(SCENE: SHADE ACADEMY) (POV: 3RD PERSON)

Team PROMN are called to Headmaster Theodore's Office, though they weren't informed on what it was about. Some believed it was a new mission while others are fine with just seeing what it is when they get there.

Once arriving to Theodore's Office, Oscar knocks on the door. "Headmaster Theodore, it's us, Team PROMN. Can we come in?" He asks. "Sure, come on in." They heard Theodore's voice from the other side.

They entered the Office and, to their surprise, found Team JNPR sitting down in front of Headmaster Theodore.

"Headmaster Theodore, why is Team JNPR here?" Ryuko asks while giving a confused look at him. "Well, Mr. Arc here can explain." Theodore says as Jaune sighs in irritation.

"It's my Family. They're trying to get me to come back home and be a stay at home husband for some rich skank that's known by many to cheat on them if they don't meet her so called standards. I tried talking to them, but they refuse to listen to me. But, my Grandparents managed to convince them to an Arc Challenge." Jaune explains, confusing mostly everyone present.

"The Arc Challenge is a trial by combat established by the first Arc after a series of inter family conflicts. It allows two members of the Arc Family to settle disputes through a trial by combat. The fighters can either engage each other or pick others to fight on their behalf. Justin is as arrogant as he was when he was a Huntsman in Training, so he'll most likely choose someone else to fight for him, mostly someone he sees as a perfect son." Theodore explains as Oscar seems to have got the message.

"And I'm guessing Jaune here wants us to fight for him because his combat skills are complete grimm shit." Oscar says with a tone that sounds like he knew what's gonna happen. "That's what Jaune wishes to know." Theodore says, causing Oscar and his Team to turn towards Team JNPR.

"Yeah, me and my would've done it ourselves, but the rules states that I can't select fighters that I have a connection or bond with. No offense." Jaune says as Oscar shrugs. "Eh, none taken. Though that rule is pretty much stupid." Oscar says as Jaune nods in agreement.

"Anyways, I'm more then happy to beat up some arrogant ass hats." Oscar says as he turns to his Team. "Sure" "Awesome" "I'm game" "Sounds good" His Team says, causing Team JNPR to smile at this.

"Thanks guys, we appreciate this." Ren says as Jaune stood up from his seat. "I can take you guys to where the Arc Challenge is taking place." Jaune says as he guides his own Team and Oscar's Team to the location of the Arc Challenge.

Teams JNPR & PROMN arrived to what appears a lakeside view as they spot a man with Jaune's hair and a woman with Jaune's eyes approaching them. "So boy, here to stop this rebellious attitude of yours and get married to your planned wife?" The man questioned with arrogance in his voice.

"No, I'm not. And I'm never going to marry that woman because me and my Team brought another team to fight in the Arc Challenge for us." Jaune explains as he gestures to Oscar's Team. "These guys are the top students at Shade Academy. You're fighters won't stand a chance against them." Pyrrha says. "Yeah!!! They're gonna kick their butts!!!!!" Nora exclaims with excitement.

"LEARN YOUR PLACE, YOU LOWER CLASS SCUM!!!!!!" Exclaims an arrogant voice as Oscar and his Team turn to see another team approaching them.

The one who insulted them is a blond haired boy that's dressed like some high brow high class asshole.

He's followed by a pink haired girl that basically screams whorey thot, some emo nobody and a black winged skank.

'Wow. I'm not sure if I should feel pity or not? Honestly, this team couldn't even kill a Beowolf pup much less us.' Oscar says in his head as he turns to the blond haired man. "So, what's the rules of the Arc Challenge? I know it a fight, but other then that, not so much." Oscar asks.

"Well, first off, learn to speak when spoken to, brat." The blond man says, making to scowl at what he said to him. "Secondly, the rules will be explained shortly. Not that it matters, since you and your Team are going to lose." The blond man arrogantly proclaims, causing Team PROMN to roll their eyes at this.

"But enough of pointless talk with an less intelligent group of fools. It's time for the Arc Challenge to begin, follow us to the battle arena." The woman says while insulting Team PROMN as they moved themselves to the side of the area. 'I can't wait to put this bitch in her place.' Team PROMN says in their mind as both Teams followed the adults to the battle arena.

(SCENE CHANGE: BATTLE ARENA) (POV CHANGE: OSCAR)

We've arrived to where we're gonna fight. I have seen better places. Honestly, it's nothing but grass, trees and water with a piece of concrete in the middle of it.

We also got to meet Jaune's family and I have to say, they're even worse then my Mother and Father after I reanimated them back from the dead. And that's saying something.

Honestly, they were both annoying and disgraceful. The only saving grace is Saphron and her wife, Terra, & their son Adrian. Let me tell you, my Team, Pyrrha and Nora were smothering the kid with love and cute little cheek pinches.

Jaune's Grandparents were cool too as they told us how they've seen Jaune's potential and wanted to train him, but couldn't because of both their age and his Father's strong hold on the family.

We also learned a few things about our.......huh, I was gonna say opponents, but.........well I was gonna say foes, but...........you know what? Fuck this.

Anyways, the blond is called Kurt and he used to be Pyrrha's betrothed, until he got discovered cheating on her with another girl. Pinkie is Flare and she's Jaune's arranged wife. Honestly, I could tell she's a whore because of how she's been staring at both me and Ren. Kinda makes me to reconsider my Huntsman attire, since it's been getting too much attention from thirsty women & my Girlfriends are probably planning to commit murders or something. The emo bitch is called Sasuke and he claims he's from some big hotshot clan of warriors. Yeah, like that's actually true. And that girl with the skimpy outfit is Raynare. She used to be some priest of some church until she fallen to lust or something like that. Was never one for religion and stuff like that.

But enough of that, the battle was about to begin. Jaune's Grandfather, who looks like an elderly version of Jaune, stepped on a pedestal and began to speak. "The Arc Challenge will now begin. Each side will engage each other in combat until one is defeated. Use of Semblance are allowed." He explains the terms as both teams nod at this and we turn towards each other.

"Last chance to surrender like good little pets and I promise to treat you 5 like rulers." Flare says, causing us to glare at her. "We're gonna make you eat those words. As well as your own arms and legs." I told them, which seemed to have angered both Kurt and Sasuke.

"Don't talk like that to elites, you weaklings!!!!" They shouted together as Sasuke took the offensive and charged at me. Smirking, I changed into my Ursus form as Sasuke's sword broke upon contact.

Sasuke looked at me with wide eyes as he gulped in fear. "Uh, you wouldn't strike an unarmed opponent, would you?" He asks, thinking he could get out from an attack. The answer I gave him was a paw swipe that send him hurling into a tree.

I then sensed the incoming attack from Kurt as I changed into my Hammertail form. The attacks hit my armored back, but they only tickled me as they bounced back at Kurt. "Oh crap." Kurt said as he got blasted off the arena and into the stony cliff.

I changed back to my human form as I crack my neck. "Okay girls, after those disappointments, I've decided to let you four have fun. Remember to avoid low blows, keep yourselves from anything that may appear inappropriate for anyone under the age of 18, but make sure to have fun." I said as the rest of my team split up to engage each opponent.

Asia and 2B took on Raynare while Ryuko and Raphtalia went against Flare. While the battle against Raynare was somewhat entertaining, Flare was a complete and utter disappointment. Seriously, all she does was setting up shield barriers and won't even throw a single punch.

It was probably some spoiled rich girl thing.

Anyways, back to what's really important: our victory. We turned to the crowd to find most of the Arc Family in shock at this (with the exception of Jaune's Grandparents, Saphron, Terra and Adrian) while Jaune and his Team were smiling at them.

"Welp, that settles it: we win and I don't marry Flare." Jaune says as his Team, his Grandparents, Saphron and Terra chuckled at this while Adrian.......well, he was off in his own little world.

Suddenly, Jaune's dick of a dad and bitch of a mom exploded. "NO IT DOESN'T!!!! BECAUSE YOU CHEATED BY BRINGING IN ONE OF THOSE SHAPESHIFTING MONSTERS TO HELP SAVE YOUR WORTHLESS SKIN!!!!!!!" They exclaimed with anger as the rest of Jaune's sisters agrees with him.

"Well, there was nothing in the rule book that says he couldn't. Besides, your side lost fair and square, so just suck your defeat up & take it like an adult." I said as we were preparing to leave when we suddenly sensed an incoming attack.

I quickly turned around and blocked an attack, revealing the attacker to be Jaune's Father, as I slammed him into the ground. "Enough of this petty squabbling. Accept that you all have been defeated." I said.

However, this only seem to caused the most of the family to attack us. Thinking fast, I turned into one of my newer forms. This one took the appearance of a jumbled up pile of plants.

I unleashed blasts of green smoke at them. Upon inhaling them, Jaune's parents and sisters starting coughing like crazy. Suddenly, they passed out with green slime oozing out from their mouths.

Transforming back, I approached them and checked them for a pulse. Thankfully, they still have them. "Okay, good news they're not dead, just unconscious. Though the bad news is their Semblance's strength are back to amateur levels and are probably going to require re-training from scratch." I explain.

"That won't be necessary." Jaune's Grandfather says. "Indeed. They've disgraced the Arc Name by not only assaulting winners of an honorable duel, but also betrayed the Arc Challenge rule." Jaune's Grandmother says as she took out what appears to be Kurt's Scroll and hands it to us.

We checked through it and learned that Kurt is actually the bastard son of Jaune's Father and some high class, gold digging slut. "So, bastard cheated on his own wife for some other woman. What a scumbag." I said with everyone nodding in agreement. "So, what does this mean for them? Or for Jaune?" I asked.

"Well, Jaune will become the future Arc Heir, as he was meant to be. Meanwhile, his parents and sisters will be exiled and disowned from the clan for as long as Jaune will allow." Jaune's Grandfathet explains.

Though we were slightly shocked, we understood perfectly well since Jaune's Father did neglect him and both his Mother & most of his Sisters treated him like a doll rather than a person.

"In anyway case, our job is done here. So we better head back to Shade." I said as me and my Team prepares to leave, when Jaune stopped. "Before you all go, I just wanna say: thanks. For doing this for me." He says.

We said nothing as we each give him a pat on the shoulder and make our way back to Shade Academy.
