List

Within the vast corridors of the Geneticorp main compound, wandered Andrew. Lost in his though merely worrying about the current situation. The man ignored his path bumping over anyone that came toward him ignoring the entire chaos going around that single location, now searching for some peace he enters a room. Andrew uses his passcode to seal the metallic door. As he soothed himself down, Andrew took a seat by the desk.

There he began to mediate but it was simply impossible considering everything had gone downhill. Finding the office quite private and unusual for a regular employee he began to study the room. He began to search through the files locked within the numerous drawers in that single room. He found more and more documents with a signature he couldn't make out at all, only that the first name ended with a 'uel.'

As he barricaded a different shelf he opened up a folder that contained information about the creatures belonging originally to this company.

108 Assets In Total

The latest addition seemed to be hand-written since the papers were possibly outdated, Andrew continued to read the files, but the list ended as soon as it had just started.

"Sneaking up on other people's business I see."

Startled by the voice, Andrew slammed the drawer back against the shelf. Later trying to convince the person he was doing otherwise.

"Mr. Lang." The woman greeted, giving him a nod.

Andrew recognized that face but he couldn't tell from where or when.

"I am Dr. Amanda Lynn." The woman introduced herself, "I've been responsible for studying the Utahraptors growth and behavior."

"You're that lady from the zoo." Andrew only now recognized the woman.

"Correct." She replied, "I see you've seen our asset list."

"Didn't realize there were so many out there." He confessed as he visualized a beautiful scenario for those creatures.

Dr. Lynn approached the man in posture, "That's why genetic power is beautiful, nearly everything is possible."

"I've been meaning to ask." Andrew turned around scratching his chin, "Where are they?"

Amanda informed, "Our lead containment unit said the girls are heading our way with the Utahraptors."

"I meant the Utah's, but I assumed the girls would be with Sandy." Andrew stated as he felt more comfortable talking to the woman.

"Perhaps they are." Amanda fixed her glasses as she held onto her paper board.

Andrew took a seat rubbing his fingers through his forehead, stressed, he pondered, "Why does it all go down to shit, every single time."

"You know Mr. Lang, these situations should be expected." The woman entreated, "This world ceased to be ours the moment the first prehistoric creature was brought back to life, and they knew there was no coming back after that."

"Hammond." Andrew scoffed. That man was responsible for almost everything, he couldn't imagine how much he must've blamed himself for events like the first park, the San Diego incident, too bad he wasn't alive to witness the rest.

Amanda cleared her throat standing by the door, "The dinosaurs are here, would you like to check on your treasures." She teased.

Andrew nodded his head, following her out of the room. Amanda led the way as she held her tablet close to her chest. The doctor used her fingerprints to open a large door that induced them to the garage. There several different trucks were loading dinosaurs off to different containment cells. Amanda approached the chief, "Commander Walker, did the operation go according to plan?"

"We got most of 'em." The chief retorted as he used a toothpick, "Though seemingly the truck with the raptors go misled and got lost."

Andrew suddenly interested in the topic, questioned "Care to explain?"

"We had our prisoners driving them." Walker deepened the details, "I assumed they were following the rules since they all sound like a bunch of chickens, but boy they really are feisty."

"Find them." Andrew argued, he was feeling that they didn't seem to care, "Now."

"They can't get very far." Walker flipped the toothpick at Andrew's chest, with a lot of sass.

Amanda checked the perimeter, explaining, "He's correct, the assets are close to where the truck crashed, the worker's village."

"Send a containment unit, right now." Andrew demanded, not feeling pleased.

Amanda and Walker looked at each other, both following the strict and clear orders that the man gave.
