?"

"I suggest that your husband go into the human world to solve this friendship problem," suggested Star Swirl. Garrett pointed at himself in confusion. "Me? Are you sure?" Garrett asked hesitantly. "Like Fluttershy, your sister, and I, you're very good at being the voice of reason," said Twilight, "and we've always prepared for a friendship problem like this." Garrett thought back to the times he helped reason with Sunset. "Your wife is right," said Star Swirl, "and should you succeed in helping to mend a broken friendship, you could earn your place as a prince!" Garrett's eyes widened. "Well I'll be a donkey's uncle;" exclaimed Garrett, "why didn't I think of that?? But it makes perfect sense if I wish to earn my crown."

"Are you up to this task?" Twilight said in her serious tone of voice. "Yes," said Garrett as he stood proudly, "on your behalf, my beloved princess, I am up to the task of solving this friendship problem on my own!"
