When my aunt had finished explaining it  to my family  she then looked towards Hiba and  said

"Shezaadi  Hiba Al Kareem  I was surprised  to see the missing  princess  from Egypt  here  in  Canada  do you know your family is  hunting for you  as you were promised  to the older king  that won't stop until they find  you  and your pregnant  my guess is with  Aisha's brothers child they will kill him if they find out unless you marry him"

"I know shezaadi mariyam  but I don't love the old  king I love  rehaan  and he has proposed to me  we will wed  please don't tell anyone I beg of you or I will kill myself   because I won't live without  rehaan "

"Don't fret shezaadi Hiba your brother and parents  won't find you they think your living lavishly and not in  a small house but you need to marry him immediately to protect  him and your child "

"We have planned a small wedding  a mosque house wedding  we will sign documents  of marriage  and then after the baby is born  we will go to  egypt  and tell my family  Rehaan  already knows about my  royal heritage  and has been  secretive  about it  he does not want  wealth  or a title  he is marrying  me for me  not for a princess"

My aunt  nodded at rehaan and  Hiba  and told her that she would keep there secret and she needs to tell her brother  immediately  as he is the only one to help her  as he too wants to marry for  love and  not because he is an heir as she said those words  my aunt looked my way   and smirked  and ii had a feeling she was  plotting  something .

When aunt left  rehaan hugged me   and just as he hugged me  I hugged back then I asked Hiba  why she lied to us  she got sad and said that being a princess is hard enough when  all men want from you is just a title and a chance to rule and how such situations  are  similar for Sheikhs/pharaohs in her family  she said  while living in  Egypt  she never really knew if men  wanted  her or her title.

Hiba said   when she ran away thanks to her brother  she said she began loving  simple  life and just dating  but when she saw rehaan  she knew he was  hers and a good person I told her I would hide her truth along with our parents she was grateful I then asked about her brother .

Hiba smiled and said her brother was called Sheikh Cairo Al Kareem  and he was great brother she told me that cairo was 22 years old and never married  because he never knew if women loved him or loved  his title  she looked sad for her brother  and said she wishes he would find love  like she has.

I checked  her over  and she looked healthy  and so did the baby  after dinner with my family  I went to bed,the next few weeks  I searched for jobs and   I got one  thanks to the recommendations  of my aunt  Mariyam.

The hospital was huge and from the beginning  I was put as a gynaecologist I checked  pregnancies  told patients  who were newly  pregnant  about what to eat and drink and what to avoid I was loving this job and seeing all the babies through the stages I was yet to  see a delivery  but I knew I was  to new for that  so I stuck to my job  of helping mums out.

When I was done it was late and  I called an uber  but they were on strike so I decided to  walk   my house wasn't  too far  and so I began  walking  but halfway  through my walk  I heard  a voice  it sound like the  person was in pain  so my doctor training  kicked  in and I went to see   I ran towards the  town  and saw a man he was covered in blood  and  it looked like he had been  stabbed.

I immediately  called the ambulance  and while  they were on there way   I used my hand to stop the bleeding  the  ambulance  came  and I asked for a bandage  they  gave me and  using the scissors  they also gave me  I cut open the shirt  and tried not to oogle at his  well muscled body   I then asked the ambulance men to help  me by lifting  him so I could wrap the  bandage.

When the bandage was wrapped  around him the ambulance  got the stretcher and put him on  I decided to text rehaan  I would be late  so they shouldn't  wait up  i then sat in the  ambulance  when I got a text

Rehaan-why you gonna be late didn't  you finish  just now"

Aisha-I did  and was walking  home  when I saw a man  covered in blood and with a stab wound  I am a doctor so I couldn't  just leave him for dead bhai(brother) so I bandaged  him up with the help of the ambulance  men and now I am going hospital  to see how bad it is and if he needs  stitches tell ammi and abu  for me "

Rehaan-ok but be careful  Aisha  I will transfer  money  to you so you can eat   and let me know when your done I don't care what the time is  your my sister and as your brother its my job to take care of you  so you better  call me ok chutki(little one)"

Aisha-"Ok bhai I will call you now get rest  I need to go now"
