Next morning.

Preeta wakes up to find herself surrounded by pillows and having a severe headache.

Preeta: Yeh mera sir itna kyun dukh raha hai!!

Just then Karan enters the room with a glass.

Karan: Yeh lo...Yeh piyo...

Preeta: Yeh kya hai??

Karan: Jo tumne kal kiya tha...uska inaam!!

He glares at her while she gulps.

Preeta: Aisa kya kiya kal....mujhe kuch yaad nahi...

Karan: Oh...toh madam ko kuch yaad nahi!!!

Just then Rishabh brings Nisha there who was in the same state as that of Preeta.

Karan and Rishabh tell them what they had done the day before. Preeta and Nisha look here and there, guilty.

Preeta: Karan bas na...mere sir mein pehle se hi bohot dard ho raha hai...

Karan: Achcha toh jo sabko sar dard deti hai aaj usshi ke sar mein dard ho raha hai!

Just then Preeta gets some visions and she starts to feel dizzy. Others get worried. She walks into the bathroom and locks the door.

Karan: Good morning, babydoll...tumhe neend toh achche se aayi hogi na...Of course aayi hogi...meri neend kharab karke toh tum chain se soyi hogi na!!

Preeta (confused): Yeh tum kya bole jaa rahe ho...(holding her head)

Karan: Oh toh madam ko kuch yaad nahi...lagta hai nasha utar gaya hai tumhara...Yeh lo, yeh piyo (handing her the lemonade)

Preeta: Mein nahi piyungi!!

Karan: Pina padega!!

Preeta (irritated): Dekho mere sir mein waise hi bohot dard ho raha hai...tum usse badao mat!!

Karan: Achcha toh jo sabko sar dard deti hai aaj ushi ke sar mein dard ho raha hai!

She turns on the shower and holds her head. She can see  whats happening but she can't see those two people. She comes out, all ready.

Karan (worried): Tum thik ho...

Preeta nods. She makes them leave her room and takes her medicines.

Karan's room.

Karan is thinking about Preeta's behavior.

Karan: Kuch toh hai jo babydoll mujhe nahi bata rahi...lekin kya..aisa kya hai jo woh chupa rahi hai...

Later.

Preeta is outside the farmhouse, busy watering the plants. Just then two masked men come and kidnap her. She is unable to free herself, while they make her unconscious.

Meanwhile.

Karan is looking for Preeta. He gets worried not finding her in the house.

Karan (shouts): Mom, dad, bua, Shrishti, Sammy, bhai, Nisha...please aap log jaldi aa jaiye...

Rakhi: Kya hua puttar??

Karan: Mom aap logo ne Preeta ko kahi dekha?? Meine pure ghar mein dhoond liya...woh kahi nahi hai!!

They all start searching for Preeta.

Not finding her anywhere, Karan is about to leave when he gets a call.

Karan: Hello??

Man: Hello, Karan Luthra!!

Karan puts the phone on speaker.

Karan: Kon ho tum??

Man: Wahi...jiske paas tumhari babydoll hai...

Karan (angry): Meri Preeta ko chod de!! Tujhe kya chahiye!!

Man: Teri barbaadi!! (laughs evily)

Karan: Dekh meri Preeta ko chod de...tujhe mere saath jo karna hai kar...lekin babydoll ko chod de please.

Man: Waah kya pyaar hai dono ka!! Woh bolti hai tujhe ek kharoch na aaye...aur tubolta hai ki usse chod du!! Arre kidnapper mein hu!! Jaldi aaja agar apni babydoll ko bachaana hai toh!!

Karan leaves with Shrishti and Sameer. Rishabh and Nisha inform the police.

At the godown.

The kidnapper comes to Preeta and clutches her hair.

Man: Kyun Preeta ji...mein toh aapse bohot pyaar karta tha!! Phir aapne aisa kyun kiya..usse shaadi toh kar li...par uss Karan se pyaar kar baithi!!

Preeta: Kon ho tum aur yeh kya bol rahe ho!! Meine kisse shaadi kar li!!

Man: Bakwaas mat karo!! Karan ne tumse shaadi karli thi...humari shaadi wale din!! Pehchaana nahi mein kon hu!!

He removes his mask and is revealed to be Prithvi.

Preeta: Kon ho tum!! Kya chahte ho!! Aur meri abhi tak koi shaadi nahi huyi hai!!

Saying this, Prithvi gets furious and reminds her what had happened  on their wedding day.

Preeta, who has lost her memory, gets visions of her marriage with Karan. How he left her in the middle of the road. She cluthches her head and is feeling immense pain in her head.

Prithvi, unaware of what has happened, gets shocked to see her condition.

Prithvi stresses her out by reminding her of her past. She gets visions and is feeling dizzy. Then she shuts her eyes tightly and the blurred visions clear up. She sees that the two are nome other than Karan and herself. She falls to the ground and faints.

Meanwhile Karan and Shrishmeer reach the go down.

Karan and Sameer fight the goons, while Shrishti searches for Preeta.

Karan beats Prithvi black and blue.

Karan: Tu meri babydoll ko haath lagayga!! Tujhe toh mein zinda nahi chodunga!!

Just then the police arrive and take Prithvi from there.

Shrishti (shouting): Karan sir, Sammy, please jaldi aayiye yaha!!

Karan and Sameer reach Shrishti and are shocked to see Preeta lying unconscious.

They take her home.

Luthra farmhouse.

Preeta is resting in her room while everybody is in the hall, tensed.

Preeta regains conscious. She looks around to find herself in the house.

She goes downstairs, still in shock.

Everybody looks at her but her gaze is fixed only on Karan.

Rakhi: Puttar tu thik hai??

Kareena: Haan beta...tum thik ho na...

She doesn't respond to anybody. She keeps walking towards Karan.

Karan: Babydo...

Preeta: Kya humari shaadi ho chuki hai??

Everybody is shocked to hear this.

Preeta (holding Karan's collar): Kya tumne mujhse shaadi ki hai!!!

Shrishti: Di aap....

Preeta: Mein tumse baat kar rahi hu Karan Luthra!!! Kya humari shaadi ho chuki hai!!???

Karan looks down and nods. Preeta's grip on his collar loosens and she starts walking backwards.

Karan: Babyd...

Preeta: Preeta!! Preeta Arora!!!

She runs into her room. Sarla is about to go after her but Karan stops her and nods in no.

Preeta's room.

Preeta falls to the ground with a thud. She can't remember a thing.

Preeta: Kyun mujhe kuch yaad nahi aa raha!!! Meri aur Karan ki shaadi! Kab huyi aur kaise!!

She starts crying.

Karan's room.

Karan too is crying, remembering all his moments with Preeta. He doesn't want to lose her.

Karan: Babyd...

Preeta: Preeta!! Preeta Arora!!!

He throws the things here and there.

Karan rests his head against the wall joining his and Preeta's room.

Preeta too rests her head against the same wall.

The families are tensed.

The screen freezes on Preeta and Karan's tear stained face.
