"Ah, yes. Sorry for that", Hyunjin had to answer this one instead of Jisung. He saw how the younger was trembling, he could see terror in the boy's eyes. He didn't asked. He just took the car key from Jisung and moved the car for him.

"Thank you", the lady said before she went into the car. Jisung was baffled, Hyunjin was sighing at him. "Get in the car. I will drive us home"

Jisung was still obviously shaken that he got in without realising that Hyunjin had just offered to drive for them. Only after they were in on the road for 2 minutes did he asked,"you know how to drive?"

"Well, I can't let you be the only one with driving licence, right?", Hyunjin smugly said, pulling out his card to dangle it in front of Jisung. The younger only hummed at it and shifted in his seat.

The air was quite tense. The both of them knew something was off. "So, there's obviously something about what happened just now but I won't question it.", Jisung scoffed. If he didn't want to question Jisung, he shouldn't have brought it up to begin with but it eases Jisung up since he knew he didn't have to crack through his brain to find an excuse as to why he was acting as if he just met a ghost.

"So, you don't mind us hanging out more, right?", He found himself hesitating at that question. On normal days, he would definitely answer with an enthusiastic yes. Hyunjin also didn't expect Jisung to be quiet. Even though this silence treatment he was given didn't seem to bother Hyunjin, he was still bothered by the big elephant in the car.

They looked at each other briefly, then their gaze repelled each other like equal polarities. A forced laughter found its way out of Jisung's lips, "yeah, sure"

Actually he wasn't quite sure. His hands were visibly shaking and all these time he had been fidgeting with the end of his seatbelt. When he saw HanMi again he just felt like all of these were too risky.

If he were to be with Hyunjin again and if HanMi remember anything. Will she come to harm them again?

There was no answer to that question.

Hyunjin dropped Jisung off in front of his house and the corner of his lips tugged into a beautiful smile. Jisung swore hadn't he been shaken that badly, he could have say that was the prettiest smile he had ever seen for the past few years.

He swayed his hand at Hyunjin as the taller walked away. "See you around", Jisung smiled, looking at his feet and promptly nodding his head.

"I'm quite sure", The told himself, walking towards his house. He had already made a few speculation. Jisung's reaction when he saw HanMi wasn't something you would see if you're not traumatized by them.

Shoes were scattered in front of his doorstep, clings of forks and spoons could be heard not far from where he was standing. He was very well familiarised with the sound of laughter in his house living room.

"Old man?", He voiced out, taking a step in. The old man he referred to threw an ugly glint at him. "Who are you calling old man?! I'm still young!", Hyunjin had to agree with this one. Compared to the last time he saw this old gramp, he was surely much and much older.

"What are you doing here?", He quickly took a seat next to his grandfather.

The old man lowered his brows, it showed that he didn't like the tone Hyunjin was using when he asked that question. Two hands held up I'm front of his chest, Hyunjin flailed his hands around in denial. "I don't mean that! Just I'm surprised seeing you", he glanced at his parents that was busy scooping up rice. They shrugged at him. The old man came without any notice, it seemed.

"Can't I come and see my favourite grandson?", He was the only grandson his grandfather had but he wouldn't say it outloud to the old man. "I heard you're not going to your mother's university"

So, the topic had came to this. He wasn't afraid, he knew how hair grandfather will respond. "Yes", unlike in the past where he wavered when he was answering, he answered this question sternly so that his parents can see how serious he was.

"That's good then. I don't want you to die in a court room. It's better doing something you like", he afraid that brings lawyer wasn't his thing but more to what his mother wanted to do. She had to give up that little dream when she got pregnant with Hyunjin but it wasn't entirely because she was pregnant. She had bad reputation among her colleagues. It was bound to happen.

The old man came for a reason today and he came to scold his parents. In the past, nothing like this happened. Perhaps, it was because Hyunjin wasn't firm enough about his decision.

He was down a sloppy road before and it took Jisung away from him. In this life, he wouldn't spare a chance for god to take Jisung away from him again.

"I have to go up now...", He was feeling beat up since he had been awake since this morning. He needed a nap. "Aren't you eating lunch with us?", He politely turned down his mother's offer. A lunch together would be very nice if he hadn't eaten a lot with Jisung and Felix just now. He didn't want to be bloated.

   —slam.

He didn't slam the door in anger. He himself didn't realized that he had put all his energy to close the door. It was his last energy for today before he poofed onto his bed. Since when did he got his memory back?

It's been a while. At first, it just came to him naturally like an old habit. Noticing everything about Jisung. How his hair gracefully fell on his face whenever he laughed, how his eyes squinted into curves, how his laughter resonated the whole place and how small Jisung's hands were compared to him. It was a normal sign of falling in love. Even an idiot like him knew it. However, it was different.

He seemed to notice things people didn't know about. He figured habits Jisung had. Things he liked and whatnot. He somehow knew that Jisung didn't like waking up without a cup of milk. He somehow knew how Jisung felt irritated if nobody put a toothpaste on his toothbrush in the morning.

How was it possible for him to know?

Then the memories just kept pouring in. They were vague but he remembered Jisung. He recognized the feeling he had for Jisung. He missed him a lot.

The last straw was when he saw Jisung almost getting hit by a car. All his memories just flashed back to him. How did this happened? Perhaps, god really answered his prayer.

God listened to him as he was crying in front of Jisung's memorial.

Many things had changed from it's original course. He wasn't imagining it. It couldn't be only him who had return in time but Jisung too and today he confirmed it even though seeing HanMi wasn't part of the plan.

Being able to restrain himself in front of her was almost unbelievable because he had so much hatred and grudge against her. He had the urge to expose all her wrongdoings and yet it was almost impossible to wreak vengeance upon her in this life.

The gnawing pain that had been bothering him finally stopped after the whole time holding his hand tightly, his nail almost ripping through the lighter tone skin of his palm.

It's a good thing Jisung didn't see his hand or his distressed level will go above one needed to have. He who appeared to be calm and serene looking was modestly forbearing himself from ripping HanMi's face apart.

How unhealthy and how not so like him to lost his cool.

He crossed out the possibility of going back to the university for the mean being. The only matter he should be focusing in was to tell Jisung that he wasn't doing everything alone and here was here to get the clarity he needed from him.

The hesitation in Jisung's eyes were too visible, it couldn't be hidden from Hyunjin even when the younger looked away from him. "You don't change at all. Always doing things alone",he whispered.

Being someone's lover meant becoming immortal. The moment you say that you will spend your life with your partner for your entire life, you had already signed up to become their lover even until they died.

The greatest betrayal imposed on a lover was that being their partner trying to hide everything they can from them. That was the moment trust and confidence would start to go down.

Hyunjin didn't want Jisung to lose either. He needed to come clean with Jisung.

He didn't know how to do so. Jisung was in a state where he was afraid of doing anything right now. He hesitated.

If Hyunjin did anything repulsive, it could go wrong and hurt Jisung in some way. If he told Jisung, Jisung could misunderstood that all this time Hyunjin was just playing around with him.

That's why, he needed to rearrange how words, play it back to back in his brain and do image training just so he won't scare Jisung away. Just so that Jisung won't push him away. Just so that Jisung won't blame himself for leaving Hyunjin.

Being lovers meant being immortal. They had eternity to be together, he will have to find a way to stop Jisung blaming himself along those times and to stop Jisung from burdening himself.

So far, reaching out to Felix first was the easiest step he could think of. "Felix"

"What's up?". Hyunjin shuffled in his bed when Felix pickup the call.

He looked up, his finger tapping on the wooden part of his bed. "I need your help regarding Jisung"

It aroused Felix's curiosity. Hyunjin never call him to talk about Jisung like never. "I need to confirm it first, though."

"Confirm what?"

"Do you remember it too, Felix?", Hearing this question, Felix already knew where was this going.

He grasped, like the dramatic person he was. "You remember everything too, Hyunjin?!", He appeared to be more shocked than he actually was. He had seen this coming weeks ago when he told Jisung Hyunjin would definitely get his memory back. "How did you remember!"

"I kind of starting remembering it naturally but I really snapped right back in when I saw Jisung almost getting hit by car", He rubbed his nape, he really didn't like that image playing in his head. It was amazing how Jisung hadn't fruit any trauma on the road or have any problem driving a car.

It made him realized how strong Jisung actually was than he made himself to be.

Felix snapped his finger, it was a habit of his whenever he became excited. "That actually worked!"

   "What?"
"Nothing. I was just a bit worried you weren't remembering anything. Jisung had suffered a lot, you know?"

The taller hummed in acknowledgement. "That's why, can you help me? Can you find a way...any place that I can talk to Jisung alone without being bothered?"

"...."
   "Felix?"
"Yeah, sorry. I was just thinking and sure I will do that but did anything happened? Jisung called me and he was..."

The absence of the conversation was making Hyunjin worried. "Felix."

He knew well that Felix was trying not to hurt either Jisung or him. Mayhaps, the person who suffered a lot with them was Felix. He had to do everything to help them to be together even hiding the painful truth from Jisung all these time by taking it all on himself.

"He was crying", Felix finally said.
