Three days after Crown Prince Kousei Arima met with Lord Kristoffer, he's back at Royal Academy to study academics and constitution with some of the professors and masters. He was with his second cousin, Princess Sarah that morning. Princess Sarah is also seventeen years old and is the daughter of Prince Chris. Prince Chris is the cousin of Emperor Richard III from his uncle, Prince Benetton. Sarah has a striking blue eyes, and very red lips. She has a straight black hair and is wearing a pink dress while Kousei's wearing his usual royal violet clothes.

He was also with his direct cousin, Prince Mark, son of Prince John. Prince John is Emperor Richard's younger brother but got married before him. Most Royal Children take up an extra curricular activities and academics. Now that a Crown Prince had begun his studies in the University, a lot of teachers of the Royal Constitution were pushed to mold the next Emperor. They know that they will be the ones creating the boy, Kousei will be. The Constitution Class had ended that afternoon and they were finally released to have their lunch.

While Kousei, Sarah and Mark were walking together, they all saw Miyazono Kaori having an argument with a noble named Frank Damian Edwards.

"Stay away from me!" screamed Kaori. "You know who I am!"

"Oh yeah! You're the Crown Prince's girl! I wonder how he fell for you? Just let me have a taste of the girl that man likes!" he said to her.

Kousei stopped walking and went behind them. He took a deep breath and spoke immediately, "Stay away from her!"

Frank Damian heard his voice and grinned. "Oh! So you're here!" he spoke up. "Your Highness! Can I borrow her?"

"Stop harassing my woman or I might inflict the most painful punishment you will have," he said to him while he face him.

Sarah and Mark were about to call for a teacher when Kousei bravely stood his ground. Kousei held on Kaori who felt very much thankful that he came to the rescue. Frank didn't get angry with him. Instead, he laughed. "Oh! Your Highness! Why do you defend her so much?"

Kousei is getting too angry already. "When I say you leave my woman, you leave her or you might never come back in this school! Do you hear me?"

Frank was also getting angry, too. He badly wanted to get a hold of Kaori and at that same moment, when he was about to punch Kousei, two of his bodyguards came to the rescue and held him.

Kaori was now finally able to breathe when John Lopez and Natalie Grace arrived at the scene. She began crying on Kousei's arms at that time. "Thank you! I was just so afraid!"

His cousins came and stepped near them after Frank was taken to the office.

"Are you alright, Prince Kousei?" asked Prince Mark.

"I'm fine," he answered him.

"That's good. It's a good thing that the Emperor had always made it sure you have bodyguards even in secret," Princess Sarah told him while Kaori slowly calm down.

She looked back at them and asked him, "Who are they?"

Kousei introduced them after that to Kaori. "They're my cousins. Princess Sarah and Prince Mark. They're the closest cousins I have since they're almost the same age like us."

"What do you plan to do now?" Sarah asked him.

He took a deep breath and held on Kaori's right hand. "I have to return to the Silver Throne Building. He crossed my path and the people close to me. You know what happens to people that angers me, right? The School knows that they won't be the one to give him punishment as he directly harassed her and insulted me. He also almost hurt me," he spoke to them. "I don't need to consult a lawyer what to do. It's obvious that he committed crime against me. He didn't even think of respecting who I am. You both know what happens to people who don't know how to lower their heads to me. I'll make sure his head would be on soil and destroy his unnecessary pride."

Mark inhaled so deeply after he watched Kousei take off his hand from Kaori. He knew so well that whenever someone maddens him, those people would never forget what happened to them and are subjected to severe punishment. That's the power of the Crown Prince and the power of the Royal Emperor. They are the only two people in the Empire that can inflict direct punishment that crosses them and hurt their families and loved ones. That is also how they maintained their power for thousands of years. The people must know fear and learn discipline. They give their best as well when it comes to giving them the best things in the world to the commoners to gain their trust and respect. Even so, they cannot abuse the kindness of the Royal Family.

Kaori watched him walk away. His cousins stood nearer to her to check her, too.

"Are you alright?" Mark asked.

"I'm fine," she answered him.

"Frank will definitely beg for mercy later on. He would regret harassing you," Sarah informed her. "Punishment from two of the highest officials of Atlantis- The Emperor and The Crown Prince- is worse than when you are arrested for a crime here in Atlantis. A simple mistake creates severe punishment."

"Punishment?" Kaori asked her.

"You would know later on when you visit him, Lady Kaori," Mark told him. "He could inflict more punishment when he becomes a part of the Political Circle of Atlantis. For now, while he is young, he's still a ceremonial royal like the princesses but he has a limited political power. For now, that power only comes out if someone angers him and when there are people who disrespect him."

Kousei had been so furious upon the time he learned about the background of Frank Damian Edwards, a few hours after he ordered his staff in the Silver Throne Building to conduct a background check about who he is.

The boy was actually a son of Robert Edwards that planned to abduct him and his mother when he was eight years old. They planned to use them for politics and destroy the Phoenix Walls to replace the Royal Family to a Republic Government.

Even so, it was a failed attempt when most of Robert Edwards' servants were killed or arrested immediately. He was also immediately arrested and punished but after swearing that he won't bother the Royal Family anymore, he was able to get out of jail and return to his family.

"I can't believe he even thought of touching my woman!" he screamed.

"What do we do, Your Highness?" asked Secretary Mark Margoth. He was once just his messenger but two years later, he officially became Kousei's most trusted messenger and his secretary.

"The Edwards' should have another punishment for bothering me," he answered him.

He lowered his head. "I understand, Your Highness."

"Let me think first how," he said to him as he sit on the Silver Throne. "Give me some water. I need one."

Mark Margoth was pouring water for him when Igor Forester entered the Silver Throne Room. He took a bow to him and knelt a distance away from Kousei's seat. "Two members of the Edwards Family are outside of the Building, Your Highness."

Kousei chuckled aloud. He took down the paper he's holding that contains information about them. His right fist slammed his table and spoke up, "They are afraid of punishment! They knew immediately what I am thinking! They also know that I would learn who they are and what I might do to them after ten years! Do not give them water tonight. Make them beg all night long. I don't care. They sinned against me."

He immediately left his throne to go outside his Throne Room to see if he's telling the truth. Upon the time he got outside with his staff behind him, he was surprised to see Frank Damian Edwards and Robert Edwards kneeling at the grassy fields a distance away from the Silver Throne Building. He just stared at them sharply.

"Should we stop them, Your Highness?" asked Igor Forester.

"No. Make them soak themselves with the rain that would come. That's enough punishment. They would only leave at the time I order you to make them leave," he said to them.

While he was about to leave the Silver Throne Building to join his father for the Royal Dinner at the Royal Dining Hall, Lady Kaori Miyazono who's wearing a Cherry Blossoms Gown had come to visit him. She saw that Frank and his father are outside, kneeling at the grassy fields. The sky is also darkening that symbolizes that a massive rain will come. She felt so bad for them and at that way, when she and Kousei met at the center of the corridor of the Silver Throne Building, Kaori asked him, "Tell me what's happening, Your Highness. Why are they outside the Silver Throne Building?"

"Lady Kaori, I am still surprised that for the years we began our lives as a couple here in the Empire of Atlantis, you still exhibit culture shock," Kousei said to him. "These are our ways. We're monsters. If we don't bite, they'll bite on us."

Kousei began walking afterwards. He was then followed by many of his staff.

Kaori stared anxiously at Frank and Robert. She's still very much hurt to see them suffering outside. Of course, she knew she had to understand that he's only doing his duty. She cannot lose her love for him, just because of what he's taught to do. She's thankful to Watari Ryota and Tsubaki Sawabe who always write e-mails to her. They always make sure to cheer her up and remind her that she has to be strong for Kousei. She knows they're right and the reason why Kousei's punishing them was because Frank insulted her. Since she's close to him, if someone hurts or insult her, it will immediately be labeled as an insult to him.

At the same time, after Kousei and his staff disappeared from her sight, she re-read Watari Ryota's letter to her: Kaori, we can't send direct messages to Kousei. We know that his staff are the ones holding gadgets for him. We want you to be our spokesperson. Tell him we did not forget the mission he gave us after we left the Empire of Atlantis. We already found a clue to the reason why his brother took his life. Still, we do not even know if it's right to tell him the truth. We learned that Lady Veronica had an affair with a Spanish Prince and they seemed to truthfully love each other. Kaori, beg his parents to tell him the truth. We checked it up a lot but our source do not lie. Lady Veronica was the woman Emperor Richard III chose for the Late Crown Prince Leonardo to marry. They were engaged but Lady Veronica still continued her affair with the Spanish Prince. His elder brother learned about the affair and it probably hurt him too much. To us, what could have happened to his brother is more likely to be more of an accident rather than suicide. The late Crown Prince could have a lot on his head while driving. Thank you.

Kaori folded the paper and put it back on her pocket. She does hope that the emperor would listen to him. "He had been waiting for this message for years. He has to know even if it hurts. I have to help him prevent himself from taking his own revenge against Lady Veronica and the Spanish Prince."
