The next morning Karan wakes up to find Preeta sleeping peacefully in his embrace. He looks at her and smiles remembering how she had cutely asked him not to cross the border.

He then becomes upset remembering how she cried and begged in front everyone to trust her but no one did. A lone tear escapes his eyes.

Bohot kuch saha hai na tumne meri wajah se...par ab aur nahi...mein, The Karan Luthra, tumse promise karta hai ki mein tumhe kabhi akela nahi padne dunga, chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye mein humesha tumhara saath dunga...yeh waada raha...

He then caresses her face and kisses her forehead.

Preeta starts to wake up due to the movement while Karan acts to sleep.

Preeta wakes up to find herself in Karan's embrace. She sees him sleeping and smiles looking at him.

Preeta (wiping his tears): Bohot ro liya Karan, ab aur nahi...meri wajah se sab bigda tha na, toh ab mein hi sab thik karungi aur tumhe dobara kabhi nahi rone dungi...yeh Mrs. Preeta Karan Luthra ka waada raha...

She goes to get ready while Karan smiles listening to her.

Later in the afternoon.

Preeta and Karan are in their room thinking about their plan against Sherlyn.

Preeran: Idea!!

Preeran: Tum bolo...

Karan: Tum bolo..

Preeta: Nahi tum bolo..

Karan: Babydoll, bola na, tum bolo..

Preeta: Sherlyn ki pregnancy reports.

Karan (annoyed): Kar di na wahi Preeta Arora wali baat!!

Preeta: Par..

Karan: Tumhara promotion ho chuka hai...Preeta Arora se Preeta Luthra ban gayi ho...aise pans dekar meri naak mat katvao...

Preeta (irritated): Chup! Ek dam chup!! Hum Rishabh ji ka bhi DNA test karvayenge...aur jab reports negative aayengi toh phir sab apne aap sawal puchenge!!

Karan: Preeta, Sherlyn bohot smart hai...reports badalwana ya jhuti sabit karne me usse zyada wakt nahi lagega...

Preeta: Tumhara plan kya tha??

Karan: Sherlyn ke ghar ki talaashi lenge...kuch na kuch toh mil jaayega...un dono ke khilaf...

Preeta (confused): Dono??

Karan: Haan Sherlyn aur uss daadi waale bakre ke khilaf

Preeta: Karan tum phir shuru ho gaye...Prithvi ji Sherlyn ke boyfriend nahi hai!!!

Karan: Hai!!!

Preeta (angry): Kya sabut hai tumhare paas!!!??

Karan: Meine kaha yeh kaafi nahi hai kya...itna bharosa nahi hai mujh par...

Preeta (melts): Aisa nahi hai Karan...agar meine maan bhi liya toh hum yeh sabke saamne prove kaise karenge??

Karan: Sherlyn ke ghar jaake...

Preeta and Karan leave for Sherlyn's house.

Meanwhile.

Sameer sees Sherlyn also leaving and decides to follow her.
He calls Shrishti and asks her to meet him outside her house in 10 mins.

Sherlyn's house.

Preeta and Karan enter through the window without being noticed by Sherlyn's mom.

They enter Sherlyn's room and start searching when Preeta's phone rings. She quickly picks it up and Karan asks her to keep it on speaker.

Shrishti: Di, jiju aapko pata hai hum Sherlyn ka peecha kar rahe hai...woh kahi toh kisi se milne jaa rahi hai...

Karan: Kisse??

Preeta: Apne boyfriend se Karan aur kisse!!

Sameer: Haan bhai mujhe bhi aisa hi lagta hai...kitna traffic hai BKC par!!

Preeta and Karan are shocked.

Karan: Yeh raasta toh...

Preeta: Prithvi ji ke ghar jaata hai...

Shrishmeer are shocked too.

Karan asks them to keep following her and then come directly to Sherlyn's house to search for proof.

After sometime.

Preeta is tired of searching the house while Karan is not ready to give up.

Preeta: Karan chalo yaha se...kuch nahi hai yaha...

Karan: Preeta kuch na kuch toh milega... Meine khud dekha hai un dono ko saath mein kahi jaate huye...

Preeta: Aise toh hum bhi jaate the na...iska matlab yeh toh nahi na ki humare bich me kuch chal raha tha...i mean...shaadi se pehle...

Shrishmeer too come there and giggle.

Karan (moving closer to her): Kyun Preeta Arora...shaadi ke baad humare bich mein kuch chal raha hai kya...

Shrishmeer: Chal nahi bhi raha toh bohot jald chal jaayega!!

Karan and Preeta are shocked. Karan moves behind embarrassed while Preta leaves the room blushing.
Karan too leaves behind Preeta.

Preeta accidentally falls inside the store room, pulling Karan along with her.

Shrishmeer too enter.

Everybody starts searching the store room. Preeta, angrily keeps her hand on the cupboard near her and something is about to fall on her when Karan pulls her.

She gets lost in his eyes while Karan is shocked to see something.

Karan bends down and picks up an album. He opens it and smirks seeing the pics.

Shrishmeer snatch the album from him and are shocked to see the pictures.

Preeta takes the album and the earth slips from beneath her feet.

She is shocked to see Prithvi and Sherlyn's pictures, so close to each other.





The album slips from her hand and she breaks down. Karan manages to take Preeta out from the backdoor while Shrishmeer bring the album with them.

Preeta cries inconsolably and Shrishti gets worried seeing her. Karan, bends on his knees and  keeps his hand on Preeta's shoulder. She quickly turns around and hugs him.

Preeta (crying): I am sorry Karan...I am so sorry...tumne har baar mujhe kaha ki Prithvi ji mere liye thik nahi hai par...par meine kabhi tumhari baat nahi suni...har baar tumhe galat samjha...i am so sorry...

Karan: Shhh...ro mat...

He tries to wipe her tears but she stops him.

Preeta: Nahi Karan...mat roko in aasuon ko...behne do inhe...beh jaane do...

She cries and hugs him even more tightly.

Karan: Thik hai lekin ek shart pe...

She looks up at him.

Karan: Ki aaj ke baad iss baat par phir kabhi tumhari aakon mein aasun nahi aayenge...promise me...

Preeta: I promise...

She smiles and hugs him.

Shrishmeer see them and smile while Sameer wipes Shrishti's tears.

Shrishti informs them that they had lost Sherlyn on the way and so came there.

Karan and Preeta get up and go back to the Luthra house to discuss the next part of their plan.

At night, Preeran's room.

Preeta is sitting near the window and is in deep thoughts, when Karan comes in with food.

Karan: Chalo babydoll khaana khaalo.

Preeta (not looking at him): Mera mann nahi hai Karan...tum khalo...

Karan: Thik hai phir...tumhe nahi khaana toh mein bhi nahi khaunga...

He keeps the plate on the table and goes to his side of the bed to sleep.

Preeta frowns and gets up. She goes to Karan and holds him by his collar, close to her, shocking him.

Pal ek pal mein hi tham sa gaya
Tu haath mein haath jo de gaya

Preeta: Agar tum ziddi ho...toh mein tumse zyaada ziddi hu...

Chalu mein jaha jaaye tu

She brings him closer to her holding his collar.

Daayein mein tere, baayein tu

Preeta: Agar tum The Karan Luthra ho...toh mein bhi The Preeta Karan Luthra hu...

Hoon rut mein, hawayein tu
Saathiya...

She leaves his collar and brings him near the table while Karan is still in shock.

Hasu mein jab gaaye tu

Preeta makes a morsel and feeds Karan. Karan too does the same.

Roun mein, murjhaaye tu

He pulls her near him and makes her sit on his lap, surprising her.

Bheegu mein, barsaaye tu
Saathiya...

He tucks her hair strands behind her ear and caresses her face.

Tu ishq ke saare rang de gaya

Karan (whispering): Kya baat hai Mrs. Preeta Karan Luthra aapke aur kitne roop dekhne ko milenge...

Phir kheench ke apne sang le gaya

He kisses her cheek and she blushes, running towards the window.

Karan comes there and backhugs her, slowly moving his hands on her waist.

Kahi pe kho jaaye chal

She closes her eyes and leans on him. He kisses her neck, picks her up in his arms and lays her on the bed, coming over her.

Jahaan yeh ruk jaaye pal

He caresses her face and kisses her on the forehead.

Kabhi na phir aaye kal
Saathiya...

She lightly pushes him to his side and turns, smiling. Karan too smiles and they sleep.
