Nagisa, Honoka, and Himari walk to the new costume store to see it is run by the cure they reincarnated. Heather is now a full fledged Single cure on her own in America but came to Japan. She is a woman of great deeds as Nagisa described her but they find out she's skilled at magic! And her costumes and infuse to the wearer and stay inside them till next Halloween. Nagisa and her friends tell the other cures about Heather's sale and the teams agree to go on different days so Heather isn't overwhelmed. Which means Nagisa Honoka and Himari get to get their costumes first! Little do the teams and Heather know that there is a price. The costumes give the girls the power to turn to real Halloween monsters! Heather is confused and locks herself away but figures out its all fun to the cures as they can scare easier
