Max turned away from the door with a worried expression. Selena was the first to notice. "Is something wrong?"

"Um... Well... I think we may have a little problem..." Max murmured.

"What do you mean?" Selena asked.

"I mean we're stuck in here. The door is locked. We're locked in..." Max answered.

"WHAT!!!" They gasped.

Selena face palmed. "I told you we shouldn't have gone in here..."

"Hey don't worry we can just call for help." February replied.

Max stopped her. "Are you crazy?! If they find out we sneaked into places we weren't supposed to be in, we'll get in a lot of trouble."

"Says you..." Selena mumbled.

"Then what do we do? Find another way out?" Jake asked.

"Yes!" Max answered.

"Well let's get to looking around. Hopefully there's another way." Selena said as she led the way with her phone in front of her with the flashlight.

"Infinity, Atleast have some faith that we can get out." February replied.

"Yeah yeah... I guess you are right, Febby."

Suddenly, Selena caught sight of a black Arcade cabinet in the room. "What is that? How come it's hidden away in here instead of being out there with the other games?"

"I don't know..." Gabe answered.

The others only shrugged.

Selena raised her phone flashlight up to the top of the mysterious machine to read the words... Polybius

"Polybius?" Selena questioned. "I've heard of this game but I thought it was only an Urban Legend..."

"An Urban Legend? Polybius? I heard that this game is dangerous." February replied.

"Maybe that'll explain why it's hidden away in here but why is it in here in the first place?" Selena questioned.

"Perhaps they managed to find one of the rarest machines in the world and hid it away so no kids will get their hands all over it." February replied to them.

"Well good thing we're teens." Max said.

"That includes us..." February told him.

"Well I want to play it..." Max replied.

"No!! We are not playing that game!!" Selena Warned him.

Max didn't seem to listen as if he was being mind-controlled to walk towards the machine.

"Oh.. Come on... I just want to try..." Max replied. "Can I have the token?"

"What? No!! We are not touching it, you got us into this mess of being stuck in this room and you're not getting us into anymore trouble."

However, Max didn't listen and tries fighting Selena for the coin.

"What are you doing? You're not taking the coin!"

"You're not my mom... You can't tell me what to do!" Max argued, slapping her wrist, forcing her to drop the coin to the floor. He picked it up and rushed to the Polybius machine.

"Stop Max! Don't put that coin in!" But it was too late. He already dropped the coin in.

The screen read... Press START/Fire

He pressed the white button in the right side of the machine and the screen began brightening up with many shapes and flashing lights.

Max continued playing the game until the buttons suddenly wouldn't react with the game.

"Wait what? It's not working anymore?" He questioned.

Suddenly the screen went black.

"What did you do!!!" Selena shouted. "You broke the machine!"

"I didn't mean to I swear!" Max justified.

At that moment, the game came back with just a colorful shape moving rapidly in the screen as if it could hypnotize someone.

The room began to shake. "What is going on?!" Selena shouted completely confused. "I told you not to play that game Max!"

"I'm sorry?"

Selena turned to see the arcade machine was shaking as well and making soft beeping sounds. "I'm surprised no one came to check what is going on yet..." she thought.

As she thought of that, a strong vortex seemed to come from Polybius pulling them into a portal from the screen one by one. Each of them attempting to hold on for dear life in the process but soon succumbed to it. Then the room went completely silent until the young male worker wearing the Luigi cosplay walked in with a flashlight. "He-Hello?!" He called out. He didn't see anything in the room anymore. He just shrugged and closed the door behind him.
