Chapter Two
Jimin's POV
I ran my hand through my hair and sat up in bed, my back in pain and my butt sore. My clock said that it was two in the morning, and I felt like crap. I looked over and saw August, my boyfriend, lying peacefully in the bed.
I sighed and reached for my phone beside him, making him move and groan. "What are you doing?" He asked as he stretched.
I opened my phone and merely glanced at August. "I'm texting Jin to tell him that I'm not going to work tomorrow." I squinted as the bright light from the phone blinded me.
"Why didn't you just tell that bitch friend of yours to tell him?" He asked, placing his hand on my inner thigh and kissing my neck.
I slightly moved away from him and furrowed my eyebrows. "TaeTae isn't a b.i.t.c.h, Augie." I spelt out and frowned as I sent the text to Jin.
He stopped kissing me and lied back down on my bed with a sigh. "Whatever." He said. His blue eyes went up to the ceiling and he fell suddenly quiet.
I tilted my head to look at him and stuck out my bottom lip. "I'm sorry," I straddled him and pouted. "It just makes me sad that you and Tae don't get along." I said as I looked at him.
He smirked up at me and grabbed my thighs to force me to lay on his body. I wrapped my arms around his waist and buried my face into his chest. "It's okay, baby boy." He sighed.
I smiled and finally fell back asleep.
——
After I finally felt well enough to go back to work- and refused to let August make love to me again- I went back to working.
Today was different than any normal day.
TaeTae and everyone had informed me that we had a new worker at the restaurant. I hadn't realized that the person was already working until I walked behind the counter to get another plate to deliver to a table.
Jin came up to me and led me further into the back for me to "teach" the new guy his duties.
I didn't know whether or not if the new person would like me, but I put on my best smile anyways and walked into the room.
When Jin opened the door for me, I walked in and he followed me. I finally came face to face with a guy that was close to my height.
His hair was black and kind of long and messy. His messy hair was fit with the outfit he was wearing. It was a white shirt and black skinny jeans, making his legs noticeable. They were pretty skinny looking, but they also looked so nice too just stare at.
Oh crap, I'm staring..
I shook my head and looked back up to the guy's face to see that he was slightly smirking. I felt my face slowly turn red as he stuck out his hand and smiled at me. "I'm Yoongi." He said.
I looked at his hand and almost tripped over myself as I stepped forward to shake his hand. "I- I'm Jimin.." I stuttered stupidly.
He smiled at me as our hands lingered from the handshake. Jin looked at us weirdly, so I took my hand away quickly, knowing that August would probably be mad at me if he had seen the weird tension in the room.
It's not that I meant to act that way, but I was still embarrassed from staring at Yoongi that I got caught up in my own embarrassment.
Yoongi merely shrugged and wrapped his arm around Jin. "I think I'm ready to start learning." He smiled up at Jin.
Jin rolled his eyes and stepped out of the room. "Jimin, I'm trusting you- In more ways than one." he said with a pointed look.
I shook my head harshly and grabbed an apron to give to Yoongi. Jin smiled at both of us as he left. Yoongi looked at me with his hair covering his eyes and sighed.
"Okay, let's do this.." He said.
——
After about four hours of trying to teach Yoongi that he should be nice to customers, he finally gave in and accepted that it was a part of his job. I smiled to myself and felt finally accomplished. "Why did you make it so much harder than it had to be?" I asked him.
He shrugged and put his apron on a chair. "I guess it's just difficult for me to be nice to people." He said as he sat down.
I poked my lips out and focused on his dark eyes. "Why is it hard?" I asked him. He shook his head with a chuckle as he looked up at me. "I don't know them, they don't know me." He said as he stuck a pen in his mouth.
I tilted my head as I sat down next to him. "So you're telling me that you'd rather walk into a restaurant to be treated badly? That's called bad manners, Mr. Yoongi." I stated.
He looked at me and furrowed his eyebrows. "Don't call me Mr. I'm not old." He slightly pouted. "I'd rather be called Min Yoongi, or perhaps you can call me dadd-"
"O-Okay, okay!" I squeaked out, stopping him from finishing his sentence. "F-Fine, Min Yoongi. Do you want to be treated unkindly?"
He shook his head and laughed. "No, pretty boy." He said to me with a smirk. "And I already know where this conversation is going. I'm not going to say that you're wrong, but I'm not going to accept that you think that I am."
I felt my cheeks heat up at the name 'pretty boy' and I hid my face with my sleeve.
As soon as I was about to say something, the door opened. Taehyung was revealed in the door and he smiled at me and Yoongi.
"I see you two have met," he grinned.
I nodded my head as he came to sit next to Yoongi with his bright smile. "Are you two getting along? I'd really like it if you two became friends. Then we can all go out an-"
"Woah, kid, calm down." Yoongi laughed lightly. "I barely know Jimin." He said.
I felt my shoulders drop as I looked at his dark eyes. Tae rolled his eyes and nudged Yoongi. "Duh, that's why I'm trying to help you make friends, Yooni." He laughed.
Yoongi squinted his eyes and grimaced at Tae. "That's such a high school nick name." He said.
My eyes got wide once I realized what he had said. "Wait- this is the person who likes piano, right?" I asked Tae. He nodded and smiled.
"He's also the person who took his bestest friend in the whole world to prom because his date ditched him last minute." Tae smiled.
He wrapped his arms around Yoongi and hugged him tightly as Yoongi groaned.
"Ah, get off of me," Yoongi tried not to smile as Tae just hugged him tighter. "I only took you because you were lonely and I felt bad."
TaeTae smirked at me and winked. "Don't lie to yourself, you took me because you were secretly in love with me." He joked.
Yoongi scoffed and chuckled.
"I'm your dreams, little one." He said.
I started bursting out in laughter as Tae pouted and crossed his arms. He merely walked away and put his apron up for the end of the day. I looked at the clock and realized the time. It was the end of our shift.
I looked at Yoongi and smiled at him.
"I guess I'd say you learned a lot today." I said as he gathered his belongings.
He smiled back and opened the door.
"See you tomorrow." He said as he left. I smiled to myself and couldn't help but think about how nice he was to me. Maybe it'll be good to meet another new friend.
I mean..
He's nice. That's good, right?
~

This is how I view both boys:
Yoongi:
Jimin:
I'd show you August, but he's irrelevant.
