PERSONALITY: Penelope is a sweet woman who is very bright and curious. She's bold and brave, always going after what she wants. She's extremely creative, always seeing something new to create with few resources. She loves problem-solving, puzzles, and games. She's very much a hopeless romantic and believes in making each moment count with someone you love, romantically or otherwise. She's very affectionate, loving to call people pet names. She also just loves spending time with people, be it while curling up in bed together to read a good book, putting together a puzzle together, or just working on separate projects in the same room. She also is very fond of cuddling and holding hands. She's very curious and adventurous, wanting to explore the world and travel. She loves seeing things that no one else has explored. She can never stay in one place for too long or stay on one project for any amount of time. She's too easily distracted and easily bored. OTHER: She sometimes has to use a wheelchair due to her Fibromyalgia, but not often. She met Fleur Delacour the previous year when Fleur came to Hogwarts for the Triwizard Tournament. The two of them went to the Yule Ball together and started dating. Since then, both of them have developed crushes on Bill Weasley, who they met over the summer while keeping in touch with the Order of the Phoenix. They've been dropping hints that they like him. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO HER: Penelope and Fleur eventually get Bill Weasley to realize that they like him and the three of them enter a polyamorous relationship. The three of them have a ceremony where they all get married to one another and they have several children together.
