Three months later after his childhood friends went back home to Japan, Kousei had become too busy in his royal official duties like visiting hospitals, welcoming foreign visitors, attending educational seminars and Catholic Church duties. Yes, he was required by his father to become a sacristan and read the Bible. He trained in the Atlantian Ground Army, Atlantian Navy and Atlantian Air Force for only a few weeks in September to help him understand what goes on inside the military and to learn what they do for the country. It was also to help him choose what part of the military would he want to become a part of when he reach the age of twenty-one where he would be required to enter the Royal Military Academy. After that, he accompanied his father when Queen Josephine II invited them to have an Official Visit in her country to strengthen their ties. It was also a very important visit for Kousei. He knew that his father and the British Queen planned it for his royal training. He was mentored by the older British Princes and Princesses how to act as a member of the Royal Family. He was able to live in the Buckingham Palace in the three months official visit where he had a time to socialize with other adolescent British Royals and play golf with them. Golf was the only sport he's good at since he only had to swing the golf club and touch the golf ball.

While they are in Great Britain, they had a few important deals and mutual treaties that his father took home to benefit the two countries. They had an agreement on importation and exportation of goods. Britain import appliances from the Empire of Atlantis while Empire of Atlantis import weapons and cars from Britain. After two months in England, Kousei had completely adapted to his new position and he was able to be friends with the adolescent British Royalties who were grandchildren of the current queen. They were Prince June (16 years old), Princess Samantha (15 years old) and Prince Thomas (14 years old.). They were the kids of the fourth in line to the throne, Prince Francis (35 years old), Duke of Sussex, brother of the current Crown Prince of England (40 years old), Prince Peter, the Prince of Wales.

Days later after he had gone back home in the empire, he was back to his official studies alongside his tutors who does have a scheduled time to enter his dominion. It was that morning when Kousei was forced to listen to one of his tutors again. "Your Highness! Are you listening to me???" Mr. Greene spoke up to Kousei while he teach him General Science and Health inside the Silver Throne Room. Kousei suddenly had fallen asleep while Mr. Greene talk a lot about the different structures and parts of the Human Nervous System.

He opened his eyes and yawned. "Forgive me, professor. My sister gave me a lot of pertinent papers yesterday and taught me about the Constitution alongside Professor Tomlinson. I still feel bad. You know that I just got back home from England."

"Even so, Your Highness, you should know how to take care of yourself," Mr. Greene told him.

After that, Kousei sat comfortably again and held the book his professor gave him. Mr. Greene began teaching him slowly.

A few minutes later while he's taking a long quiz given by his science professor, Mark Margoth announced himself outside the Silver Throne Room, "Forgive me for the interruption, Your Highness! Your father had ordered me to immediately inform you of a very good news!"

He nodded to the two, young female servants wearing silver dresses after he was done answering the fifty- item test paper to his Science professor to allow one of his trusted messengers to enter the room. The two female servants curtsied at Kousei before they opened the enormous, silver, double door to allow Mark to enter.

Mark Margoth went in and walked at the silver carpet. After Mark had walked closer to Kousei, Mr. Greene stood a distance away from Kousei's Throne to allow him to look straight in the eyes of Kousei.

"What message does my father wanted me to know? Why is it so urgent?" Kousei asked him.

"We received a letter from your girlfriend, Kaori Miyazono, Your Highness. She's here with her family and they are staying at her grandfather's mansion in Yorkland which is west from here. She would face the Congress to be naturalized soon," he informed Kousei.

The information relayed to him gave so much happiness to him.

"Thank you, Mark. You can go now," he ordered him.

After he had left, his science professor gave his respects to him and left the Silver Throne Room. Once again, he had to wait for his other teachers to come inside his throne room.

After General Science, the other subjects he's studying alone with his professors were History, Math, Chemistry, Physics, Politics, Literature and lastly, his favorite lesson, Music.

He had been too busy all morning listening to a lot of his teachers and professors and when he had lunch alongside his father in their private dining room at the Phoenix Gold Throne Building. The emperor, the crown prince and only their staff could enter that building. "Father, I'm not used learning alone now. It's boring me! You know that I had been learning inside a classroom for five years," Kousei told his father. "Besides, there's the Royal University of Atlantis where my sisters and cousins were attending. Can't I do the same?"

"Do you really want to enter school again?" Emperor Richard III asked him after he's eating refreshing fruits.

"Yes, father," he answered him.

"Your tutors now will still be your tutors even if you are in the university. Since you asked me to allow you to study in the Royal University of Atlantis, I will have a meeting with the head and the principal of the High School Department tomorrow," he answered him.

Kousei felt so delighted after he heard his father. His eyes did shine so brightly that he would be back in school soon. He does hope his father allow Kaori to study with him, too.

"For now, try to learn your lessons alone inside the throne room," Emperor Richard III told him. "Study the constitution well. That lesson is very important for your well being as my heir. Do you understand? Your sisters, your cousins and most especially you would have special classes together in the university for all of you to learn the Royal Constitution. You would also be on track with the current curriculum commoners and nobles alike take."

"Thank you, father," Kousei replied with a smile. "That would be wonderful for me."

His father stood up from his seat and went near him. Kousei was about to take a bow to his father when it surprised him when the emperor embraced him. Kousei felt warm and fuzzy in the arms of his father. He could feel that his father really loves him and since the death of his brother, his father became so handy in his affairs. His father was so much of a protective father now.

"Thank you for allowing me to go to the university and study there, soon, dad," he told him.

"I won't make my old mistake again. I'll always be a protective father and would always guide you in your path. I still blame myself for the death of your brother," cried Richard III. "I would do all my best for you not to make the same mistake he did."
