What is s.c  . S.c. is a code word for survival cells thanks to these cells we can evolve faster than normal and gain new abilities and body appearance by our surroundings , parents , or personality.

Like for example if you're running away from a monster for years you gain the ability of long legs and speed.

Or  you can  have spins in your  legs as part of your body to jump in high places

Also for being hunted  for so long human with s.c have developed antibodies and can control poison

Humans that live in harsh cold weather's have developed body heat or control ice

And living in hot palaces humans S.C have gain the ability to survive a year with out water or foot and gain armor

Energy core or E.C. or a form of energy form similar to Dragon ball with ki or naruto with chakra is some type of magic that gives the user a second ability or power judging by their personality it kinda like a support to power up your s.c. but if you use to much because theirs a limited
