As per usual, Taehyung woke up to the sound of his whiny alarm; It was about 6:30am and he needed to arrive at the academy by 7:25am. Taehyung was mentally groaning at the thought of practicing again but he suddenly remembered that they were about to release the information about The Swan Lake performance. With that in mind, he quickly jumped out of bed wanting to get there on time in case he'd miss any important news. 40 minutes flew by so quick that the boy didn't even realise he was barely on time.

He hastily ran out of the house with his needed belongings and repeatedly pressed on the open button for his car. Taehyung speedily shoved his key card in and started his car as if he wasn't about to be late. "Come on.." he whined. Finally, the car had started and he started making his way to the academy (no, he did not speed). It wasn't before long that he finally reached the academy with just a few minutes to spare. The boy thrashed around in the car in an attempt of getting out but he realised that he had still left his belt in. "Oh, silly me!" He exclaimed.

Once he figured out the main cause of what was keeping him in, Taehyung unbuckled his belt and slid out of the car. He silently made his way through the front doors of the massive academy. Of course, people stared at him whilst walking down the hallway but he didn't mind that. It was unusual for men to do ballet in South Korea but it's his passion. He knew most people within the academy were there to try and become something but Taehyung? Taehyung was there because ballet is his life; ballet is the backbone of his life and it gives him a reason to live. Other than that, he genuinely enjoyed dancing.

A few minutes passed by before he reached the auditorium where around 500 other interns were waiting. Yes, 500. It was more of a national academy so people from all over South Korea were also in it. Not to mention, there were only around 20-30 boys in the academy compared to the rest of the population(in the academy). Suddenly, everyone started to quiet down . 'Here it comes!' He internally squealed.

"Okat, listen up!" One of the head directors of the academy shouted, "This year we will be doing The Swan Lake like usual but with a little twist." Whispering could be heard all throughout the auditorium. 'Huh? I wonder what this twist will be..' he wondered. "Me and my fellow directors have decided that it is about time the main swan of the show shall be portrayed by a male!" Now that, that caused a lot more whispering than it should have.

'Oh my-' Taehyung thought but before he could finish his sentence, something shocking was announced.

"Because it's a male that will be portraying the swan, who better to dance the part than Kim Taehyung!" The director exclaimed in excitement. 'HUUUUUUUUUUH?£)!' Yup, Taehyung was malfunctioning right then and there. He had never gotten a main part, he rarely even got any parts of performances so he was shocked to hear his name being said. He contemplated whether he should ask why he was chosen but the curious side of him just couldn't take it any longer.

"Uhm, sir.. could you please explain why I was chosen for the main part?" Taehyung quietly asked as he raised his hand for the director to see. This obviously caused everyone to turn silent and eventually stared at him as if the boy was crazy.

"Ah yes, let me explain!" The director kindly stated, "The reason we picked you for the part is because you're perfect for the role. You have just the right physique for it as you're not too bulky yet not too thin. Your style of ballet is also perfectly in place with the style of this performance so we wanted to give you the opportunity of a life time. Although you may be a rookie, we deeply believe you have some qualities that could make you reach heights no one has reached before!" With that being said, Taehyung almost teared up but decided not to as he didn't want to be made a laughing stock.

"Thank you sir, I'm so grateful for this opportunity.." he decided to go with as it seemed to be the most human like thing to say after receiving such a key role.

"Of course! Now that we have the main role down, I'll explain everyone else's roles and then we can begin practice." The director shouted across the auditorium as quiet cheers and whispers erupted within the large area.

'This is going to be one hell of a day..'
