(SCENE: BATTLE ARENA) (POV: OSCAR)

The day has come.

The battle with my old Team, RWBY & JNPR is about to start. I was preparing myself for a fight of life changing proportions.

Not for me, however. But I won't say anything to you all.

(A/n break)

Logan: No Oscar! Bad OC! No fourth wall breaking!

Oscar: Come on! Not just for a few minute?

Logan: NO!!! This shit is expensive! My wallet's already crying! *pulls out his wallet* See!

Logan's Wallet:

Oscar:......Okay, fine. I promise not to do any fourth wall breaking.

Logan: Okay, good. And don't try to pull any of that finger cross crap, or else I'll have to arrange you to get married to Issei.

Oscar: 😨😨😨😨

Logan: Now then, on with the story.

Anyways, I was about ready when Ozpin enters the room. "Young Storm, the match is about begin. Remember to give it your all." He says as I chuckle at this. "I always give it my all. And my track record of fighting has been pretty so far, ever since I've decided not to reveal my powers." I said with a bit of arrogance as I crack my neck a bit.

"Well, time to fight." I said as I left the room and make my way towards the arena.

(SCENE CHANGE: ARENA) (POV CHANGE: 3RD PERSON)

Oscar arrives to arena as he glares at both HMOK and RWBY. However, he shot a small smile towards JNPR. His attention got drawn towards Glynda, who stood on a pedestal.

"The battle between Oscar Storm and Teams HMOK, RWBY & JNPR will begin shortly. Remember, if the Beacon Teams wins this match, then Oscar will return to Beacon & to be reassigned into his Team." Glynda explains as Oscar rolls his eyes at this.

"Of course, no bet can be made without a con towards the betting side." Oscar says as he swipes the microphone. "Like Glynda says, if I lose, I go back to Beacon. But, if I win, then I get choose either 1 or 2 Teams from Beacon to join Shade." He says, shocking nearly everyone present.

"What?!?!?" Both HMOK & RWBY exclaims in shock. "You can't just make a bet like that!" Issei shouts out. "Hey, you guys started this. I'm merely trying to end it. Besides, Glynda fails to properly set the terms, I'm just filling in the gaps." Oscar explains as he cracks his knuckles.

"But enough chit chat, time to end this match." He says as he quickly transforms into his Rotknuckle Form. JNPR charged towards Oscar with their weapons in hand. 'Perfect. Just like how we planned.' He says in his head.

(Flashback to the Restaurant from the previous chapter)

"So, that's how you beat me." Pyrrha says with interest in her voice. "Yep, Rotknuckle's spores can knock out even the toughest Huntsmen and Huntresses." Oscar says.

"I've got a plan." Jaune says as he fills them in on the plan. Needless to say, Oscar was surprised at this. "Let me get this straight: you and your Team wish to throw the match because you believe this would make for an excellent start for my forgiveness?" Oscar asks as if they were crazy.

"Yes. Besides, we don't want this fight anymore than you do. But since we can't forfeit the match, we figured you can make it look like you knocked us out." Jaune says as his Team nods in agreement.

Oscar sighs as he nods his head. "Okay, I'll play along. But if things go South, I'm putting the blame on you." He says as JNPR agrees with this statement.

(Flashback end)

When the Team was about to strike, Oscar hit struck them with a fist full of spores. This caused them to be sent flying out of the arena and were quickly knocked out by the spore's effects.

Everyone was shocked at how easily Oscar defeated Team JNPR as he transforms back to his human form. "Well then, that was something." He says as he turns to HMOK & RWBY and gave them a taunting 'Come at Me' hand gesture.

"BASTARD!!!" Issei exclaims in annoyance and anger as Malty smugly smirks. "You deserve punishment, crook." She says as Oscar felt and enormous amount of pressure being applied on top of him.

While this is happening, Malty's body is generating a large amount of purple energy.

Semblance Analysis:

Queen's Force: Malty can exert a large amount of gravitational like pressure onto a being. Drawback is that she can't attack or move.

"Good job, babe." Issei says as Malty blushes. "Now, it's time we end this." He says with a smirk as he becomes enveloped in a red aura.

Semblance Analysis:

Dragon's Boost: Issei can become incredibly powerful. Drawback is that he can only do it for 10 seconds.

Issei charges at the restraint Oscar. However, instead of worry on his face, he had one of cockiness. "Wanna get serious? Then I'll get serious." Oscar says as he creates a shockwave of fire that takes the form of Oscar's Legend Beast Forms, causing Malty's semblance to break and Issei to be knocked back.

"W-What the?!?!? That's impossible!!! No one can break free from my Semblance!!! NO ONE!!!!!!" Malty exclaims in disbelief and shock. "Guess what, bitch? Impossible means nothing to me." Oscar says as he charged at Malty and unleashed a fury of punches at her.

Each punch caused her to cough up some blood. Oscar then backflip kicks her into jaw, knocking her out of the arena.

"5 down. 6 to go. But that'll be brought down to zero in less then a second." He says with cockiness in his voice. This caused Yang to activate her Semblance in rage.

She charged at Oscar with the intent to punch him. Oscar counters by punching Yang's fist. The force of each attack caused a shockwave that blew Satsuki and the remainder of Team RWBY back while creating a gust of wind that blew into the faces of those that are watching the fight.

"Impressive. No one in Beacon can withstand a blow from Ms. Xiao Long's Semblance boosted punches ." Ozpin says as Theodore nods his head. "Yes, Oscar Storm's resilience makes attacks like Yang Xiao Long's useless." Theodore explains as they turned their attention back to the match.

Yang was shocked at how easily her punch was blocked. "I-Impossible!" She exclaims. Oscar capitalized on her distraction as he leaps over her and grabs her by her hair.

He started spinning her around. "Round and round you go." He playfully says as he throws her out of the arena and into a wall. "Heh, always knew Yang was a hard head and have a tiny brain." He taunts.

This caused Ruby and Blake to get angry as they blindly rushed in to attack him. However, Oscar counters Ruby's Semblance with a double kick.

Blake tries to attack his flank, but Oscar heard her coming as he caught her weapon. "Sneaky kitty. But not sneaky enough." He says as he cuts off her ribbon off from her weapon.

He then lifts the katana up in the air and breaks it over his knee. He threw the broken Gamble Shroud aside as he transforms again. Instead, he becomes a large sloth like beast he calls the Tree Thrasher.

He slams his front claws into the ground, causing several roots to pop up from the ground and started beating her with said roots.

As Blake starts falling to the ground, thorn roots start covering Oscar's arms. He then jumps towards the falling Cat Faunus and punched her gut with his rooted arms.

Blake hit the ground hard as her impact caused a crater to form. Oscar quickly change forms from his Tree Thrasher Form to one of his new Forms: Titan Boa.

He turns his attention to Weiss, Malty, Satsuki and Issei as he slowly slithers towards them while flicking his tongue out from time to time. "Ha! Like we're scared of some overgrown worm!" Issei arrogant exclaims as he and Weiss prepare to attack.

However, Satsuki was shaking in fear at the sight of the large serpent. "S-S-S-Snake!!!!!" She exclaimed in fear as she ran out of the arena. "Satsuki, wait!" Weiss calls out, but her pleads fell on deaf ears as the cold hearted princess left the arena in a screaming rush.

Of course, Weiss' big mistake was losing her focus and diverting her attention away from Oscar. He took advantage of her distraction and quickly wraps around her, like a Python ensnaring it's prey.

"Lesson 1, little ssssssnowflake: never take your eyesssssss off a ssssssserpent. They tend to be venomoussssssss." He says with an occasional hissing as he flicks his tongue in Weiss' face. "But enough lessonssssss. Time to sssssssquash you like an insect." He coldly says as he starts slamming her against the ground.

After a few slams, he threw Weiss out of the arena and shifts his attention to Issei. "One little mouse left. Your choice: either run ssssssscared or ssssssstay and fight." He proposed.

"Why should I run from a freakish stalker like you?!?!? I'm not scared of you!!! Hell, I can take you on alone, even without my Girlfriends!!!!" He arrogantly exclaims as he blind charges at Oscar.

Oscar, however, slithers with great speed out of the way as he strikes him in the back with his tail. "Too slow. And that's coming from a giant snake." He jokingly says as he continues the tail strikes.

While his Semblance makes him stronger, his defenses is still severely lacking as the blows make him cough up blood. "Please, at least make this interesting. You're failing so fast, that it should honestly be a new record." Oscar taunts as he transforms back into his Human Form.

"Let's see how well you do when I'm not serious." He challenges as he spreads his arms out. "Come on then, give me your best shot. I'll even say 'ouch' if you land a good enough punch." He tauntingly says as he motions Issei to come at him.

Angered at his, he puts all of his might and Semblance into his punch as he successfully hits Oscar. However, Oscar remains unfazed by the hit as he turns to Issei. "Pathetic." He says.

Shortly after saying that, Oscar landed a powerful blow to Issei's gut. This caused the pervert to vomit up blood. Oscar then grabs his head and starts kneeing him in the face several times.

Oscar then grabs him by the back of his neck and slams him down on the ground. "You talk a big game, but when it came time to walk the walk, you fall faster then a wingless Nevermore." He says as grabs him by his shirt and lift him up in the air.

"And now, it's to end this fight." He says as he spinning himself, along with Issei, around. Once he felt like he got enough, he threw Issei out of the arena and into a trash can.

"Teams HMOK, RWBY & JNPR have all been defeated. Oscar Storm is the winner." Ozpin announces as nearly everyone cheers for Oscar. The only ones who weren't cheering was Glynda and the Beacon Staff.

'Damnit, our plans have fallen apart.' The Staff thought in unison as Glynda starts to grow very worried. 'Crap, Crap, Crap!!!! Now Ozpin would know we did this behind his back!!!! I'm gonna get fired for sure!!!!!' She exclaims in her mind with worry at losing her job.

"Now then, since I won the challenge, I can pick any 1 or 2 Teams to join Shade Academy. And I already know my 2 Teams picks." He says as he turns to JNPR. "You guys can get up now." He says as JNPR got back up, revealing the effects of the spores have worn off.

"Team JNPR? You all were suppose to be knocked unconscious." Glynda questions. "Yeah, about that: we staged our defeat." Jaune reveals, shocking nearly everyone present. "What?!?!? Why?!?!?" Glynda demands to know.

"Because we're done with your cruel training. We want to earn Oscar's forgiveness, but you nearly ruined our chances with this ridiculous plan of yours. And so, we wish to transfer from Beacon to Shade." Pyrrha explains as she and the rest of Team JNPR joins at Oscar's side.

Suddenly, another Team joins at Oscar's side. To his surprise, it was Team CFVY.

"Team CFVY, why do you all want to join me?" Oscar asks. "Because, we're getting extremely annoyed at all the pervs and bullies at Beacon. Honestly, it seems like 50% of them are pervs while the 50% are bullies. We feel like we're the only ones that are normal." Coco explains.

"Yeah. So, we figured Shade would make for a better Academy." Velvet adds on as Foxy and Yatsunia nods in agreement. "Well, that depends on what Ozpin says." Oscar says as he turns to the Beacon Headmaster, who nods his head in agreement.

"It's fine by me. After all, Beacon hasn't been the best Academy for sometime now. But I plan on changing that by preforming thorough background checks on all Students." Ozpin explains as he turns to both Glynda and the Beacon Staff with a glare on his face. "And I'll be checking several backgrounds on the Staff too, to see if they're fit to continue teaching after this little stunt of theres." He adds on.

This caused the Staff Members to flinch at this as they knew this would cost them greatly. "Well, since the battle's done, I'm gonna head back. Goodbye folks!" Oscar calls out to the people watching as he exits the arena.

Needless to say, Oscar felt proud of himself at how he damaged Beacon's pride.
