Chapter 71 -Honeymoon
Jang Mi wore a black mouth mask and big framed glasses. It hid most of her face. Choi Seung-Hyun wore something similar to Jang Mi to hide his identity as well. Who were they fooling? It was obvious that their identity had been comprised since the paparazzi and fans crowded around them with signs and photos of them. They were currently making their way out of the airport, hand in hand. They didn't think it would've been crowded while they were on their honeymoon. Choi Seung-Hyun didn't even know how fans knew of them coming when Jang Mi didn't even know where they were headed until they checked into the airport.
"Who knew you had this much fans in Hawaii?" Jang Mi asked.
(Hawaii, so~ cliche right?)
Choi Seung-Hyun scoffed. "I see a lot of pictures of you and posters with your name on it. Most of them are yours as well."
Jang Mi chuckled. They walked up to a limousine that had a man waiting outside with Choi Seung-Hyun and Bae Jang Mi's name going across the small white sign he held up. The driver immediately opened the back door for the two to get in, as they quickly rushed to the limo. Jang Mi felt bad for the driver who was instantly pushed up against the limo the moment the door closed. He tried to make his way to the front by pushing aside a bunch of screaming fans. Jang Mi looked at Choi Seung-Hyun who had been looking at her since they got into the limo. They sat silently, looking at each other before bursting with laughter. They were so rushed and didn't know how to react to such an unexpected crowd that they had to laugh together. It got to the point where Jang Mi was leaning on Choi Seung-Hyun with her head tilted back, giggling uncontrollably.
"Oh my gosh. What a rush." Jang Mi said after regaining her self control.
"Let's just get this honeymoon going. I've been wanting to see the beaches." Choi Seung-Hyun stated leaning back into the leather chair.
It took awhile to get to where they were going to be spending their time during their honeymoon. Jang Mi was starting to question exactly how big the island actually was but the ocean was what kept reminding her how small the island actually is. She couldn't believe how blue the ocean was and neither could Choi Seung-Hyun. Besides the nice view they passed, watching Jang Mi's eyes light up at seeing all the beautiful sites. It was much more entertaining to Choi Seung-Hyun than it was seeing the view.
"We're here." The driver says.
Choi Seung-Hyun got out of the limo
and helped Jang Mi out. They stood in front of an amazingly huge house. Jang Mi had to withhold the gasp she wanted to let out. It was huge. The structure was made up of mostly cement while wood framed it. The windows were huge and Jang Mi could see the inside and how amazingly furnished everything was. She could smell the ocean from where she stood. Heck, she could hear it. The beach house was obviously a two story house. The house was surrounded by all types of plants. She could easily see a few palm trees towering over the house from the back. Jang Mi wasn't even sure if she could call it a house. It was more like a mansion.
"Woah! It's so big!" Jang Mi said with a shocked expression.
"A friend of mines gave us this as a wedding present. And President Yang gave us a whole week instead of just five days." Choi Seung-Hyun says putting a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Just to us."
Jang Mi smiled up at him happily. She leaned up and gave him a quick peck on his lips. She pulled away and left a hand over his cheek, feeling his strong jaw flex under her fingertips. She couldn't find anything sexier than what he just did. She was mesmerized by the feeling of it. It caused her to pull her bottom lip between her teeth while staring at his jaw. The driver cleared his throat. Jang Mi jumped slightly out of shocked before she bowed an apology to the driver who awkwardly stood there, not really knowing how to respond to Asian customs and their bows. Jang Mi had made it a habit to bow in apologies towards strangers, even foreigners, but she didn't care.
"Thank you for everything." Jang Mi says in English which shocked the driver at how well she spoke it. "We'll just grab our bags and then he'll pay you."
"Cheap." Choi Seung-Hyun says in Korean before going to retrieve the bags.
"There is a small supermarket down the road if you guys need to buy anything." The driver says needing more proof of her well spoken English.
"Oh wow that's great. We don't have to have a car then. Thank you. We'll definitely check it out." Jang Mi says.
After retrieving their luggage, they entered the beach house/mansion. Jang Mi didn't hold the gasp of amazement at the inside. The living area was huge and well furnished from the looks of it. From where they stood, they could easily see the huge screen television hanging up on the wall like a picture frame. The kitchen was huge and open as well. The marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances that filled the kitchen amazed Jang Mi. All she could think about was eating in that kitchen.
"I can't even imagine what the rooms look like." Jang Mi says.
"We can find out." Choi Seung-Hyun says picking up Jang Mi bridal style.
She yelped out of shock and lightly whacked his shoulder. "If you drop me, I'm going to kill you." Jang Mi threatened.
Jang Mi let out a small giggle as Choi Seung-Hyun ran with her into the closest room to them and threw her onto the comfy bed. Jang Mi couldn't look at the amazing room like she wanted to since Choi Seung-Hyun was on top of her in an instant. He placed all his weight on one hand as he let the other pet her face. He just stared at her.
"I can't believe you're all mines." He whispered for only Jang Mi to hear.
"Show me." She says softly as she reached for a button on his shirt.
A Few Hours Later
Jang Mi sighed as she placed her body next to Choi Seung-Hyun's warm one. She pulled the covers tighter around her as she leaned deeper into Choi Seung-Hyun's bare chest. He wrapped an arm around her shoulders as they just sat silently listening to each other's light heavy breathing. She could feel the small pattern that he was drawing with his finger tip on her shoulder.
"You never did tell me what happened the night of our party." Choi Seung-Hyun spoke.
Jang Mi giggled. "The bachelor and bachelorette party?" Jang Mi asks. "Oh god. It's so embarrassing."
Choi Seung-Hyun chuckled and she could feel it rumbling through her own body. "I want to know too."
Jang Mi looked at him. "Alright, you're going to be extremely embarrassed though." He just shrugged and moved his hand so it wrapped around her waist, bringing her closer to his body. "So we all ended up going to the same club for our party."
"What?" He asked with a raised eyebrow sort of angry at the thought of her being in a club. "You were in the club."
"Just let me finish the story." Jang Mi says rolling her eyes. "Apparently, both Young Bae oppa and Hyorin unni think alike since they both booked a private room and a back door entrance to get inside unnoticed. So us girls were dancing and having a good time. Did you hear about the chaebol that rung the bell?" Jang Mi asked and felt him nod. "Well, his father owned the bar that we were at. It was a high end bar. He rang the bell knowing everyone would drink more now that someone else was paying for the drinks. He spiked the drinks. Every single one."
"We were drugged?" He asked.
"Yeah but only Ji Soo was sober since he was drinking out of cans of soda, since he's underage. None of us knew of the other party being at the bar until Young Bae spotted Hyorin dancing with some guy. That's when all the girls noticed all the guys and vice versa. When I saw you, a girl was flirting with you. That's what Ji Soo says anyways."
"Don't tell me you..."
"Yeah. I punched her in the face." Jang Mi says shaking her head. "I was high, and I wouldn't have done it if I was sober."
"What happened after that?" He asked.
Jang Mi sighed. "She called the police and when they came, we were long gone. Ji Soo, being the only sober one, was shoving all of us into the back of the limo. He said that I was acting sober, so I was helping everyone out and into Seungri oppa's house. He said you were crying the whole time about me being at the club without telling you."
"Stop lying." Choi Seung-Hyun says. "I wasn't crying."
"I'm serious. I'm sure we were both crying. But he said we were arguing the whole way from the bar to the house."
Choi Seung-Hyun sighed. "So what happened to Seungri's house?" He asked.
Jang Mi scrunched up her nose. "Well, I sent Ji Soo out to grab clothes for us girls. He came back an hour later with random people filling up Seungri oppa's house. Everyone brought more drinks and food, it just caused the whole house to be trashed." Jang Mi chuckled
Choi Seung-Hyun laughed at remembering the scene the morning after. "The way Seungri dressed. It was probably worth being drugged."
Jang Mi sighed. "I don't think anything is worth being drugged."
"Come on, he wore Bom noona's dress." He said in an obvious tone.
Both Choi Seung-Hyun and Jang Mi started laughing at remembering Seungri's appearance after waking up from not remembering anything from the night before. All while Choi Seung-Hyun subconsciously playing with her fingers with his free hands. She was right though, he was embarrassed by the story. However, it was a funny story and one that they would continue to laugh at down the line of their life together.
...
Jang Mi looked at Choi Seung-Hyun with a big smile. She could feel the hot sun on her skin and her feet sinking deeper within the sand. Choi Seung-Hyun had worn basically a wet suit to swim in while Jang Mi wore a seductive black one piece. Her hair was tied up in a ponytail and swayed with the wind. She had her ankles in the water while she waited for Choi Seung-Hyun to make his way over to her.
Their own private beach and Jang Mi still couldn't get him to be at least shirtless. She couldn't put too much thought into it since she knew it was the way he is. She didn't mind to be honest, she's seen everything that needed to be seen. So him covering up in public didn't bother her at all.
"Yah~ come and catch me." Jang Mi says running deeper into the ocean, feeling the cold water surround her.
"Yah~" Choi Seung-Hyun said panicking.
Jang Mi was going too deep for Choi Seung-Hyun's comfort. When her body disappeared under the water and didn't make it out after a few long seconds, Choi Seung-Hyun panicked and dived into the water. Swimming deeper, he couldn't see her. His heart was thumping as he kept his eyes open under water searching for her. It wasn't until he saw her legs kicking and her upper body out of the water did he finally feel relieved. When Choi Seung-Hyun resurfaced, Jang Mi's loud laugh echoed off the water.
"You should've seen your face." Jang Mi chuckled.
"You better swim away fast." Choi Seung-Hyun threatened.
Before Jang Mi could do anything, she was pushed under water. Choi Seung-Hyun chuckled when she came up, glaring at him. She refused to say anything to him after that. She was definitely giving him the silent treatment. So he slowly snuck his way to her like a predator would do to his prey. When he reached her, he Wrapped an arm around her hip, digging his fingers into the side of her stomach, making her laugh uncontrollably. She smacked his shoulder as he pulled her close. Having her legs wrap around his hip instantly. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he supported both of their weight in the water.
"Do you know how lucky I am?" Choi Seung-Hyun says. "I've never imagined having someone like you in my life."
Jang Mi sighed shaking her head. "You're not the lucky one, I am. Without you, I don't think I could've overcame my past."
"You have the ability to do so. You're much more stronger than you think." Choi Seung-Hyun said running a thumb over her lips. "God, you're so beautiful." He said lowly before taking her lips with his.
Jang Mi could easily taste the salt from the water but it mixed well with Choi Seung-Hyun. She didn't mind him tasting a little like salt so long as she got to taste him. Jang Mi pulled on a few strands of hair at the back of his head as their lips moved together in sync. Choi Seung-Hyun's arm that wrapped around Jang Mi's lower back tightened. Pulling her closer to him. They, no longer in the water, Choi Seung-Hyun had his hands under her butt, supporting her weight completely. They finally broke apart to look each other in the eyes.
"If you can't carry me anymore, will you promise to still kiss me like this?" Jang Mi asks.
"I don't think I can carry you now." Choi Seung-Hyun chuckled as he placed Jang Mi down on the mat under an umbrella.
"You're so mean." Jang Mi says punching his arm lightly.
"You're really heavy, despite how you look." He says laying beside her.
Jang Mi scoffed. "I'm not heavy. You're just weak."
Choi Seung-Hyun gripped his chest. "Ouch, my love. That one actually stung." Jang Mi rolled her eyes but smiled. "But," he said leaning in, "I will always kiss you like that."
Jang Mi chuckled as he took her lips for what felt like the hundredth time. That's how they spent most of their honeymoon. It was either site seeing or a day filled with them embracing each other. They liked spending their time like this. Quiet and away from the public. It was the reason they liked the idea of a beach house instead of a fancy hotel. This honeymoon is definitely going to be remembered by both Jang Mi and Choi Seung-Hyun.
....
Is it alright to have only Bae Jang Mi and Choi Seung-Hyun married throughout the series? I only plan on those two being married out of the Big Bang members. Maybe even Taeyang can get married lol.
