This indeed was going to be a long fucking night. Why did no one tell you that there was going to be playing some amazing music? However, the only thing is, is that you don't have the guts to dance. It's not like you don't know how, you're actually good at it but, your nerves will make you stiff plus you're trying to flash no one here despite the skin tape and glue Serpentress used. Maybe if you used a little more glue to close the gap in your chest more...

"What are you thinking so hard about?" You turned to little Shoto to see him looking up at you. You always loved his eyes, one a crystal blue like his dad and the other a slate grey like his mom's, and his fat cheeks were always so pinch-able.

"I want to dance but I need to fix my dress." He blinked looking at you up and down scrutinizing. How does a 10-year-old manage to do that?

"What's wrong with it." Instead of speaking only, you wanted to show him as well.

"When I start moving I don't want the flaps here on my chest to open all the way. In order to fix that I'm using this super super-strong fabric glue to close the gap more so no accidents happen." He nodded processing everything. He was a precocious kid so you didn't have to worry. With him sitting next to you having finished eating you fixed the fabric at the front.

"Why are you fussing with the dress Y/N-Chan I think it's perfect." You looked up at Toya who was looking at you curiously. Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed Rumi and Hawks staring at you from their table.

"I want to dance so to avoid any slips I closed it a little further." You put up the glue and looked at Shoto when he tugged on your hand.

"Can I dance with you?" You giggled at him. Of course, he wants to dance with you.

"Yes, you can dance with me Shoto. Hey Endeavor san can you ask if they can put on the chacha slide?" You gave him puppy dog eyes for added effect. With a huff, he did as asked. "Hey, why not everyone dance? Come on All Might! It'll be fun with all of us!" Your tail started wagging all over the place in your excitement and Shoto was bouncing beside you yelling in agreement. You both looked like excited puppies so who could say no?

"You heard the woman!" All Might got up out of his seat and just in time too cause that's when the chacha slide came on. "Come on Y/N! Little Shoto!" Shoto was already attached to you so he went with the momentum when All Might swung you around to the floor. You all got into formation dancing idly. You were in between Toya and Shoto but when you looked behind you there were Hawks and Rumi.

"I thought dancing wasn't your thing?" You looked between both of them.

"You're here aren't you chickadee?" You left it at that turning back around to not lose your rhythm and to keep both of them from seeing your blush. The song kept going and you were getting lost in the flow. They allowed a break but they always said to the speaker what song was going to be played next.

"OH MY GOD THEY ARE GOING TO PLAY SE ENCENDIO EL BEEPER" You got blank stares from the people around you.

"Japanese Y/N." You smiled big at Toya and shook your head. They'll understand once it comes on. They didn't have to wait long and when it came on you grabbed the closest person to you who seemed to know what they were doing and danced along with them. You had no idea who they were but you think maybe it was Sir Nighteye? He looked like a stick in the mud and you were surprised he was even at this party let alone up to actually dance.

"Why did you grab me?" You didn't know actually so you said the first thing that came to your mind.

"You look like you wanna smile." Who says that to people? He didn't smile but he did indulge in dancing with you. You didn't realize the others made a space for you and were shocked that the most stern-faced man here you were dancing with. Who cares right? Everyone deserves to smile. At the end of the song, you turned to him to apologize for putting him on the spot but to your utter surprise, he was smiling! with teeth!

"Why don't you look at that...you got me to smile." He gave a chuckle and you almost floated off the ground in happiness! You got the stern motherfucker to smile!

"My name is Y/N I work at Endeavor's office you can always stop by for hello!" He simply nodded patting your head before going back to the table to sit.

"You got my sidekick to smile." You tried to bump your hip with All Might but it just made you bounce sideways.

"I'm honored." You waited to see what was the next song to come on and was ecstatic to hear that it was just a bunch of Spanish remixes meaning you can dance your ass off! "Are you ready to watch me get other people to dance?" This is going to be fun to do as your eyes zoned in on Gang Orca. He seems to be the type to enjoy something if pushed.

"Instead of getting other people to dance why not dance with us?" You turned to see Hawks and Rumi staring at you. When did they get behind you?

"You have to save the best for last." With that parting statement, you went on to your mission leaving both of them flabbergasted. You went up to Gang Orca who was sitting with Selkie, Ectoplasm, Snipe, Hound Dog, and Shishido the lion hero. "They're playing a bunch of songs and I would love for all of you to dance!"

"I don't dance." You looked at Gang Orca raising an eyebrow.

"But you all are heroes! Amazing ones and you finally have a chance to be normal! You're not Gang Orca the number 9 hero! You're just someone hanging out with his friends and having a good time. So come on!" You grabbed Gang Orca and Selkie using your strength to take them out of their seat and your tail to move the rest of them. "Just one night let loose! It's going to be fine no one is going to judge you. They'll be happy that you're having fun." With a little more convincing you got them all on the dance floor. Selkie, Snipe, and Ecto were having a blast it was the other three that were stiff as aboard. "Y'all should be ashamed I know you guys got better footwork than that." With a little more reassurance they were dancing and laughing and having fun with everyone else. It was nice to see them having fun and you decided to finally go see Hawks and Rumi.

"There you are my little sunshine." Your whole body froze and you turned quickly to see Hironori with a grin on his face. Why doesn't he just go away?

"Why are you here?" He stepped closer and you took two steps away.

"Of course to have this dance." You frowned at him walking a step more but instead of the air, you were pressed up on someone's chest.

"I don't think she wants to dance with you." You looked up at Rumi who had a firm hold on your waist and was glaring daggers at Hironori.

"She looks better over here." Hawks had a nonchalant smile on his face but his eyes said something different. Hori knew when he was outnumbered so he raised his hands in defense.

"I'll catch you later Lizzy. That's a promise." You flinched at the old nickname and refused to look until you felt Rumi relax.

"Why did he call you Lizzy?" You looked up at Rumi shaking your head not wanting to explain it right now.

"I promise to explain everything to you two later...Can we just dance?" They both stared at you before guiding you to a section of the dance floor that had space.
