i waited by the sidelines, staying out of sight as i waited for the theater room to clear out. i hadn't kissed her, held her in my arms, or even so much as seen her in person for almost three weeks.

she was talking with jisoo as i approached them.

her co-star eyed me with a guarded expression. but i raised my arms up in defense. "i'm not here to fight you. i'm here for sofi." they both eyed me with curiosity as i continued. "i also wanted to apologize...for last time."

jisoo nodded his head. "don't worry about it. we're cool."

now i looked to sofia. "can we talk?"

the big "we need to talk" moment, well the second one in this story. this is a random question, but have you guys seen the movie "inside out"? i saw it for the first time last week.

i cried like a baby. that scene where her imaginary friend sacrifices himself.
