Kwon Ji Yong stood in the empty studio while Jang Mi was busy explaining to him her situation. He wasn't too sure if he could help her. He was busy with their own album and their comeback promotions. It would be hard. However, being the person he is, he couldn't help it. He had an available spot on his schedule. It was in two weeks. She had to be vocally ready when the time came.

"Oppa, please." She beeged. "I've been dreaming about being a singer my whole life. I know you can help me."

Ji Yong sighed. "Jang Mi-ah, it's not that. I don't know if I can fit you anywhere." Jang Mi stood up and sighed. "But in two weeks, I have an opening to help you. You have to bring your A game." Ji Yong said causing her to turn.

"Really?" She jumped in her spot. "Oppa, you're going to help me?" She asked finally calming down.

"Not before we take a quick listen." He pointed to the booth. "Then I can see if you're actually worth it or not." He teased.

Jang Mi gave him a thumbs up with a bright smile. She walked into the soundproof room. The mic stood in front of a music stand and a stool. She placed the big headphones on her head and looked at the window where Ji Yong stood waiting for her. Jang Mi could feel her heart beating in her chest.

"Jang Mi-ah." Ji Yong called into her headset. "What song?" He asked.

Jang Mi thought for a second. "It's an OST" She said. (Original Sound Track)

"Anything is fine. Oppa will play it for you." Ji Yong went to a computer.

"Alright." Jang Mi sighed. "I know it's really new but I love you, I'm sorry by Ali. Please."

Ji Yong nodded skeptically and played a instrumental version of the song. He sat at the chair and observed her patiently. Jang Mi inhaled and when the first verse was approaching she sang. Ji Yong had to sit straighter in his chair as he heard Jang Mi's voice. Ji Yong sat there speechless with a smile on his face. He could instantly tell her voice has been vocally trained. Her voice was slightly raspy which surprised him since her speaking voice was more smoother. She had a wide vocal range as she did so. She belted notes to a Ali song absolutely flawlessly and it shocked Ji Yong that such an artist was under his nose.

Ji Yong was silent as the song came to a close. "Ji Yong, oppa." She said softly. "If that was bad...I can...I can sing another song. Maybe even an English song?" Jang Mi continued.

"Jang Mi-ah." Ji Yong called. "Please come outside." Jang Mi stepped out expecting him to scold her but he had a smile. "How long have you been training?" He asked.

Jang Mi shrugged. "I've been through intense training since I was able to speak."

"Since you were able to speak?"

Jang Mi nodded. "Yeah. I went through, singing, dancing, and performing live. I had to learn how to breath while singing and dancing. I learned how to play multiple instruments too."

Ji Yong nodded. "Where did you receive your training from?" He asked.

"My mom wanted me to go through them since at a young age."

"Is your voice usually raspy." He asked.

Jang Mi sighed and explained to him. "No its not usually raspy but I haven't sang in so long that I think it's kind of needs to be smoothed out."

Ji Yong nodded. "Okay Jang Mi-ah. You got yourself a deal."

Jang Mi excitedly clapped her hands and hugged Ji Yong. He patted her back more amused by the fact she was so happy. Jang Mi pulled back from the hug and smiled.

"Oppa, you need to keep it a secret. Don't tell anyone." Jang Mi leaned closer to him and whispered. "Especially Choi Seung-Hyun."

Ji Yong nodded. "I'll let President YG-nim know about your singing skills okay." Ji Yong stood up. "One more question." He started. "What happened to your face?" He asked.

"My brother kneed me." She shrugged but chuckled. "We were both sparing and I got caught."

Ji Yong raised a brow. "Alright. I think you should see a doctor about it." He inputted.

"Thanks, oppa. I'll be fine." Jang Mi smiled.

Ji Yong exited and went back to the recording studio with the other members. Jang Mi left the building with a bounce in her step. Her brother sat on the wall when she came out. When he finally saw her, he stood up and instantly rushed to her side. Jang Mi kept a blank face so, Ji Hoon wasn't sure if she had gotten what she went in there for or she was turned down for it. It instantly made him worry.

"Jang Mi-ah, what happened? Did you get it?" Ji Hoon asked shaking her shoulders. "Hurry up and tell me."

Jang Mi sighed. "Oppa." She looked at him seriously which worried him. "It's not official but I get to sing again!" She shouted with joy.

Ji Hoon cheered happily for his sister. It caused him to pick her up and spin her around like a light doll. They both cheered happily. "Let's go. Oppa will get you anything you want to eat." Ji Hoon said happily.

Jang Mi, with wide eyes cheered. "Really? Let's go oppa. I'm starving."

Jang Mi and Ji Hoon made their way down the street happily. They both looked stupid since Jang Mi's face was covered in patches of bruises and Ji Hoon had a small bandage around his nose. They both looked strange, but the Bae siblings were unstoppable. Jang Mi who could eat everything and her brother who was willing to pay for her happiness. People stared at the two who walked happily to food trucks, while eating ttoboki. They were happy. Ji Hoon hasn't seen his sister this happy for so long. He was glad to see her smiling again.
