Lina was soon released from the hospital. Even then, she was surprised to find a few paparazi gathered outside to take her photo when she left. Daesung had helped her fix her hair and she had on large glasses and a mouth mask. Most of her injuries were hidden by a beanie as Daesung escorted her out.

Now they sat in Daesung's personal house with Lina's overnight bag. He had taken time off from work to tend to her which her parents were grateful for since they couldn't do it as common working people. Missing one day of work would hinder their daily earnings so they were thankful to Daesung that they didn't need to sacrafice such a thing.

"It's cold out so we'll have to stay in for a bit. We can take a short stroll after we eat, alright?" Daesung asked and recieved a nod from Lina. "I want you to shower and freshen up while I cook us some food. Or did you want to order anything?"

"Anything is fine. I'll take that shower offer though. Being in the hospital for more than a day, makes me feel icky." Lina sighed.

Daesung smiled and nodded relating to the statement. He watched Lina walk towards his room and disappear behind it. He started his cooking for their dinner. He was making her soup to help give her strength and a speedy recovery. Along with a lot of side dishes and rice, he knew that it would help her with getting her back to health in no time. She had to become strong again. He hated seeing her sick in the hospital. It was like an aching feeling. Like his guts inside him were twisting every time he saw her taking medicine or looked at the bruise on her arm from the IV needles. Seeing someone he loved hurt, really hurt him more than it hurt her. He was sure of it.

Lina didn't take long in the shower. She came out of Daesung's room wearing sweats and a tank top. She gave Daesung a small smile while she tied her hair up into a messy bun, not having a single care in the world for the loose strands that fell around her head. Daesung found that part of her beautiful. Her beauty came in a way that was made so simply. Little gestures she did, the small dip in her cheek when she smiled. She was plain and simple and it was so easy for Daesung to fall in love with her. So easy. What he was more shocked about was that she had fallen for him too. In such a short period of time, he never thought she would like someone like him. Not only was she far too pretty, she is also nice.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Lina asks, breaking his concentration.

Daesung got flustered but looked away with a small smile on his face. "It's just, you're really pretty."

Lina looked at him in shock. She couldn't say anything since she was too shocked from his comment. It wasn't really the comment it was more of the way he stared at her. Like he was caught up on something that repeated itself over and over in his head. With his wide blank looking eyes looking at her, she didn't want to read too much into his expression. The expression he had when he looked at her was enough to give her chills but then he sprouts such words that instantly melted her heart. Daesung was definitely Lina's heart. She could feel it.

"You sit down and don't move a muscle. Okay?" Daesung lead Lina to the dinning table where he pulled out a chair for her and gently pushed down on her shoulders to sit her down. "Just wait for me to serve the table."

Lina watched as Daesung went back and forth bringing in side dishes upon side dishes. Their bowls of rice and their own bowls to eat from. Then he set the main course in front of her. Her eyes went big seeing that it was some type of soup with chicken and vegetables. She looked at Daesung and gave him a thumbs up before she began praying. He couldn't help but take a peak at her while she was praying, thanking the lord for her quick recovery.

Just watching her made him wonder how he had easily fallen in love with her and when did it happen. Did it happen when he bumped into her again at YG Entertainment or would that have been too fast? Had it been from that moment she had knocked him over. He remembered that day, where she was on top of him. It was a quick second but it felt like a long moment in Daesung's memories. Her mouth slightly open in shock and her hair hanging around both of them, sheilding that moment for just the two of them. It had to be in that moment, where he felt an instant pull towards her.

"Amen." She finishes with a bright smile. "The food smells amazing."

"Really? I hope it tastes as good as it smells." Daesung said, half expecting it to suck. "Here." He scooped a spoon full of soup and placed it in front of her mouth.

Lina opened her mouth and closed it around the spoon. Her eyes lit up as her tastes buds began dancing. "Mmm." She mumbled.

"Is it good?"

"Mhmm!" She nodded and did the same for Daesung.

The two began chatting and eating. Daesung made sure he over fed her so she could gain a little bit more weight.  He listened to her stories about her childhood and how it was like growing up with six brothers. He also got to hear stories about her relationship with Su-Bin.

"She really did that to him with noodles?" Daesung asked shocked.

"Yup. The owner of the shop kicked us both out and threatened to press charges against her for sexual harassment." Lina chuckled.

"Wow, I fear the man she'll end up with." Daesung says taking a piece of kimchi and putting it in Lina's rice bowl.

"Who ever it is, has to be as freaky as she is." Lina says shaking her head.

After their dinner, Daesung and Lina got ready to go for a walk around the neighborhood. The air was still cold but snow barely touched the ground now. They both walked hand in hand with Lina wearing a mask over her mouth and large dark shades while Daesung wore a simple hat for a disguise. Lina wore a large black sweater that obviously belonged to Daesung due to it's size. Daesung wore a dark green coat over his clothes.

"The air is so nice." Lina says taking a big inhale.

"Yeah, I'm glad we got to spend time alone to do this." He smiles. "You had to get hurt for us to be like this but I'm glad we're together."

Lina gave him a cheeky smile. "Are you sure that you're allowed to cancel on all your schedule like you did? I'm sure they're important."

"You are way more important than that." He replied nonchalantly. Lina stopped, pulling Daesung to a stop at their already intertwined hands. "What?" He asked.

Lina looked at him and then pulled her mask down to her chin and her glasses onto the top of her head. He had his head slightly tilted in confusion at Lina's small gestures. She let go of their intertwined hands and stared at him blankly. Before he could ask what was wrong, Lina closed the distance, placing her lips over his and wrapping her arms around the back of his neck. Daesung was shocked but kissed her back, letting her take control of the kiss for once. Unlike the air around them, Lina's lips against his own felt very warm. He slid his hand to her waist, squeezing her body against him, letting one slip up her back and onto the back of her neck. The passion was so much, Daesung felt like his heart was going to burst from beating so fast.

In that moment, nobody mattered. Nobody around them mattered and none of Lina's caution mattered. She felt herself going all into the kiss as if it was going to be her last. She knew that wasn't going to happen though. She would try to kiss him every time she sees him. She made herself promise that.

Lina pulled away from Daesung who kept his forehead on hers while looking deeply into her eyes. He had a cheeky smile high on his lips and it caused his eyes to squint into cute eye smiles. "Why did you suddenly kiss me?"

Lina smiled and placed a hand over his cheek. "Because I wanted to."

"Can you promise me something?" Daesung asked with his eyes now closed but they continued to stay in the same position.

"What?" Lina asked. "Tell me."

"Please don't ever leave me." He says, eyes now open and a little space between the two so he could see her better. "Promise me that you'll stay by my side as Daesung's girlfriend."

Lina sighed but smiled. "I thought it was something serious." She says shaking her head. "Of course. I'll stay by you as your girlfriend."

"Don't ever leave my side." He added.

"I promise."

"Seal." Daesung says giving her a peck on the lips. "Sealed."
