Narrator: long ago, seven legendary gods of power were sealed away in magical instruments awaiting the day there chosen heirs found them. these gods are known as, the band gods.

(Theme music from dragon ball original plays)

Chorus:(singing)band gods, gotta find those band gods, don't stop till you've found Em all the seven magic gods, it's all you've gotta do to make the band of life, get those band gods, band gods, the greatest test of all is to find that seventh God, danger all around you, evil everywhere, evil will surround you, keep on searching but beware, Kion, he's gonna show you, he and his friends will find a way, Kion, he's gonna show you, he and his friends are gonna save the day, band gods, there always evil searching for the band gods, you can always listen for when the guitar calls, you won't believe the magic in the seven gods, you can put you're trust inside of the band gods.

Narrator: previously on pride land adventures, Kion and his friends were trying to find out where the bending gods could be hiding. when they investigate an explosion on the other side of town they meet a young egret with the power of the light God, Ono. Ono has agreed to help his friends find the other bending gods before the apocalypse and they await when they find another one, now we cut back to the original universe but not in the timeline you expect, today, we learn about kion's past.

(Dragon ball z ost theme plays and the title screen says kion's baby hood)

Scene cuts to Kion's presentation

Simba: wow, he's adorable.

Kiara: you said it simba. what's his name mom?

Sarabi: his name, is Kion.

Simba: nice. why is he asleep though?

Mufasa: he has to rest a bit before he wakes up simba, it's African tradition.

Just then nala walks up

Nala: hey dudes.

Simba: oh, hey nala, you wanna see the new kid?

Nala: sure.

Nala walks over to Kion

Nala: oh, he's so cute.

Kion yawns a bit

Kiara: what's that mean?

Simba: he's waking up kiara, get with the program.

Kiara: hey, I'm three, whatya expect?

Nala:we're five and we know this.

Kion wakes up and try's to get used to his surroundings

Simba: should I post him to Facebook?

Mufasa: go ahead.

Simba takes a picture of Kion and posts it to Facebook

Kion coos

Mufasa: let's let him choose one of these. it will define his personality

Sarabi: oh right, we didn't do that yet.

Mufasa places three objects down on the floor

Simba: shades, tests, and a crystal?

Kiara: what are these gonna do?

Mufasa: well kiara, when simba was born we let him choose his own personality, it was the same for when you were born.

Sarabi: the shades mean he's gonna act all cool and stuff, the test means he's gonna be interested in school, and the crystal means he's going to be interested in jewels and stuff like that.

Simba: cmon Kion, go and pick one.

Kion walks over to the objects and stares at them for thirty seconds and then chooses the shades

Simba: i think we all know why he picked those.

Kion walks over to simba lies down next to him

Nala: looks like he likes you simba.

Simba: I guess so.

Kion smiles as simba holds him

Nala: ya know simba, i just realized something.

Simba: what's that nala?

Nala: well, we live in africa, and lions are born the exact african way, but we have like, stores and stuff. like, what the heck is up with that?

Simba: honestly nala, i don't bother to judge the creators decisions.

Kiara: can i hold kion now simba?

Simba: sure sis. be gentle though.

Kiara: i know, i know.

Simba hands kion to kiara

Kiara: he's so soft.

Simba: he sure is.

Kion starts pointing to simba

Kiara: i think he wants you simba.

Kiara hands kion to simba

Kion stomach grumbles

Nala: looks like someones hungry.

Mufasa grabs kion's bottle and hands it to simba

Mufasa: he seems to trust you the most simba. i know he'll accept it from you.

Simba: well, alright then dad.

Simba shows kion the bottle and kion starts drinking it

Nala: whoa, he's chugging that thing down.

Kiara: no duh nala. ya know simba, i have a feeling you and kion are gonna be great friends when he can talk.

Simba: maybe so kiara.

Kion lets go of the bottle and simba burps him

Nala: i still don't get why we have to do that.

Simba: wish i knew.

Simba puts kion back into holding position

Simba: but one things for sure. 

Kion hugs simba

Simba: kion doesn't mind.

Scene cuts to two years later with Kion in the kitchen waiting for his food as zazu flies over

Zazu: alright Kion, now here's your green beans and here's your d.r pepper.

Kion: why did you put a lid on the bottle?

Zazu: it's a sippy cup Kion. it doesn't spill, so now I won't have to clean your messes 24/7.

Kion stared at the green beans and then back at zazu

Kion: how do I eat the green beans?

Zazu: well here's a fork here and you can eat it with the fork.

Kion grabs the fork then picked it up

Kion: this?

Zazu: yes Kion, that.

Kion moves his arm to the right and then throws the fork to the left and puts his paw down as soon as he does it

Kion: whoops.

Zazu: now go get it Kion.

Kion: it slipped.

Zazu: no Kion, it did not slip you threw it on purpose now go get the fork.

Kion: no.

Zazu:(sighs) you know what, just shove your face in the green beans and eat them.

Kion puts his paw under the plate and flips it at zazu and puts his paw down as soon as he does it

Zazu: Kion!

Kion: whoops, it slipped.

Zazu: no Kion, I'm not retarded it didn't slip.

Kion: yes it did zazu. the green beans don't wanna go into my mouth.

Zazu: well, what does wanna go into your mouth then?

Kion: hmm. pizza.

Zazu: alright then, I'll make your stupid pizza and you can go play with simba, Kay?

Kion: whatevs banana beak.

Kion walks over to simba's room and crashes into the door

Simba: hey Kion.

Kion: hi simba.

Simba: you bored?

Kion: well, zazu said making me a pizza.

Simba: cool.

Scene cuts to zazu in the kitchen making kion's pizza when mufasa walks up to him

Mufasa: zazu, have you seen Kion anywhere?

Zazu: yeah, the little brats in simba's room.

Mufasa: alright, thanks.

Mufasa walks into simba's room

Mufasa: Kion, we need to talk.

Kion: whatever's it is, I didn't do it.

Mufasa: no Kion. me and your mother were talking and, we think you should make some friends.

Kion: friends?

Simba: it's like us only not related.

Kion: why would I wanna do that though?

Mufasa: well Kion, in the future simba will be king, he will have many responsibility's in the pride lands. and the friends you make now will be able to hang out with you while he's busy.

Kion: well, I guess if simba will be unpermanent when he's king.

scene cuts to Kion and simba going to the watering hole.

Simba: alright Kion, now the watering hole is the best place to meet Cubs.

Kion: what kind of amusement park is that simba?

Simba: it's not an amusement park Kion. it's a place where everyone gathers water if there poor or try to make new friends at, it's where I met nala.

Kion: why is it a watering hole though? I mean it's obviously a pond.

Simba: that, I wish I knew.

Kion and simba arrive at the watering hole

Kion: is this the misnamed watering hole simba?

Simba: you bet it is Kion. look, there are loads of Cubs here, I'm sure you make at least one friend.

Kion: what about nala?

Simba: I mean a new friend Kion.

Kion: oh, well alright then.

Kion walks over to the watering hole

Kion:(in his head)hmm, which one, which one?

Nala walks over to simba

Nala: hey simba, whatya up to?

Simba: just watching Kion socialize.

Nala: he makin new friends?

Simba: yep.

Kion keeps looking around

Kion: maybe if I put my shades on, people will notice.

Kion pulls out his shades and puts them on

Kion: well, I do feel more confident. let's put them on my forehead.

Kion moves the shades up to his forehead

Nala: he seems to be struggling.

Simba: yeah.

Nala: hey. my brother mheetu doesn't have any friends yet either. maybe they could become friends or something

Simba: alright, cool.

Nala: I'll go convince him, later simba.

Simba: later nala.

Nala runs off and simba starts gathering food for him and kion

Kion walks up to a group of three male lion cubs and they look at him with disgust

Kion: um...hi.

Lion cub #1: yeah, what do you want?

Kion: well, my names Kion. and I'm pretty new to this friend thing and-

Lion cub #2: whatevs dude, now beat it.

Kion: talk about attitude.

Lion cub #3: you sassin us punk?

Kion: you sassed me first snake but!

Lion cub #1: like we care brat, now no one wants you here cause your worthless, so beat it. Kay's?

Kion slowly gets up in the leader's face

Kion: how bout no?

Lion cub #1: what did you just say to me?

Kion: pfft, you're just jealous because you're not a prince of Pride rock like me.

Lion cub #1: I suggest you leave punk.

Kion: you leave you whore!

Lion cub #2: oh,he's asking for it tj.

Lion cub #3: shh,you know we can't say his real name in front of losers.

Kion: I'm in ear radius but hole!

Tj: so, you say you're a prince huh? then where's your mommy?

Kion: Where's your face? all I can see is your mom's but!

Tj: that's it!

Tj punches Kion so hard that he falls to the ground and starts bleeding

Kion: God that hurt!

Tj: aw, the little pricks bleeding.

Tj kicks kion's stomach so hard that he coughs out blood

Tj: let's get the pliers out.

Kion: no,please don't!

Tj pulls out some pliers and starts pulling kion's teeth out

Kion starts groaning pain and starts crying

Tj: not so tough now huh? too bad you're brothers not here to protect you.

Kion: my brothers a saint compared to you!

Simba comes back with some food for him and kion only to see what t.j's doing to him and runs over to where Kion is

Tj: three down seventeen to go.

Simba tackles tj and pins him down

Tj: prince simba?

Simba: that's right. and if you ever hurt my brother like that again, you're dead!

T.j looks at kion

T.j: you got lucky.

Kion: F#CK YOU TJ!

Tj gets out from under simba and runs off and his henchman follow

Simba walks over to Kion who keeps crying

Simba: you alright kion?

Kion: my mouth hurts simba.

Simba: I know, I'm sorry for that.

Kion: tj raped me.

Simba: no Kion that didn't happen. he just pulled some of your teeth out.

Kion: what's the difference?

Simba:(sighs)cmon Kion, let's get you to mom.

Kion: Kay Kay.

Kion and simba go to sarabi

Kion: and then, tj made me start bleeding, and then he pulled my teeth out, and,and-

Simba: don't worry Kion, it's gonna be fine.

Sarabi: simba,how did this happen?

Simba: well, I didn't see the whole thing. but from what I did see, tj,pretty much tortured Kion.

Sarabi: kion, do you remember anything?

Kion: well, I was looking for friends to make, and I found this group of lion cubs, and they were real jerks and they tried to pull my teeth out. well, after they punched me. and I said that tj's face was his moms but. after I called him a whore. after the dude was a huge jerk face.

Simba nuzzles Kion

Sarabi: simba, you should've been watching Kion. knowing him anything can happen.

Simba: yeah I KNOW mom! I was looking for some food for us and next thing I know, he's getting tortured. I'm sorry, that I don't have two eyes, on the back of my head, that can watch Kion at all times!

Kion: simba?

Simba: yeah kion?

Kion: are there any Cubs out there who aren't jerk faces?

Simba: well, nala said she had a little brother too, he was born three days before you were apparently.

Kion: is he nice?

Simba: I don't know I haven't met the dude yet.

Zazu flies over

Zazu: hey Kion. I heard about what happened earlier. I left your pizza on the fridge.

Kion: is it all meat experience?

Zazu: yes Kion.

Kion: you want some simba?

Simba: I guess. let's eat.

Kion and simba go and Enjoy kion's pizza

Scene cuts to morning and Kion is nervous about meeting mheetu

Kion: um, simba? are you sure mheetu's not a huge jerk face, who's jealous of how awesome I am to the point of torturing me?

Simba: I'm sure Kion, don't worry. at least give him a chance. not everyone is like t.j. some people deserve to be trusted.

Kion: i know that. i'm just worried he's a secret minion of t.j.

Simba: don't worry kion. you and mheetu will get along just fine.

Kion smiles and gains some confidence

Kion: well, alright.

Nala and mheetu are walking over to Kion and simba's house.

Mheetu: and we're gonna shoot zombies, and save the world with rock instruments and everything!

Nala: well, I don't know about everything mheetu, from what I heard,he got beaten up pretty badly yesterday. heck they pulled his teeth out

Mheetu: wow. that's deep.

Mheetu and nala arrive at Kion and simba's house

Simba: cmon Kion, go introduce yourself to mheetu.

Kion: Kay Kay's.

Kion walks over to mheetu

Kion: um, hi.

Mheetu: hey's

Kion: I'm, Kion.

Mheetu: I'm mheetu.

Mheetu pulls out his fist and Kion backs up a bit

Mheetu: hey, don't worry dude, it's just a fist bump.

Kion: a fist bump?

Mheetu: yeah, cmon, try it

Kion walks up to him and they collide there fists

Mheetu:(explosion noise)you just exploded dude.

Kion: heh heh. hey dude, that was pretty cool.

Mheetu: I know right?

Kion: wanna go play video games?

Mheetu: yeah sure.

Kion and mheetu run inside and simba and nala follow

Nala: looks like they like each other.

Simba: yeah, they do don't they, thanks nala.

Nala: yeah, no prob simba.

Kion: are you dudes done?

Mheetu: or do you need five more minutes for being weird?

Simba and nala look at each other and then look away from each other blushing.

Kion: cmon dude, I got the new sonic.

Mheetu: oh, nice.

Kion and mheetu run into kion's room and simba and nala go in too

Narrator: as Kion to this day is learning about the band gods, he wouldn't have gotten a chance to combine them all if mheetu wasn't as nice as he is. will this be a result of kion's destiny? and more importantly, will they prevail at finding the other band gods? only time will tell. stay tuned in next time for the next pride land adventures

Jasiri: well, you just got a glimpse of kion's past, how about a glimpse of mine, this is after I stole the scroll back from janja and I'm trying to find a decent home in the outlands, and it's a lot harder than it seems. until I find out that with these five items inside of the scroll, I can't save moana. who's Moana you may ask? well yeah that for another story. but for now, I've gotta survive.

Jasiri: next time, jasiri's dark past. I've gotta find these scroll items before it's too late. and if yo  think I was gonna stay with that demon, just...come on dude.
