Hope

Everything is soon falling into place, the plans are going exactly as planned, and no unpleasant occurrences have happened. Samuel, Everett, and Yvelisse head down into the staff dormitory chambers, where they would gather their needed equipment to escape the building and leave the island for good. Samuel scavengers through his drawer, leaving most of his belongings, only picking up a certain keycard that could pen the vehicle garage. Yvelisse now along, with Everett was also covering her face with a scientist mask, sitting down on a bed. Samuel finished packing his backpack, looking back at his too allies, he gave them a reassuring nod.

"We're good to go." He alleged, holding the shoulder strap from his backpack, "It won't be easy, though."

"Why is that?" Yve asked, removing her face mask to communicate better.

Samuel lowered down closing a full conversation circle, "Because I made your absences certain, they're soon sending troops after us, that's why we need to keep a low profile until." He pulls out a map of the facility, pointing his finger at their destination, "The maintenance tunnels, the tunnels will take us to the ranger station."

"Okay, and then?" Everett questioned, nodding his head unsure.

Samuel continued, "We get one of their jeeps, we find Jewel, and use the wrangling mechanisms because they probably implanted a brain chip into her, then finally heading into one of the largest cargo planes and leaving the island once and for all."

"Doesn't seem that hard actually." Everett remarked, showing a bit of his bright naive personality and making a return, "I've been through worse."

"Our real problem would be encountering humans." Yvelisse stated, "Not dinosaurs, though."

"That's why we're to avoid them." Samuel tossed a keycard into the air, catching it as it fell, "Follow me."

The three head into the elevator, going up to the main level. The exit was all the way in the back of the building, it was the only way in and out of the building if they were to do it this way. The staff seemed to be worrying and spreading all across the company, some evacuating the island whilst some remained there. Now reaching a large gate separating a contained space from the rest of the general workers, Samuel failed to open it with his only keycard.

"What the hell?" Samuel cursed to himself, sliding it in the panel several times, "You have got to be kidding me."

He proceeded to insert a passcode in the panel, yet it didn't work either. He let out a deep negative sigh, looking back at his allies in annoyance. He picked up a tool from his backpack, it was a codebreaking device. He began unplugging wires from inside and in the blink of an eye the gates were open to the public. The three rushed in, their fast-paced walk was almost in synch, worrying that they could potentially get caught by further authorities or even worse the head of Geneticorp, Orville.

While leading the way, Samuel checked the map once more, figuring they could take a shortcut by infiltrating inside the security chambers. Samuel holds both of their shoulders guiding them through the room. The trio walked right past the monitors until Yvelisse stopped, "Hold on. Let me find Jewel."

Samuel finds it a bad idea at first, but thinking it through, it wasn't that bad after all, "Wait, you're right."

The humans looked into the computers searching for the animal, however, there was no sign of her, but Everett seemed to be distracted by something. He stared deeply into one specific camera, he saw two girls all by themselves, but he recognized those girls, the Lang sisters.

"She's not here, let's move." Convinced Samuel motioned with his head to the exit.

"No." Everett contradicted with intonation, "We have to go back."

"What? We can't." Samuel responded with no mercy.

Everett turned the monitor showing the sisters to the two newfound allies, "These girls, they have gone through too much, and I know they're not here by choice, we have to get to them now."

Samuel took a deep breath, nodding his head. Everett smiled at him in a way of saying thank you. The three head back into the hallways, directing themselves toward the broken gate, in the chamber right next to it, it was the door. Everett passed the keycard into it, spotting the two girls embracing each other. Missy and Alice raise their heads together, in absolute shock to see Everett again after all this time.
