(POV: 3RD PERSON)

It's been a week since Oscar got transferred, initiated into Shade Academy and becoming the 5th member of the newly PRMON & life was better here then it was at Beacon.

(Flashback #1)

Oscar was busy training when Ryuko showed up. "Hey hot stuff, how's training?" She asks. "Not bad. But the training simulation is getting kinda boring. Think you can turn it up?" He asked.

"Sure thing." Ryuko says as he goes to the training modulator. "So, you wanna go from boring to exciting?" She asks. "Hell yeah, give me the highest setting you've got!" Oscar exclaims, shocking Ryuko.

Her shock faded away as she gained a look of determination. "Okay then, setting it up for Level 11!" She says as she turns the simulator up to the highest setting.

Suddenly, Oscar was surrounded by thousands of Grimms. The enemies ranges from Beowolves to Sphinxes. "Now we're talking!" He exclaims in excitement as he becomes engulfed in a fiery vortex.

The Grimms back away in fear of the flames. When the flames died down, the temperature of the room decreased as Oscar takes the form of a massive beast with huge tusks of ice.

Oscar stands up on two legs while raising his trunk up high and letting out a very loud trumpet.

He then slams his feet down on the ground, causing a powerful blast of ice to consume the Grimm Holograms. When the attack ended, the Holograms are revealed to have been frozen in ice.

With another slam of his feet, Oscar shatters the frozen Holograms. However, they were only one Grimm left: a Manticore Grimm, one with an odd appearance.

The two beasts stare each other with looks of ferocity and aggression as they charge at each other. But precisely at the last moment, Oscar ducked under the Manticore Grimm and flips it up in the air with his icy tusks.

While the Grimm was up in the air, Oscar took a deep breath with his tusk as he exhales several icicle projectiles at the aerial Grimm.

Soon enough, the Holographic Grimm became an icy pincushion as it becomes frozen at the icicle sheer cold intensity. When the Grimm hit the floor, it shatters into a million.

The simulator powers down as Oscar transforms back into his Human Form. "Oh yeah, that hit the spot." He says as he cracks his neck. He turns to Ryuko, whose jaw was hanging open from shock.

"That.....was...." Ryuko says in shock as her shock was immediately replaced with excitement. "AWESOME!!!!" She excitedly finished her sentence.

(Flashback #2)

Oscar and 2B were walking through the halls, talking to each other until a blond boy blocks their path.

"Hey sexy, why don't you ditch the freak and come with me?" He asks 2B while insulting Oscar in the process. 2B groans heavily at this bad pickup line. "Sakurai, go bug somebody else. I'm spending time with Oscar." She says as she was about to leave when Sakurai grabs her by her arm.

"Come on, baby. Your better off with me then with this monster." He says as he starts applying pressure to her arm.

Suddenly, Sakurai's entire being was filled with fear, dread and horror as he turns to Oscar, who was emitting an extreme powerful aura of killer's intent.

But before he could even react, Oscar lands a powerful punch directly in his face, knocking him into the wall.

"Dumbass." Oscar says as he wipes his hands clean of Sakurai filth. Suddenly, 2B hugged Oscar, causing the boy to blush a bit. "Thank you, my hero." She says with the same amount of blush on her face.

(Flashback #3)

Oscar was working on his gauntlets in Shade's workbench. For the past few days, his gauntlets are starting to become nonfunctional as of lately, but he can't seem to figure out why.

But while he was working, he heard the sounds of the doors opening and closing. He looks to find Team NDGO entering the room with their weapons in hand.

Thinking he might need some help, he grabs his gauntlets and approaches them. "Hey girls." He says as he sets his gauntlets down. "Hi Oscar." They said in unison.

Once Oscar sat down, he took noticed of a Whetstone.

"Whose Whetstone is this?" Oscar asks. "Oh that's mine." Gwen says. "Well, I heard you were having problems with your Dust Knives & I think the Whetstone is the source of it." Oscar says.

"Really?" Gwen asks as Oscar nods his head. "Yeah, the leftover traces of Whetstone can cause all sorts of problems, like Dust incompatibility, if they're not properly oiled." He explains.

"Wow. Well, where can I find such oils?" Gwen asks. "Oh, just tell your local Blacksmith about your problems and he should supply you the oil." He says. Gwen then takes out a piece of paper and pen as she starts writing down everything Oscar says.

"Thanks, Oscar. You're a lifesaver." Gwen says as she grabs her Knives and rushes out of the room.

The rest of the girls took notice of Oscar's Gauntlets. "So, what's up with your weapons?" Nebula asks. "They haven't been cooperating so well and I'm trying to find out why." Oscar explains.

"May I?" Dew asks. "Sure." Oscar says as he hands her his Gauntlets. She begins inspecting his Gauntlets until she found the source of the problem. "Ah, such as I suspected: sand." She says as she shakes his Gauntlets, causing a small mound of sand to come out of it.

"Vacuo Sand can sometimes caused malfunctions in weapons, due to them getting stuck in the weapons mechanisms and jamming them. Fortunately, just give them a wash after every mission and they should be fine." She explains as she hands Oscar his Gauntlets back.

"Thanks for the advice, Dew." He says. "Oh, and a couple of things: Nebula, you may need some new strings for your Crossbow. They're starting to wear down. Octavia, your Dagger's edge is starting to dull down, which would really reduce the impact of your attacks. And Dew, your spear's Dust feed looks like its starting to rust." He explains.

The girls checked the areas he mentioned as their eyes widened at this. "Don't worry, I got this." He says as he takes out some business cards and hands them to ND(G)O. "Here, business cards to Hunts and Arms." He says.

This caused their eyes to widened even more at this. "Hunts and Arms?!? The best all service weapon store in all of Remnant that can only be given to specific people?!?" Octavia asks in disbelief. "Yep, the very same one. A friend of mine is the head Blacksmith, so he always mails over their business cards to me, literally every week. Figured I can get rid of them whenever the opportunity comes." He says with non caring tone.

Suddenly, he got hugged by ND(G)O. "Thank you, Oscar!!!" They exclaimed in happiness. Oscar blushes as he returns their hugs.

(Flashback #4)

Robyn, Marigold, Fiona and Joanna are moving several boxes from a truck into a glass building. "Man, who knew plants, soils and seeds can be so heavy?" Joanna jokingly asks. "Don't worry, these should be the last boxes." Robyn assures. "Yeah, then we'll have to plant the seeds, water them and all that other kind of stuff, which I don't want to." Fiona says.

"Maybe I can help." Says a familiar voice. They turned to see Oscar entering the glass building while looking around. "Wow, I didn't know Shade has a Green House." He says as he turns his attention back to the Happy Huntresses.

"Well, Headmaster Samson thinks studying the flora of Remnant and their dangers & medical properties can help the students in the future." Robyn explains as she sighs. "Unfortunately, growing planets in the desert region is harder then it sounds." She says.

"Don't worry, I can help with growing." He says as he becomes engulfed in a fiery vortex. Though grown use to heat, the Happy Huntresses flinched a bit at the vortex's heat.

Suddenly, the flames died down as Oscar transforms into an armored and spiky creature, covered in vegetation.

He began shaking his body, causing his plates to rattle as they started glowing green. Raising his tail up, he slams it on the ground, causing a wave of green energy to cruise through the ground.

And in the wake of the green energy's tracks, grass and other kinds of vegetations began to grow. Vegetations that ranges from flowers to berry bushes and more.

Once the Green House was in full bloom, Oscar transforms back into his human form. "Here we go. A proper Green House. And don't worry about fee & such, this is free." He says.

"Well, thanks for the help, kid." Robyn says as she ruffled up his hair a bit. Marigold and Joanna also gave him ruffled up hair. Fiona, however, gave him a hug with a visible blush on her face.

With a fantastic new school, great friends & several admirers, Oscar believes his life couldn't possibly get any better. Though, whatever not good or bad, he was wrong.

(Here's chapter 3 done. This was just something of a filler chapter about Oscar's time in Vacuo/Shade. Anyways, next chapter will feature Oscar and his team saving a Village from a Grimm attack.)
