The scene starts from hospital.

He was in dilemma, he needs to hold her hand, but couldn't due to her bruises. He hesitated a bit, but touched her hand with care.

Karan - Meri wajah se preeta ki aisi haalat ho gayi 🥺

He gently caressed her face and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.

Karan (sobbing) - I am sorry babydoll, meri wajah se tumhari aisi haalat hai, I am so sorry, lekin please mujhe aisi saza mat do, mujhse baat karo na, mujhe daanton, phatkaro lekin aise leti mat raho mujhe tumhari woh mithi si aawaaz sunni hai, tumse maafi maangni hai 😭💔

Seeing her unconscious, he sighs and cries by keeping his hand on his mouth trying to control his sobs but couldn't.

He wipes his tears and again placed a kiss on her forehead and leaves.

After 2 hours

All were waiting for Preeta to get her conscious back but she was still in state of unconscious.

Karan - Doctor please preeta ko abhi tak hosh nhi aaya dekhiye na 😟

Doctor examined Preeta while all waited outside. He came outside and all started bombarding questions.

Doctor - Shaant ho jaaiye aap sab 😕 I am sorry lekin...

Karan - Lekin kya lekin kya 😳

Doctor - Agar unhe ek ghante tak hosh nhi aaya toh woh COMA mein jaa sakti hai 😧

Karan - Whatt 😳 Lekin aise kaise woh mujhe chhod ke chali jaayegi nhi 😤

He quickly enters in her ward and all were feeling helpless.

Karan (crying) - Dekho na babydoll woh doctor kya keh raha hai, tum utho aur use keh do ki woh galat bol raha hai, tum aise mujhe chhod ke coma mein nhi jaa sakti right 🥺

After an hour

Doctor - I am sorry woh coma mein chali gayi hai 😟

Karan felt helpless at the moment and numbly looked at ground.

Rishabh - Lekin aap kuch kariye

Doctor - Hum kuch nhi kar sakte isme, aur unhe uthne mein saalon lag sakte hai, 1 saal, 5 saal, 20 saal ya phir woh zindagi bhar coma mein hi rahe 😳

Karan widens his eyes and fearly nodded in no, he goes towards Preeta's ward and looks at her temporary lifeless body.

Later, Sarla and shrishti brought Preeta to their house, not paying any heed to Luthras' requests.

3 years later

Karan woke up and saw Preeta and smiles. He caresses her hairs and places a kiss on her forehead.

He gets up and goes to washroom. After getting fresh, he came out and kissed Preeta's hand.

Karan - Aaj teen saal ho gaye humari shaadi ko.. happy marriage anniversary babydoll 😍 lekin ab tak tum nhi uthi 🥺

He looked at her for sometime and sighs sadly. He again kissed her forehead and goes downstairs.

After a lot of pleadings and promises, Sarla allowed him to take Preeta with him after a year and he took care of her for 2 years. Before that, he used to come to Arora house daily to see her.

All wished him good morning and he smiles and wishes them back.

Mahesh - Aaj teri aur preeta ki marriage anniversary hai na 🤨

Ab aap log soch rahe honge mahesh kaise bol pade, just to inform you all woh coma se bahar aa gaye 😂

Karan (sadly) - Yes dad lekin iss baar bhi hum dono celebrate nhi kar paayenge kyuki woh toh 🥺

Kritika - Bhai aap vishwas rakhiye bhabhi jald se jald coma se bahar aa jaayegi 😌

Karan nods tearfully. After breakfast, Karan goes to their room. He held Preeta's hand and started talking.

Karan - Preeta ab toh uth jao na tumhe patah hai mein kitna guilty feel kar raha hun, mein bohot regret kar raha hun aur tumhe aise dekh kar mujhe bohot dard hota hai, lekin tumhe toh maza aa raha hai na bajjarbattu ko aise tadapta dekh kar 🥺

Preeta moves her finger a little unnoticed by Karan. 😍

Karan - Bajjarbatti ho tum ek no. ki lekin tum mujhse baat nhi karti na toh bura lagta hai (cracked voice) I am sorry 😭💔

He keeps her head on her hands which he was holding and cries.

Preeta slightly opens her eyes and looks around trying to process things. She recognized it was Karan's room. She started breathing heavily and machine beeps. 😭❤

Karan quickly looks at Preeta and called the doctor and he gave injection to her so she would calm down. All were present including Aroras.

Doctor - Ab ye coma se bahar aa chuki hai (Karan 😍😭) inko thodi der mein hosh aa jaayega

Doctor left and Karan smiles widely while having tears of happiness in his eyes.

Rakhi - Mein abhi Preeta ke liye kuch mitha bana kar le aati hu 🥰

Mahesh - Rakhi ji mein bhi aapki help karta hun 🤩

Rakhi - Bilkul bhi nhi mujhe patah hai aap thoda thoda taste karke saari mithai khaa jaayenge 😧

All laughs at them. Karan chuckles in tears. Rakhi feeds them sweet and Preeta opens her eyes.

Karan - Babydoll ko hosh aa gaya 😌

Preeta tries to sit on bed but couldn't due to slight weakness. Karan helped her sit and she looks at him.

Karan - Ab toh bol do, meine tumhara kitna wait kiya lekin tumne bhi thaan rakkhi thi na ki apne bajjarbattu pati ko tadpa ke rahogi 🥺 kitna wait kiya tumhara lekin tum uth hi nhi rahi thi aur aaj meri zindagi ka sabse best din bann gaya ab aise hi rahogi ya phir bologi 😟

Preeta - Kitna chapar chapar karte ho tum bajjarbattu (Karan 😭) bolne ka mauka nhi diya aur khud itna bol rahe the 🥺

Karan - I missed that, I missed you 🥺❤

Preeta saw guilt in his eyes but didn't say anything about past. She looks around and found Mahesh.

Preeta - Mahesh uncle aap coma se bahar aa gaye 🤩

Mahesh - Haan 😌 lekin meri beti coma mein chali gayi thi 🥺

Preeta - Uncle aap..

Mahesh - Khabardaar jo mujhe uncle bulaya toh mein toh tera papa hun mujhe papa karke bula 😟

Preeta - Thik hai ab se mein aapko papa hi bulaungi 😇

Tears were continuously rolling down from Karan's eyes, happy tears they were, happy because he got his life back after a long time. 🥺

All talked to Preeta and moves out of room. Preeta looks at Karan who was looking outside the window.

Preeta - Karan 😧

Karan wipes his tears and quickly looks at her.

Karan - Bolo babydoll, jo bhi tumhare dil mein sab bol daalo, jitni bhadaas itne saalon tak tumhare andar hai sab nikalo, mujhe maaro peeto, haath pair jo todna hai tod do, mere sir (head) pe bat se hockey stick se jitna marzi maarna hai maaro mein kuch nhi kahunga 🥺 lekin ek baat hai preeta.. Tum kabhi mujhe chhod ke mat chali jaana please kyuki mein nhi reh sakta tumhare bina 😭❤

Preeta got tears in her eyes and she wipes it slowly.

Karan (pleading) - Bolo na yaar, tumhari aawaaz sunn ne ke liye mere kaan taras gaye hai 🥺 (gulps his tears) ab toh bass ek hi tammana hai ki puri zindagi tumhara bann ke jiyu aur tumhe itna pyaar karu jitna mein khudse bhi nhi karta 🤩

Preeta opens her arms and Karan quickly goes in her comforting embrace. He was feeling home with her. She was his peace. He got what he needs, his soulmate, his love, his everything.

Preeta (in tears) - Tum bohot bure ho karan 🥺

Karan - I know 😢

Preeta just closed her eyes and pulled him more while Karan keeps his face on her shoulder. She felt happiness and love when she was in his embrace.

They broke the hug after 10 good minutes and Preeta wipes his tears.

Karan - Please maaf kar do 🥺

Preeta (cutely yet fearly) - Phirse mujhe chhod nhi doge na 😟

Karan - Kabhi nhi chhodunga tumhe 🥺 ya tak ki mein nahane jaaunga tumhe bhi apne saath le kar jaaunga 😂

Preeta - Pagal bajjarbattu 😂 (chuckles)

Karan - Ab achha lag raha hai tumhari ye hasi sunn ke aur smile dekh ke 😍

Preeta - Agar tum mujhe chhod doge na toh agli baar mein iss duniya ko chhod dungi karan 🥺

Karan - Aisi baatein mat bolo 🥺

He kissed her forehead and she closed her eyes.

Karan (softly) - Tumne mujhe maaf kiya?

Preeta thinks for a while and looks at him with cornor of her eyes while he was looking at her hopefully.

Preeta - Lekin tumne aisa kuch kiya nhi jisse mein tumhe maaf kar du 🤔

Karan wipes his tears and says.

Karan - Toh Rani sahiba aap hi bataiye ki ye ghulaam aapki kya seva kare aur kya kare jisse aap ko ye yakeen ho jaaye ki...

Preeta - Ki.. 🤨

Karan - I love you 😍

As soon as she heard those golden words, she looked in his eyes lovingly. They shared a beautiful eyelock and preeta smiled.

Karan (hopefully) - Do you love me?

Preeta slowly nods her head in yes and her smile was increasing. He smiled widely and looks at her.

Preeta - I love you too 😍

Karan got up from bed and squealed in joy, fisting his hands in air and shouts.

Karan - Yayyyy babydoll loves me too 😂

Preeta laughs loudly seeing him like that and Karan smilingly looked at her.

Preeta - Tum ek no. ke bacche ho 🤣

Karan leans close and Preeta stops laughing.

Karan - Mujhe abhi tak woh nhi mila jo mujhe chahiye 🤩

Karan (huskily) - Kiss babydoll 🥵

Preeta widens her eyes and looks at him.
Karan kissed her cheek and smiles at her. She smiles back.

Karan - Cheek kiss ki baat kar raha tha mein toh, tumne kya socha?

Preeta - M...meine.. Meine toh kuch nhi socha 😳

Karan - Aww tum thik se jhooth bhi nhi bol sakti 😜

Preeta looks away and cutely pouts. Karan chuckles and kissed her another cheek.

Karan - Soo cutee 😚 waise tum jaldi se tayar ho jao phir hum humari anniversary celebrate karenge 😍

Preeta - Whatt aaj humari anniversary hai 😍

Karan - Yes babydoll 🤩 ab chalo jaldi se tayar ho jao 😌

Karan helped her while she was trying to get up. He picks her up in his arms and Preeta wraps her arms around his neck..

Karan smiles and Preeta goes to washroom. After some time, she got ready and came out of washroom.

Karan looked at her and widens his eyes.

Karan - So beautiful babydoll 😍

Preeta - I know baby boy (Karan 😳) because I am The Preeta Karan Luthra😜

Karan - Kya hogaya hai tumhe 😱

Preeta - Kuch nhi hua, mein toh bass aise hi keh rahi thi 😌

Karan pulls her by her waist and says huskily.

Karan - Tumne mujhe baby bulaya 😉

Preeta - Excuse me meine tumhe baby boy bulaya sirf baby nhi 😧

Karan (playfully) - Waise bula sakti ho I don't mind at all 😏

Preeta (playfully) - Achha aisa hai toh okay baby 😉

Karan - Ab tumhare iss baby ko ek kissi chahiye 😘

Preeta - Baby bada naughty hai 😲

Karan - Pyaara bhi toh hai 😍

Preeta - Woh bhi sahi hai 🥰

She immediately kissed his cheek.

Karan - Pleetu ye bacchon wali kissi nhi chahiye mujhe, mujhe toh woh pyaar bhari kiss chahiye 😍

Preeta - Abhi nhi 😲

Karan - Okay 😌

He left her and smiles.

Preeta - Itni jaldi maan gaye 😳

Karan - Haan toh tumne kaha toh maan gaya 😅

Preeta hugged him tightly resting her head on his chest and wraps her arms around his waist. He smiles and hugged her back with closed eyes.

Karan - Achanak ye hug kyun 🤔

She departs and looks at Karan.

Preeta - Mujhe tumhare paas rehna hai isiliye, tumhare bina kuch achha nhi lagta 🤧

Karan caresses her cheeks and looks in her eyes. She rests her hands on his chest and smiles.

He wraps one hand around her waist tightly and she looks at his lips. He gazes her lips and looks at her asking her permission. She leans and Karan slowly placed his lips on hers.

After few seconds, he started kissing her and she slowly responded to him. His hands was cupping her face and holding her waist while hers, roaming on his chest and ruffling his hairs.

Karan broke it and rested his forehead against hers. Both were breathing heavily and Preeta looked at Karan.

Karan opens his eyes and looked at her red face.

Karan - Blushing haan not bad Preeta Luthra mujhe patah nhi tha ki tum blush bhi kar sakti ho 😏

Preeta - Mujhe chhedo mat 😊

Karan - Iski aadat daal lo babydoll kyuki ye Karan tumhe chhedne ka koi mauka nhi chhodne wala 😉

Preeta - Mujhe chhodo toh sahi hume party mein jaana hai sab intezaar kar rahe honge 😍

Karan - Anniversary gift toh meine tumhe diya hi nhi abhi tak mujhe atleast woh toh dene do 😇

Preeta - Kaisa gift 🤩

Karan picks her gift and hides it behind his back.

Preeta - Karan bolo na kaisa gift hai 😍

Karan places the gift on her hand and she opens it happily.

She opened the box and saw a beautiful diamond ring 💍 and she looked at Karan.

Karan - Mujhe tumhara saath puri zindagi bhar ke liye chahiye, mujhe tum chahiye preeta woh bhi apne liye 😍 tumhare saath mein apni zindagi ka harr ek lamha bitana chahta hun kyuki mein tumse pyaar karta hu 🥰

Preeta saw him with little tears. Karan wiped her tears and wrapped his arms around her waist.

Karan - Mujhse shaadi karogi? Phirse 😍

Preeta nodded in yes. 😌

Karan - Phirse meri bann na chahogi humesha humesha ke liye? 🥰

Preeta smiles widely and nodded in yes.

Karan - I love you 🥺

Preeta - I love you too 😍

She hugged him and he buries his face in her neck holding her tightly.

He placed a gentle kiss on her neck and her breath hitched. She quickly broke the hug and looked at him with flustered face.

Karan - Isme thoda sa time hai abhi 😉

Preeta blushed and looks away. 😊 Karan held her chin and made her look at him.

Karan places his lips on hers and Preeta closes her eyes kissing him softly. 🙈
