(SCENE: VACUO) (POV: OSCAR)

Today was a very important day for Anya and I need to make sure things go well. Not perfectly, since that's pretty much nonexistent.

I took out my Scroll and opened up a video chat with 2B. "Hey babe, how're things over on your end?" I asked. 'Good, got the items on our list.' She says through the chat. "Perfect. Though I'm struggling a bit to find something for her today. But I'm certain I can find something." I explained.

'Anya mentioned something about wanting some new friends to talk to when we're off on missions.' 2B says as I thought about this. Anya DID wished for more friends.

Suddenly, an idea came into my mind. "Babe, I'll talk to you later. An idea just came into my mind." I said as I end the video chat and put my Scroll into my pocket.

Once my Scroll was in my pocket, I hastily make my way to my destination.

(POV CHANGE: 2B)

That was unexpected. Though I wonder what kind of idea he had.

But I was pulled out of my thoughts by the rest of the Team. "2B, we heard Oscar's voice. What's going on?" Asia asks. "Nothing much. We were just talking about Anya's big day today and Oscar was struggling on what to give him. But I'm certain he figured something out." I explained.

"Well, he better hurry. The big event is gonna be starting soon. And Anya won't be the only one with a big surprise." Ryuko says with a sly smirk on her face.

We chuckled at this as we couldn't wait to see the look on Oscar's face when he gets his surprise. He'll have a face of happiness and shock for a month. But first things first: Anya's surprise.

(POV CHANGE: ANYA) (SCENE CHANGE: OSCAR'S GRANDPARENTS HOUSE)

Great Grandma and Great Grandpa finished with breakfast as they brought out the food.

"Here you go, honey." Great Grandma says as she hands me the plate. "Thank you, Great Grandma." I said as I started eating the food. "So sweetie, what do you want on your special day?" Great Grandpa asks.

"All I just want is my Papa and Mamas to be there when I get back home." I said as I remembered what Papa said to me.

'Anya, your Papa and Mamas are going to be gone for a few. But you'll have fun at my Grandparents house until we get back.'

"I just wonder what they had to do that was so important?" I asked. "Don't worry sweetie, I'm sure they'll explain everything once they get back." Great Grandma says as she gives me a cup of Orange Juice.

Anya and Oscar's Grandparents arrives at Shade Academy as they head towards Team PROMN's Dorm. "Papa and Mamas are really back?" Anya asks.

"Yes sweetie. They called us shortly after you finished that bubble bath of yours. Said that the only missing is you." Oscar's Grandma explains as arrived to Dorm Level that are near the numbers of 600.

They eventually reached Dorm 626. Oscar's Grandma knocked on the door as it slowly opens up. Confused at this, they enter the Dorm, but find only darkness.

Suddenly, the light turns on as Oscar, His Team, The Happy Huntresses, Headmaster Theodore, Team NDGO, Winter, The Ace Ops, Salem, Hazel, Emerald and Team BRNZ pop out from their hiding spots.

"SURPRISE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANYA!!!" They all exclaimed as a banner dropped down from the ceiling that reads 'Anya's 6th Birthday' on it.

Anya squeals in excitement as she tackles Oscar onto the ground and hug him. "Thank you, Papa!" She exclaims as she then takes everyone else onto the ground and hugs them too.

The birthday party went off without a hitch. Soon enough, it was time for cake.

Everyone gathered around the table as Anya sits down in excitement. Oscar came into the kitchen as he places the cake in front of Anya. He then used his Tyrant Form's fire breath, at a low power, to light the candle.

Once the candle was lit, everyone started singing the Birthday Song.

Once they finished the song, Oscar bents down to Anya's level. "Okay sweetie, blow out the candle." He says as Anya nods her head and blows out the candle.

Everyone cheers and claps. "Congratulations sweetie. Now finally, up next are the presents." Oscar says as Anya gets excited at this. "But remember, say thank you to all and don't act spoiled." Oscar says as Anya nods her head at this.

Everyone gathered to the main room as everyone present takes out their present they've gotten her for her birthday. "Unfortunately for me, I couldn't wrap my present for you. So, I had them placed in a special container." Oscar explains as he leaves to get his gift for Anya.

(POV CHANGE: OSCAR)

I head back to my room, since it's where I kept my present for Anya in. I opened up the closet and grabbed the container they were in.

(POV CHANGE: 3RD PERSON)

Oscar returned to the party with his gift as he saw that Anya opened most of her presents. "Alright sweetie, you have one last gift and it's from me." He says as he sets the container down and opens it.

And what came out are three Cubs: a Lion, a Tiger and a Cougar

(A/n: I know about the laws about having endangered species as pets are bad, but I have a very good reason for this. You see, I've known that Remnant has minimal to no animals, but a few have been seen in other sources of RWBY and they appeared to be domestic & tamed. So, I've came up with a head canon: with the threats of Grimms around their natural habitats, Humans and Faunuses have moved the animals to an off-site continent and have them being domesticated by Humans and Faunuses. I know it sounds crazy, but RWBY is practically crazy by definition. With that said, let's get back to the story.)

The Girls all cooed at the sight of the Cubs while the Men feel their hearts melt. Anya squeals at the cuteness of the Cubs as she got on her knees and spreads her arms out.

The Cubs walk towards Anya as she enveloped the Cubs in a hug. "They're perfect, Papa." She says as she hugs the Cubs. "Yeah, do you want to name them? They're all boys." He asks.

Anya looked at the Cubs as she thought long and hard about this. Eventually, she figured out their names. "Stripes, Simba and Cliff." She says, causing some of the people in the room to chuckle at this. "They're perfect names, sweetie." Oscar says as he ruffles her hair and scratches behind their new Cubs ears.

Oscar was pulled out of his moment by taps on his shoulder. He turns to see Winter and the Ace Ops with looks of contain excitement. "Oscar, can you please come with us? We've got a surprise for you." Winter says.

He thinks this over as he decides to play along with this. "Okay, I'll come." He says as he turns to Anya. "Sweetie, Papa needs to go with Atlas Mamas, I'll be back." He says as he kiss her forehead and left the party with Winter and the Ace Ops.

Oscar, Winter and the Ace Ops arrives in the Shade Parking Lot as they approached something, that were being covered by a tarp. "Oscar Storm, thanks to Mei and Melissa, we've got ahold of some very important papers of yours. And thanks to Atlas' technology, we can give you the perfect gift." Winter says as she nods to her Ace Ops, who nod back as they approached the tarp.

"And now, without further ado, we present to you: your brand new Car!" She exclaims as the Ace Ops removes the tarp, revealing a black and gold Car with futuristic aesthetics.

Oscar's jaw drop to the floor in amazement. "After you told us about your Car, we did some research on your Car and figured out about your mechanic friends in Vale. With permission granted by them, we looked through borrowed copies of your papers and figured how to rebuild your old Car in a newer & enhanced model. Consider this my family's apologies for my sister's actions." She explains.

Oscar didn't say anything as he pulls Winter into a kiss.

He broke away from the kiss as he looks Winter dead in her eyes. "Winter, don't blame yourself for Weiss' foolishness. From all my time in Beacon, all I can gather from what I've seen from her is that she's an arrogant and self centered person. I don't blame anyone, except possibly either your Father or Brother for this." He explains as he lends into her ear.

"And consider this my thank you present for getting my Car back." He whispers as Winter blushes at this.

"Alright, Casanova, that's enough." Harriet says with a tiny hint of jealousy and humor as she separates Oscar and Winter. "Aw, don't be jealous. I've got enough love for everyone." He says.

"Is that so? Then, how about 4 more?" Says a female voice. Oscar, Winter and the Ace Ops turn to the source of the voice to see NDGO approaching them. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but that also sounds like a confession?" Oscar questions as he smirks at Team NDGO.

This caused them to blush heavily at this. "Yes, it is." They admit. Suddenly, Oscar gave him each a quick peck on the lips, shocking them. "Then I accept it. As long as your love towards me is real." He says.

Suddenly, he got tackled to the ground by Team NDGO as they started giving him several kisses to the face. Once they've finished, Oscar's head was splattered with kiss marks of purple, green, violet and red.

Meanwhile, around the corner of Shade, May Zedong looks at Oscar Storm with a blush on her face. "Oh Oscar, if only I can tell you my feelings." She says as she removes her hat, revealing something underneath it.

"But no boy can love me with this on my face." She says as she quickly leaves the area.

(Here's chapter 9 done. Not only did Anya get a surprise, but Oscar did as well. And poor May, scared of confession because of her eye, but she'll find love soon. Anyways, next chapter will take Oscar back to Vale.)
