You live inside of a video game.
Simple, right?

Video game characters have actually lives outside of their storyline. Many of them have children, which is where you come in. You are the child of a video game character. You know how sometimes in sequels a character will have been married and now has a child? You think developers came up with that? Pssh. We shape the games. The developers simply release our stories to the world.

There's a place where all of our worlds meet, and everyone can interact regardless of what game you're from. You can go into a game that isn't your own, but if you die, there's no respawning (yes i stole that from wreck-it-ralph shut up).

Some games think they're superior because they have more players. They want to dominate our digital world. And they don't care whatsoever about the repercussions. They are our only threat.
